Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@dwoodley1990 @EE Currently experiencing the same issue! Landed in Canada today and have had no service, despite having the roam abroad add on. Think it’s related to the network wide outage. Not impressed at all! Especially as they have now logged off for the night without fixing it.

@EE My signal has been really bad for a month!!! I’ve contacted about it and they were Ment to phone me back and still no response, got told to reset my phone to beginning and nothing is different with my signal! - thankfully everything is backed up!!!

@EE Not today around West Yorkshire (rather big area) I couldn’t. 1. Message from EE saying problems at home in Huddersfield area, which there was. 2. 5G & 4G down in Halifax workplace all day 3. Only getting ‘G’ & ‘E’ signal in White Rose shopping centre in Leeds this evening.

Don’t believe the @ee best signal in Leeds Billboards. signal has been out all day in Leeds and add that to the temporary issue in Morley you said you would have fixed in 8 hours 2 weeks ago. Joke of a network. What is being done about it ?
