    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    @EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

    @EE wish you would sort out a signal for cleethorpes,the service is utterly appalling,would get better internet from rubbing two sticks together

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    @EE EE are so stupid that they signed a stranger a new phone contract & claim they live at my home address. EE then demanded to know my full name, address & date of birth. Why should I give my surname & date of birth to corrupt company given they have been fined by @ico & @ofcom

    @EE Hi, my mother has been trying to get through to your customer service all morning with no luck. She’s disabled and is struggling to find the correct number/option to speak to someone.     @EE I thought that too, but unfortunately the delivery doesn't appear there&I still can't access any PIN. I'm a bit at a loss now because I'm uncomfortable with phone calls, yet that's the only solution I've been given. I'd really appreciate any help.

    @MarkyTalk @EE Share your sentiments Mark. Been with them since Orange days. Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Brag bout being best co 25 times!!

    @MarkyTalk @EE We’ve just been through this, 11 + years of loyalty. Was offered a crap deal. Only way they could get near, is if we had their broadband. Not interested, just left them, 4 contracts onto ID Mobile.

    If anyone is paying @EE for Game Pass Ultimate be aware they are ripping you off. Game Pass Ultimate is currently £16.99pm however EE are charging £22pm. Hit that cancel button and buy direct from @XBOX
