Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE I’ve no mobile service most of the day & with paying over £100, I find it ridiculous. I’ve been receiving txts since Monday to say an issue in my area so this is not just something, that’s just happened. Got a txt to say it was fixed 20 mins later one saying 15 hrs till back on.

@EE My Data took a major **** yesterday and today Any idea what's going on ? Cant even use 3g nevermind 4g/5g I've restarted my phone and still just doesn't seem to do anything
