@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

  • ChasSutcliffe Charlie Sutcliffe (@ChasSutcliffe) reported from Tetford, England

@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

  • Shanksagain Michael Armitage (@Shanksagain) reported from Louth, England

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

  • kenhercock Ken (@kenhercock) reported from Humberston, England

@EE wish you would sort out a signal for cleethorpes, the service is utterly appalling, would get better internet from rubbing two sticks together

  • M3th0sx Bruno Alves de Sousa (@M3th0sx) reported

@EE @CaptSauve as a long term ee/Orange customer, think it’s time to start considering other mobile operators. When a company goes back on their word, means they don’t care about their customers, just the bottom line.

  • MartinGore Martin Gore (@MartinGore) reported

@EE The signal in Walkington East Yorkshire has been rubbish for a long time and you've done nothing. Respond in 24 hours or our local facebook page users will defect to other providers. Everyone is sounding off about it. @duncansmith1977 @BenGardiner

  • pokiscot pokiscot (@pokiscot) reported

@EE how can you start off asking details of my account, then only to go awol? I need some help here with unlocking my phone and it would be great if the conversation can continue. There's no chat line either on the website...

  • jeb1986 Jeb (@jeb1986) reported

@EE Been a long time customer of yours, But if you're reintroducing EU Roaming charges in March and @O2 aren't what are the incentives to remain a customer of yours when my contract expires in a couple of months?

  • michaelfow Mike Fowler 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@michaelfow) reported

@quentynblog @EE Been with EE for years now. Service and data allowances have been good for me. Find that if I went with local independent shops, I would get a better deal and stay on EE with same number etc

  • dan_fuzz Dan Fuzz (@dan_fuzz) reported

@EE 16 minutes on the phone, with two different people, to try to find a resolution - and I get cut off?! Fine, I’ll just end the contract then...

  • mariola87 Mariola Tàrrega (@mariola87) reported

@EE I've moved out of the UK. I've asked for one of these 3 options: cancel my plan/lower my monthly fee/change to a pay as you go plan. This is your response: £117 to cancel my plan/no to lowering my monthly fee/no to a pay as you go plan.

  • gsvalentine Gordon S Valentine (@gsvalentine) reported

So @EE guess everyone will be moving over to @O2. Since they will not be doing EU roaming charges! I will join them, unless my bill goes down by at least 10% each month!

  • juliemitchell84 Julie (@juliemitchell84) reported

@O2 once again poor service - they accept fraudulent phones to be taken out. Then they don’t call you back, the don’t take off your credit file. Do not use @O2 - stay with @EE they care.

  • quentynblog Quentyn Taylor (@quentynblog) reported

@michaelfow @EE Ironically, I've had no major problems with EE at all. It's just that I'm stuck on this silly sharer SIM contract and I have to upgrade all of the contracts individually before I can touch my own. So I'm just going to move as is easier
