@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@ManyaBlanca @EE But there has to be a reasonable time frame , I would say less than 12 hours is not the case.... there has to be a reasonable allowance to fix the issue , so if they can't fix the issue then of course but its fixed, let's be a bit realistic

@EE, please sort out your EU roaming tariff set up! Why is it not possible to set up in advance, instead I have to rely on a crappy website that doesn't work reliably, whilst sat in a petrol station in France. And your 12 day offer sends a message saying 7 days?!?
