    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasnโ€™t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didnโ€™t believe me

    @EE Sure is! Iโ€™ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we donโ€™t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE wish you would sort out a signal for cleethorpes,the service is utterly appalling,would get better internet from rubbing two sticks together

    @EE Respectfully im not going through to the same teams I've been put through to already as my complaint was deemed no resolution, however one of your employees made the fatal mistake of misleading me with factually incorrect information so I'll be taking it to the ombusman

    @EE between store snd your repair centre there has been damaged caused to my phone yet all denying it and saying ive caused the damage yet it wasnt logged when booked in!! Won't let me complain! COVER UP!!!

    Rang @EE today as I had a problem with my bill. She told me sheโ€™d give me a better TV package for 3 months as a sorry for their mistake, not telling me she was signing me up for another 24 months! Should be hauled aside for dodgy sales tactics-kept me on the line for 45 minutes!

    @EE I thought that too, but unfortunately the delivery doesn't appear there&I still can't access any PIN. I'm a bit at a loss now because I'm uncomfortable with phone calls, yet that's the only solution I've been given. I'd really appreciate any help.

    @O2 @ee Does O2 have problems in GL51? My iPhone 13 shows 5G and 4 bars but NOTHING works (e.g. X, WhatsApp). My wifeโ€™s EE iPhone 13 works perfectly there โ€ฆ comments/advice please.

    @EE Itโ€™s to do with GFast. Why are you allowed to break contract and cut my service to a quarter to what Iโ€™m getting now? Can you imagine if I asked that about price or ending my contract early? This is now allowed. How can I take this further?
