@EE "This could be a problem." - your company's senior execs watching quarterly earnings tank as they try to figure out why self-rightously moralising your customers isn't good for business.

@EE If I already have a paid subscription to Apple Music, do I have to cancel that for the Smart Benefit to take effect?

@RachaelHum @EE These people are just interested in sales not service. Poor lady. I expected better of EE! As I understand it a letter should be enforceable as a cancellation under the 14 day cooling off period. Send recorded. One to the shop and the head office and the chief executive by name

@EE actually appalled at the recent service I’ve had. I got mis sold an upgrade, where they set up a new extra contact instead of the free upgrade I was offered. I then cancelled that and it took 3 weeks to get a label to send the phone back 1/2

@EE This is an awful advert. If things are going to change for anyone then everyone needs to be in the same conversation. Pointing fingers doesn’t help

@EE @draft_tokyo And the sooner people start looking at it like that, the sooner we can start fixing these issues, we can't fix anything if we're constantly arguing about which side is the villains because each time we make progress it will take the slightest gust to cause a massive setback

@gloster_boy @EE Yeah, but it's far more convenient to ignore facts like that & then men are also majorly targeted so they can chase that woke money now that Pride month has ended & they can't exploit & profit from that for another 11 months. Soon they'll support Black Pride with "blame whitey".

@EE I went into the store again to fulfil the promise the manager gave me, and he couldn’t actually do it. Meanwhile, I got charged over £200 for my current phone, the mis sold one, an iPad and apple watch. I also have my broadband with you. May cancel the lot!
