    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    @EE can anyone help me with a query, I keep getting letters to my home address for people who don't live here. I have sent one back with return to sender. I have just got in from work to find 2 more letters. It is beginning to get annoying!

    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @EE Don’t rely on signal or mobile devices to navigate in open country like that! Always take map, compass etc & know how to use them, leave a route plan and expected return time with someone sensible, equip for all eventualities!

    @EE absolutely disgusting customer service received today from one of your employees - Sophie Greenaway. My call was to query charges on my account. I had added the travel packed to my account on the day I reached Dubai. I text the word world to add the £6.85 package a day on.

    @EE Any good offers for pay monthly customers who want to move from @O2 now they have stopped the free Caffè Nero drinks on O2 Priority? Lots of us put up with O2’s ropey coverage for those free coffees. Now we might well be looking for a new network… 😬

    @EE i’ve been trying to reset my password for my ee all day, when i go to the link to reset my password, it says “things arent working right now”. is there some sort of technical issue?

    @EE It’s far too expensive for me. My bill is over £100 a month and I was charged an obscene amount to make a call from the States last month. It’s really quite difficult getting anyone to help as well

    @EE very disappointed with the service in TF11 8LE area over the weekend, I was away to a show and couldn’t use my phone as it wouldn’t work because there was very little data and very hard to call out I thought EE was everything everywhere.

    @EE @MarcAllera shambles of a company, aweful customer service haven't even come back to me after a few weeks, deadlock letters not recieved after their misleading offers which advertised on their website and backed out of JOKE!!
