Charlie Sutcliffe (@ChasSutcliffe) reported from Tetford, England@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

stuuk1🇬🇧🏴 (@stuuk11) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Copper lines are being fazed out, they just won’t exist anymore. All communication will be over the internet, if the WiFi goes down or the there is a power outage then you just won’t be able to contact anyone. Scary.

Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming.
