    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @EE ....signal in my house is horrendous again!! Have had to invest in a "land line" as it's that bad. I'm having alot if phone calls from hospital at the moment and cant finish a conversation as it's constantly cutting out. My partner has spoke to Paul in technical support back

    @EE sick of not being able to hold a telephone conversation without it breaking up, it’s not as if I live in the wilderness but the signal is shocking 😡

    @EE Having major phone connectivity issues WS8 area for weeks now, have no signal most of the time and online chat is not available for business customers and you want me to call you, I would love to call you but how ? I have no signal. when I do get 1 bar my calls cut out.

    On hold with @EE again, so far this is call number 5 today, and each time my phone has dropped out/cut off. So bad even the advisor I have briefly spoke to can't get through. Can we guess what I'm calling about. Good job I'm not self-employed...oh wait. #EEfail #EEPhoneProblems

    @EE The signal in tw10 area doesn't work and hasn't for over 10 days got told my next update is 8th October on this issue this is totally unacceptable #poorservice

    @EE 150 send me the link n from online i did it. For your kind information EE send me the unlock code but it doesn't work. To many incorrect attempts so now ph ask me MCK code. Thank you for your reply otherwise still i m waiting for a call from customer care but no one call me back.

    @BenjaminEHowe @virginmedia I wanted to go with @EE but Jamie sorted out the bills here and he went with Virgin Media. I used to have my broadband linked to my phone account so whenever the Internet went down, I'd call them and they'd boost my data so I could tether. It made it SO much better.

    @EE I'm lucky if I get 1 signal bar. I'm totally relying on WiFi calling. Been like it for years and seems there's no chance of it getting better. Will be moving to a different network once the contract is up.

    @EE hi I have tried calling to cancel my britbox add on. There is no automated option to do this, but online it says to call. What do I do?
