  @EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

  @matts864 I’ll give you shocking service pal! 2 years ago upgrade phone @CPWTweets and @EE they put ‘add on’ my a/c for international calls £8.33 mth! I DONT MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!DID NOT REQUEST ADD ON! Both keep passing blame to other! I’m £200 down both of em not do anything to help

  @EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

  Huge thanks to @EE for suspending the kids mobile service 2 days before Xmas to force a payment of £235 for fraudulent payments. They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations 👍🏻

  After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service

  @DerekAllan61 @EE We are all with sky mobile 3 handsets one SIM only deal , all done online and never one bit of hassle . My wife was with EE for years but they were absolutely shocking to deal with .

  @EE so wife has been on your live chat for 3 hours now. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Is this how you treat over 25 year customers? @Ofcom a complaint will follow unless sorted

  @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care
