    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @EE Is the website ok? I’m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why can’t add data on the app?

    @EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @EE I've received a new pay monthly sim. When ordering I gave my PAC code to transfer my old number.I've put the new sim in my phone but haven't received anything telling me if/when my number will port. Ive tried completing the form online but keep getting an error. Can you help?

    @EE move to you guys - issues with package being missold now just got to the USA and roaming doesn’t work. It’s meant to be part of my package. Tried lifting the spend cap completely off but the website isn’t working. Brilliant.

    @EE I’m so disappointed!I’m trying to get my fathers phone repaired. I pay his contract as he lives nearly 80 miles away from me and has no family close. His phone has broken through no fault of his own and because he doesn’t have photo ID he has to wait 14 days for collection!

    After many years im due to leave @EE for horrendous customer services and fully go ahead with @O2 but my god after so many marketing calls even before I have joined has meant that's not gonna happen ... How hard is it to find a provider that will just leave you **** alone !!
