Is there a worse #broadband provider than @EE? Almost a week without WiFi now because of a fault on their end. No alternative provision sent. No updates. 50min customer service chats that go nowhere. Buck passing to OpenReach and 3rd parties. No proper compensation. A disgrace.

@EE why can't I get a simple thing like a PAC code from yourself 5 times I've text now and not a single reply, Your online form is broken was yesterday too and I don't want to call an advisor over something that should be simple. 😤 Any wonders why I want to leave.
