Wow rang @EE up to cancel my contract as I found the same deal half the price with 3, first person I spoke to instantly cancelled my contract with them to stop in next 30 days then the second I asked if there was anything they could do so I didn’t change network… nope sorry!Wow!

@EE Do not try and get out of it, I have never had this problem before I can only receive texts on a phone the tablet has been switched off for ages the wifi is a long yellow wifi box and I never touch the sim it stays where it is you wasted too much of my time

@EE my 75yr old mother has been with you 25yrs and recently went over to sim only. She recently moved to another network and you have taken over £200 from her account saying she was in a contract she knew nothing about. Seems loyalty and the cost of living crisis means nothing
