    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @ShackHull @Carl_Thompson @EE Itโ€™s been awful right in the centre of Hull for months now. I work just 2 mins from Smith and Nephew. Wouldnโ€™t expect it to be so bad!

    @EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

    @EE Is the website ok? Iโ€™m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why canโ€™t add data on the app?

    @EE Abysmal. Got an automatic voice telling me they'd sent me a text and then telling me AGAIN to text VM on or VM off. Such rubbish - it is a voicemail pin issue, where I did not re-set my pin. 4 hours since I got your message and no luck getting through to a REAL person. Abysmal

    @EE Called 150 already. Got nowhere. So here we are publicly. ยฃ25 plan, ยฃ137 bill, ยฃ4/minute to Jamaica with zero warning. Your customer service team couldn't help. Maybe your social team can?.

    @EE appalling service from EE following a request for a home move for broadband. Acknowledged call made on 29th June. But apparently the move wasnโ€™t confirmed?! Who calls and gives two addresses and a move date for it not to be booked? Now been told 12th aug!
