    @EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

    @EE what a joke brought a new I phone it’s not working ee not interested say it’s apple responsibility,contract with ee not apple only had it 3 months will not be renewing my contract and we have 4 phone’s with them there loss DONT GO WITH EE

    @EE how is it that on @UswitchUK I can get a better upgrade deal on the Uswitch website, as apposed to your customer service team? 6 years, 2 contracts and I feel the need to leave to get a better deal.

    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @EE Is the website ok? I’m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why can’t add data on the app?

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @EE How do i actually speak to some one , your new system is terrible for someone who is visually challenged , I have spent 2 hours going through each option for the new system to send me a text which I cant read . a little bit frustrated

    Beyond belief customer services call from @O2. Looks like you have a **** signal and no we wouldn't do anything about unless you want to apply for a masters yourself. Back to @EE I go then when I can afford to pay off my phone.

    Not only this… he rang @EE & was told he had to call another number for returns. He did, and was told: “we can’t deal with this”. Got transferred only to be told “that department is closed”. An absolutely disgraceful service from #EE. He was completely mis-sold!
