@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@TheRealRevK Oh dear. @EE cut off my service today, claiming my phone had been blacklisted (but not by them). I bought the bloody thing three years ago.

@DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

@EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

@EE really poor experience with @ee who have shipped my new phone with an incorrect delivery address and now im being told it won’t be delivered until tomorrow. Worst part is, you’ve cut the top of the address off which caused the error!

@TimeToUnbox_ @EE @PlayStation quick to respond. I didn't want to go down the complaints avenue, people do that too easily these days. Ideally I'd just like a new ps5 box, probably not possible. A kind gesture might be nice. My son won't get to unbox it, that's all😢 Guess I'll deal with that 😭
