@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE when will your sim only Web page be up and running again? It appears to be down due to maintenance. Happened as I clicked submit on a sim only deal at checkout.

@EE the fact that we have had no phone signal from the “ best network provider for 4 years in a row” one person has been refunded for 2 weeks and we get 6 days. Apparently if you upgrade your phone recently your restricted to any refunds! La22 area have no signal.
