@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

New mobile contract last week, it included BT sport but you never sent me a code. Called 3 times after getting fed up of waiting the first 2. Got through and they sent a text to activate it. Unfortunately it hasn't done that. Just waited another 25 minutes, fed up. Call me @EE

@amylouisestone @EE Having exactly the same issue. Cannot get through to them by phone. They haven't contacted me to say they have my phone. They are saying my email registered is not correct,it is. Starting to think its a scam and they are just keeping phones without paying out. Disappointed @EE

@ChaarleyEmily @EE Same thing has happened to me, however I’m still being charged! Been trying to cancel a contract since August but the customer service is shocking. Definitely put me off using them again in the future😡😡
