@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

@EE Thanks for the reply Dom. Is that regulated or a voluntary scheme? How much do you expect to gather and spend on these services for services for vulnerable people? Should investment in the service not come from profit?

@EE That sounds like a you problem doesn't it @EE - you're a private company not a charity or a state. If you have business expenses then they're you're to cover. My personal expenses have gone up, so is it ok for me to drop my EE payments mid contract? No course not... @EE Crooks.

@EE I have no idea why it was not working. After resetting my phone and leaving it off for an hour it was fine. I was unsure what happened but my friends on EE was fine. I would like to let EE know how good you are at your job.
