@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE I’ve reported it numerous times n you just go through the same things over and over. You have a bandwidth problem in my area but you won’t admit it. Every day is the same, great speeds early on but by midday they are pathetic. Struggle to stream music somedays never mind video

Sat with a friend last night, we both went to google something we couldn’t remember the name of, she starts swearing at her phone because of the **** signal, whilst she’s sweating I find the answer, thank god I had @O2 with good signal whereas she had a very poor 1 bar on @EE

@EE what terrible service phone 1 week late .phone not working. Tech Phone can't transfer my info I can't transfer info cos won't let me take delivery of new phone without giving phone back so I will Los all my contacts

@MarcAllera @EE @Ofcom Can you invest in a complaints team as im am currently on complaint number three of the same issue regarding negligence on ee part and been told that my complaint ends with the customer service advisor that raises it even though they cant deal with it.

@Grade_Mobile @Apple @EE I sent you you my iPhone 11pro which you quoted a price and you reviewed my phone and re-quoted to which I declined and opted to get my phone back and now you’ve sent me a battered iPhone 8 !!! I want this sorting !! Please help !!
