  • ChasSutcliffe Charlie Sutcliffe (@ChasSutcliffe) reported from Tetford, England

  • MrCalzLDN IGoByCali (@MrCalzLDN) reported

@EE standing for Everything Everywhere? I’ve had no signal for the past 2 days, no data coverage what so ever. I’m paying for 5G & not receiving anything. What is going on?!

  • SarahjjWright S Wright (@SarahjjWright) reported

@EE your new customer service isn’t an improvement at all! Might be saving you £££ but it’s cost me so much more time.

  • _stargrain stargrain (@_stargrain) reported

@EE No Glen. Too much hassle. Some service providers offer customers mobile router backup options. That takes over in the event of line failures. But not you I guess? Such poorly maintained infrastructure...

  • BarnsleyBob3878 BarnsleyBob (@BarnsleyBob3878) reported

Apologies to my few followers but this deserves a public rant. I've been an @EE customer since 2015. Phoned them 30Dec to upgrade. Confirming details, the rep read out my previous address. I corrected him with current address. All sorted I thought. DPD attempted delivery 1/

  • DFlixon Daniel Dixon (@DFlixon) reported

@EE what's going on today. Signal is dog's water today. Can't even load BBC in Bristol!

  • leipperm m (@leipperm) reported

@acefaceaaron @virginmedia If I was you I would seriously consider buying a 5G router if you've got a good signal in your area. We've also been waiting on virgin to fix a cable and ended up buying a 5g router and are seeing speeds of 300 mbs from @EE for £30 per month.

  • ohTricky Richard G (@ohTricky) reported

@EE It was slow broadband speed - he was getting quicker on his mobile account

  • jmorgs95 James Morgan (@jmorgs95) reported

@EE I need to make an adjustment to my contract, but not in the ways suggested on the automated system. Do you have a number I can call to get straight through to a member of your customer services team please?
