    @EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE wish you would sort out a signal for cleethorpes,the service is utterly appalling,would get better internet from rubbing two sticks together

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    @EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

    @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who haven’t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. You’re delivering expensive kit to a house I don’t own. Bravo!

    @EE has the worst app and website to try and upgrade. Nothing works, won’t let me pick store to have it delivered to and then keeps telling me I’ve reached my limit of trying to add my bank details. **** this. I’ll go elsewhere.

    Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!
