@EE I’ve spent £800 in the last 72 hours trying to call 150 and you have just disconnected my call in transferring it. No call back and I’m having to call back and sit in a queue again for 30minutes. Do not ever use EE, the worst U.K. network!

@MarcAllera @EE I can’t make calls, my 4g does not work when I leave my house, and when I call people, they can’t hear me. EE customer service is unhelpful.

@EE Can you tell me how I am meant to retrieve a Picture/Video Text Message when the Password you sent me doesn't work? I've entered my Phone Number including 447 & without & the Password numerous times & it doesn't work! Been waiting over 24 Hours now Customer service appalling

@EE I’m not going to another provider. I just want to cancel. I don’t want to sit on a queue for an hour to cancel. This is something that ought to be possible online.

@EE Hi EE, I have just experienced the Hammersmith store (Unit 16, Kings Mall) refusing to refund customers during their 14 day cooling off period. A legal right. Both myself and another customer present in store. How do I complain against this stores illegal behaviour? Thanks.

@woodmally1979 @geogramblings @EE Not making excuses for them but I used to work for them. That looks like a standard boiler-plate letter that would be sent out to anyone, otherwise you'd have been address Dear (name). I agree though that 'Dear Customer' would be better now.
