    @EE how is it that on @UswitchUK I can get a better upgrade deal on the Uswitch website, as apposed to your customer service team? 6 years, 2 contracts and I feel the need to leave to get a better deal.

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

    Huge thanks to @EE for suspending the kids mobile service 2 days before Xmas to force a payment of Β£235 for fraudulent payments. They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations πŸ‘πŸ»

    @BTGroup should delve into @EE bb pricing/retention. Long term 1.6gbps customer, Β£85pcm. New customers? Β£28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be Β£769. Me? Β£2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was Β£1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis
