Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

  • ashvamp55 𝔸𝕤𝕙𝕝𝕖𝕪 (@ashvamp55) reported from Manby, England

@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE hello, I looked on the app and the Community and find our local mast is down perhaps for another week. Can you advise of compensation as we use mobile for our calls and it's expensive using the landline.

  • stesmith10 Ste Smith (@stesmith10) reported

@MartinSLewis Similar issue with @ee and my HomePod. If I had purchased from Apple + as it’s a manufacturer fault they would of replaced it immediately (their words). Told me to get in touch with EE and apple will replace it. EE wouldn’t accept this and now having to go through ombudsmen.

  • minimarwood_ - leanne🦄 (@minimarwood_) reported

Would love to know why @EE signal is so **** where I live, 4G and 5G I never have more than 2 bars and facetimes/videos calls constantly have to reconnect and always freeze with how bad the signal is. Even normal calls are always fuzzy and break up when I’m at home

  • APamneja Curious Mind - Politics/Social (@APamneja) reported

@EE Why does my new contract state an annual increase in March of CPI PLUS 3.9% when agent never mentioned this additional 3.9%. What is this for? The CEO's bonus? How do these companies get away with this? Gov is complicit in this. #ToryCronies #UKBroadbandScandal #UKScams

  • RichardOak3 Richard Oak (@RichardOak3) reported

@EE signal down in LN6. Had couple of power cuts which I assume affects the cell sites

  • KimBeesley3 Kim Beesley 3 (@KimBeesley3) reported

@DrJessTaylor @skytv @EE Hi Jess, if EE doesn't work out give Plusnet a go. I've been with them for yonks. When you, rarely, have to call Tech Support you get straight through to a person, wow! They always do deals so don't go by the telly ads. Years ago they even remotely fixed my computer for nothing.
