@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Update on stolen phone. Big thank you to @EE Carla,Walworth Rd for new SIM card and letting me speak bad Spanish and Connor in Darlington for his patience when I couldn’t remember my password 😳 @metpoliceuk Walworth Rd, so kind. Using old phone, need a grandchild’s help now
