    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @EE Is the website ok? Iโ€™m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why canโ€™t add data on the app?

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @matts864 Iโ€™ll give you shocking service pal! 2 years ago upgrade phone @CPWTweets and @EE they put โ€˜add onโ€™ my a/c for international calls ยฃ8.33 mth! I DONT MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!DID NOT REQUEST ADD ON! Both keep passing blame to other! Iโ€™m ยฃ200 down both of em not do anything to help

    @mattsprake @O2 @EE I also left 02 after 15 years and went to EE even on full signal phone hardly ever worked. EE far better with more 5G

    @EE whatโ€™s happening? Iโ€™ve received another text saying that equipment is โ€˜in its wayโ€™. Itโ€™s already been cancelled in July but EE refused to collect it having left 3 unwanted boxes in my front doorstep for me to fall over. This building is structurally unsound and the equipment isnโ€™t needed. I was told by EE to put it in my recycling bin but the council refused to take the bin with your junk in it. EE customer service is a nightmare

    @EE @birthdaycakexo The whole countryโ€™s the same, Inverness, Angus and Dundee areaโ€ฆ when I went down to England it was the same. Service providers know yet they keep panning the customers off with the same bullshit. The uks infrastructure is a joke and itโ€™s not going to get better

    @EE so after your advice on speaking to you again on potentially upgrading and staying with you. Not only was the price again higher than a new customer but was more expensive than the first quote 15 years ive been with you and you clearly no longer value my custom

    @EE nothing but bad service trying to get better price on broadband. Spent over 40 mins on phone and then wasted 1 hour 40 mins on online chat .. Trustpilot response lousy .. #poorservive #broadband

    @EE My DM is getting stuck in an automated loop. I am abroad in Australia with an account bar on my SIM - outbound calls/SMS fail and I can't clear my voicemail. I have already tried speaking to your agents over the phone but none have been able to help
