@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE I’ve moved home and can’t get any signal at all anywhere in the house or the estate. I’ve asked for a booster box but have been told you don’t provide these any more. Can you please confirm how I can cancel my contract as I’m no longer receiving a service from EE? Thanks.

Internet kept going down so called @EE they said probably the router, I didn't believe them, but they said we'd send a new router as yours is pretty old. I was like grrreat I'll be waiting a while .. it's already here, it's working. TL:DR there's not a better company than EE

Oh what joy paying for the pleasure and expense of having a EE 5 g mobile phone then look at the signal on the screen and it says 3G eeer something thing is wrong here @EE

Big shout out to the lady I spoke to @EE customer service yesterday. I'd been waiting a week past my go live date for my router to arrive. After speaking to a lovely lady in the cancellation department, she arranged for another router to be sent and it came today! So happy.

Cracking customer service by @EE there, helped me upgrade to a new device, whilst also offering me a deal that was cheaper than the one I was intending to go for. Brilliant!!!!

@EE Check the DMs! I emailed that team and they replied 24hrs later 🤬 They asked me for a time they could call me . I replied . Twice ! 🤬. Still no call . 🤬. This is atrocious service . Absolutely appalling

@O2 So as confirmed by your rude south African call centre representative you will not refund the money after YOU cancel an order until the customer requests their money back. Sumbag business practices like this need to end. @EE do you do this? @VodafoneUK do you do this?
