Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@DPDgroup_news @EE Can't find the live chat feature in the app, and after your phone staff slammed the phone down on me twice and accused @EE of lying in a disgraceful display of unprofessional behaviour, I don't trust them or want to speak to them. EE have my complaint and will take it up with you

@ChrisBrightwel1 @EE @MarcAllera Yep they just ignoring all their preorder customers. They refusing to engage in anything to do with phone preorders. Now they are communicating with their ps5 preorder customers. Probably to tell them to keep refreshing a **** delivery tracker that doesn’t work.

@EE @MarcAllera what a pure **** show from EE and the iPhone launch. New customers getting their devices and existing customers getting told to check a bullshit tracker that hasn’t updated at all since 17/09. For a communications company, your communication is ****. Pure dog ****
