    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasnโ€™t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didnโ€™t believe me

    @EE Sure is! Iโ€™ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we donโ€™t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE EE mis sold me a broadband contract. I cancelled my contract with EE but they poached me back by misrepresenting the deal. Furious! My complaint registered but complaint closed yesterday without them even ringing me. I will not be renewing with EE

    @EE disappointed in EE complaints team. Upgraded my phone on the 26th February as part of a deal with a watch and AirPods for ยฃ1. Guy who sold it has now left, no voucher for the AirPods and resolution is sending back my phone and watch? You can see in your notes I purchased with

    If you come to the swindon designer outlet donโ€™t expect @EE to work. It never has, suffers the same issue as SN1 Old Town. Dire and EE canโ€™t be bothered to improve it.

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! Itโ€™s really the worst tv package Iโ€™ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I donโ€™t. You canโ€™t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup

    @EE broadband down about 6 times over the last 3 days. Poor service. Has meant no internet and not able to watch TV as your TV service runs through Broadband! Not a happy household

    @OnlineQueryTm @dpd @EE thankfully resolved my issue, perfectly. I recommend you take a leaf out of their book and provide an option for customers to speak with an actual person
