@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

@EE Hi Holly. I would like to return my Samsung S21 as I need the bigger one and diferent plan. 3 days ago someone from Customer service told me to contact the returns dep. before I post it. They still have not responded to my email and calls. I am cancelling my DD. 07876787855

@EE Really, I've not had an update since Tuesday and its now Friday, still no service. Seems to be a fault with the local mast above the Creggans but hey you're not allowed to say, but did to a neighbour who phones. You lot are like the chuckle brothers only this isnt funny

@jrbenson @VodafoneUK @EE Vodafone (finally) support eSIMs on the iPhone as of November I think it was - I must have been asleep when they launched that. Migrating from physical SIM took a couple of minutes. They’ve also finally got SMS working over UMA.

@EE Hard to believe the worst customer service from that I have ever experienced. Passed from pillar to post blaming everything on Open Reach reach on a “glich”. Should have been on WiFi from Jan now saying 10th Feb for a review. I will defo go to @Ofcom whoever regulates them
