    @EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE I’m abroad and have had no access to my UK number since 31st July. Your technicians are slow and completely unable to fix the problem. Fed up of wasting time on this basic issue and my whole family are about to switch providers. Sort it out!

    @EE , my wifi is down all the time??? It’s been out for the past few hours- only being able to handle light searches on google but nothing like an internet call- and this happens every other day. It last happened literally 2 days ago, what do i do?????
