-
πππ ππππππ π·πΏπ #rejoin πͺπΊπ (@ramtops) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.
-
Droggers (@ljdrury77) reported from Hessle, England@EE sick of not being able to hold a telephone conversation without it breaking up, itβs not as if I live in the wilderness but the signal is shocking π‘

-
Deborah (@DebStevo90) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@ShackHull @Carl_Thompson @EE Itβs been awful right in the centre of Hull for months now. I work just 2 mins from Smith and Nephew. Wouldnβt expect it to be so bad!

πππ ππππππ π·πΏπ #rejoin πͺπΊπ (@ramtops) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@TheRealRevK Oh dear. @EE cut off my service today, claiming my phone had been blacklisted (but not by them). I bought the bloody thing three years ago.
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
ByNiels (@by_niels21222) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That network will not be maintained. It is dead. Starlink may be a solution worth while looking at.
-
Lumpy Pete (@LumpyPete) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE They did this to us a couple of years ago, bought an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for any power cuts which happens a lot round here. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.
-
Helen (@HParf) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.
-
Andy (Honk Honk) Robertson (@AndyRob04327914) reported@ee why are so utterly terrible. BT want even this bad. You've added a layer of extra awful to what was already a very expensive service.
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!
-
Emma-Jane π¬π§ (@Cadisbikes) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE This has been forced on my father. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!
-
Dudley (@agoldentale) reported@EE is there an issue with your app? Just topped up via it and had no confirmation text and money hasn't left bank either
-
Jo (@JoCornwall26) reported@EE exactly how long am I supposed to stay on hold??? You promote good customer service, this is a joke!
-
Wozza (@Wozza777) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE You use the mobile network
