@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@SamsungMobile between @EE and Samsung i have received a disgusting service. I have a Samsung S10 which has a faulty and has been sent off 3 times for repair. I have asked to access my warranty to change it. I was told samsung i can after 3 repairs now i am being told i cant.

@EniCoreBlimey @EE Exactly I ordered a new bb router back in December and it’s still never arrived. When other companies join them by increasing their bills it won’t be just a £2 a month increase for families that are struggling

@EE I was trying to top-up a payg phone with £5. The site allows you to fill in the whole payment form, checks it, passes it with all green ticks on every field, then fails saying that errors exist when they don't and doesn't allow the payment.

@S_Middleton16 @EE I had a guaranteed delivery time today. Got told by EE there was a warehouse issue and that I will be receiving tomorrow. I really hope this is true.
