Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

What is it with awful customer service everywhere? So far this week #Fiit refusing to replace a faulty device. @DPDgroup_news messing up the delivery of new phone by not messaging me they were coming and now refusing to redeliver and @EE just bouncing me back to @DPDgroup_news 🙃

@EE I've had enough! What's the point having 2 mobile phones that I can't make calls from. The signal is non existent, had calls cut off regularly, I can't organise my life. Why suddenly so crap?

@EE called your uk team for an upgrade. The customer service provider said his putting me on hold for 2mins. 1hr 10mins on hold to then be disconnected. Is this the definition of EE service. I want to make a complaint and would appreciate a call back ASAP! Waste of time!!!

@EE the signal/service in EH6 has been terrible for months & substantially worse this week. Calls are continuously dropping, that’s with full signal! What is being done about it
