    @EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    Huge thanks to @EE for suspending the kids mobile service 2 days before Xmas to force a payment of £235 for fraudulent payments. They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations 👍🏻

    @EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE The irony of upgrading my service is I now have no service and now have to wait 10 days with no internet for your engineer to turn up. Or will they bother? Who knows?

    @EE I keep losing my 5g signal, for a few months it was all fine, the last few weeks I very rarely get 5g at home the mast is about 325 metres from my house

    @EE imagine spending half your life complaining to your network provider about how incredibly dreadful your coverage is, only then to check a bill and find your monthly payment has risen by about 15% too. Utter piss take! Will definitely be leaving ASAP🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @EE @MarcAllera I would like you to reconnect me to my old service, as the router is still in place and this must be within your gift to do so. I paid for my upgrade on 16/5 and waited 10 days for the first available engineer appt which was today. They didn’t turn up today 1/2

    @EE supposed to be the best network and have nothing but bother, got told I need to upgrade my sim deal or to a handset to sort out phone signal glitches? My fiancè has same plan and doesn't have any bother. Any help? Contract is due and I'd like to stay if possible
