    @EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE Hi Mark, it was due a lack of service due to my account being cancelled by EE in correctly. After resolution through the ombudsman I was due to receive a cheque of £30 in the post but I haven’t received anything.

    @EE hi, I missed deliveries of my new tablet, my own stupid fault not checking texts on the tablet itself, but parcel has been "on its way back" to you for a while... any way you can let me know how to re-order/arrange a new delivery? Or do I have to wait for it to be returned?

    Spoke to someone in @EE store, and they said they if get less than an 8 on the rating after their service, it impacts their pay. This seems pretty agressive.

    @EE just wanted to give you a shout out for the worst service I’ve experienced. I pay £13 a month for insurance since 2015 and I’ve been left without a phone for over a week, stayed in for 4 days awaiting delivery that has failed to turn up and still have no phone!! @MarcAllera

    @EE hi my router keeps switching itself off and comes back on again-does this regularly, get max of 20 mins internet. I contacted an advisor through text but didn’t get a call back, no issues with line

    Hey @VOXI_UK, can you guys advise please how I get “merge calls” / set up 3 way calling? I get the option to “add call” and ring the 3rd person but I can only “swap” calls not “merge” to create a conference call PS to @EE, @TomosTemp has same issue with you guys
