    @ShackHull @Carl_Thompson @EE Itโ€™s been awful right in the centre of Hull for months now. I work just 2 mins from Smith and Nephew. Wouldnโ€™t expect it to be so bad!

    @EE Is the website ok? Iโ€™m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why canโ€™t add data on the app?

    @EE how is it that on @UswitchUK I can get a better upgrade deal on the Uswitch website, as apposed to your customer service team? 6 years, 2 contracts and I feel the need to leave to get a better deal.

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @matts864 Iโ€™ll give you shocking service pal! 2 years ago upgrade phone @CPWTweets and @EE they put โ€˜add onโ€™ my a/c for international calls ยฃ8.33 mth! I DONT MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!DID NOT REQUEST ADD ON! Both keep passing blame to other! Iโ€™m ยฃ200 down both of em not do anything to help

    @EE No sheโ€™s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but itโ€™s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

    @EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

    @EE Iโ€™m currently abroad in Mexico and paid to have data for 15 days. The provider in Mexico @MovistarMX is absolute crap and Iโ€™ve had no internet for the last two days. Is there a way I can change provider to @telcel or get a refund?

    @EE now my broadband is finally working again properly after 4 months, when are you going to let me know the compensation? Iโ€™ve tried emailing but all your emails are do not reply! Customer service as poor as your broadband! please donโ€™t ask me to call you, lifeโ€™s too short

    @KevlarBrock @EE Best recommendation would be to speak to the exec advisor and see what resolution they can come up with, definitely try and get the product changed to a WiFi 7 router as that will resolve your issues 10x over

    @EE your tnt sports activation process is virtually non existent online. Wasted 45mins of my life before resorting to having to wait in queue for telephone support (god knows how much more waiting is needed there)
