  • kenhercock Ken (@kenhercock) reported from Humberston, England

@EE wish you would sort out a signal for cleethorpes, the service is utterly appalling, would get better internet from rubbing two sticks together

  • kenhercock Ken (@kenhercock) reported from Humberston, England

@jwhutchinson1 @EE The service in cleethorpes is abysmal

  • ChasSutcliffe Charlie Sutcliffe (@ChasSutcliffe) reported from Tetford, England

@EE Hi I've just signed up for your broadband today but would like to cancel as I've agreed a deal with my current provider. How do I go about this?

  • Aotearoafeline Kiwi Cαƚ 🇳🇿 (@Aotearoafeline) reported

@EE Doing your very best to migrate me to @VodafoneUK with your shocking customer service. First you send a replacement device but don't tell me, and now I can't download an eSim because you gave me false information. Can tell you've embraced the @bt_uk culture 100%.

  • GemmaRed1805 Gemma Redmond (@GemmaRed1805) reported

@EE I have two mobile with you and have ongoing issues with answering calls within our home. I want to leave as this has been going on over a year! Please can I cancel! I shouldn’t have to pay fees on cancelling when the phones don’t work 😩😩😩

  • DanBeattie94 Dan Beattie (@DanBeattie94) reported

@halfp1 @EE The 3.9% is for investment. The 10.5% is in line with inflation and to attribute it to network investment is total nonsense - unless EE staff (and suppliers) are receiving a 10.5% salary increase, then the employees are being taken advantage of just as much as the customers

  • hhaarrryyyy2020 Andy (@hhaarrryyyy2020) reported

@EE I use two different network sims in my phone. If I upgrade to pixel 7pro will the handset be unlocked? Also how do I transfer my eSim over?

  • samjrolfe Sam Rolfe (@samjrolfe) reported

@BenJamesMurphy @EE It's because the courier isn't lost at all. The first time he uploaded a picture of the post office in town. 2nd time was just a blur Today, no picture and claims he's lost. Obviously never used a map before or street signs. These people are allowed to drive somehow.

  • Ryan_Hay1 Egghead_RH (@Ryan_Hay1) reported

@EE I don’t rely on you for connectivity. I don’t really care about you paying for advances in technology that’s nothing to do with me. Your response has made it concrete for me, I am definetely changing to a new network when my contract ends in a few months.

  • LisaMc93X Lisa McLauchlan (@LisaMc93X) reported

There is absolutely no way @EE are putting my price up an extra £8.50 a month on an already £60 phone bill. Why sign contracts for them to put it up yearly, 3.9% over the CPI which was a disgrace to begin with. No wonder people can't afford anything if this is the **** happening

  • ItsJamesPowers James Powers (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

I've now been waiting 6 weeks for @EE to sort out a simple issue with my tablet line. and I'm still getting no where fast, what is really more annoying is that the resolution is simple, just change it to the kind of plan its supposed to be and the rest will change its self

  • Mr_Saurabh_Rana Saurabh Rana (@Mr_Saurabh_Rana) reported

@EE Hi, is there any issue with the EE mobile network, showing incorrect number dialled for every contact I am dialling? Please suggest.
