    @EE how is it that on @UswitchUK I can get a better upgrade deal on the Uswitch website, as apposed to your customer service team? 6 years, 2 contracts and I feel the need to leave to get a better deal.

    @EE Is the website ok? I’m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why can’t add data on the app?

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    Hey @EE why aren't you telling your PAYG customers that there's an ongoing issue with the web site and app which make it appear that they have no data when, in fact, they do, and they should text AL to 150 to get the right info? Took me nearly 4.5 hours to get sorted.

    I was with Orange / @EE for nearly 30 years. Then my screen broke one day and I was told that EE could fix the screen only if they wiped my phone, I'd lose the first year of my twins baby photos/videos. I declined but the EE store person wiped the memory card anyway Hello @O2 !

    @EE Yes. Spoke 2 days ago and they said the problem was outside. Contacted again today and now they are saying it’s inside the property and I have to wait till TUESDAY (MORE 2 days!!!) for an appointment. How frustrating@do you think this is???

    The 150 ladies were great. The web chat were confusing, contradictory, WRONG and worse, told me the problem was MY fault. I get that faults can be difficult to find and resolve but how hard is it to put a banner or popup on myEE site admitting to the issue @EE ?
