Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

@DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

@EE Is the website ok? I’m trying to buy data. Last month it was pretty straight forward. This month it keeps logging me out and when I add the number I add to put data on it keeps looping to the same page. Never had this problem before & why can’t add data on the app?

@FylerWrites @EE Also had to get a new @EE sim which automatically took £10 of what we topped off for a certain number of minutes, texts and internet. The phone can’t even connect to the internet, and he can’t text, so that’s basically £10 down the drain!

@EE I’ve had a new sim as I lost my old one, I now have no signal, technical support are constantly busy, and the online chat is not great, finding it really difficult to explain the issue by chat.

@EE Absolute rubbish - in my area no signal - I with EE for 15 years moved to a new house and had no signal.. asked EE to do something and they said nothing they can do… moved over to Vodafone who have been great.

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank From my experience of them Lloyds bank aren't on your side unless you have plenty of money in your account. No help to me when I needed information about a d/debit on my joint account. Left years ago.
