    @EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

    @EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @matts864 I’ll give you shocking service pal! 2 years ago upgrade phone @CPWTweets and @EE they put β€˜add on’ my a/c for international calls Β£8.33 mth! I DONT MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!DID NOT REQUEST ADD ON! Both keep passing blame to other! I’m Β£200 down both of em not do anything to help

    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

    @EE disappointed in EE complaints team. Upgraded my phone on the 26th February as part of a deal with a watch and AirPods for Β£1. Guy who sold it has now left, no voucher for the AirPods and resolution is sending back my phone and watch? You can see in your notes I purchased with

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
