    @EE When I try to download the Glastonbury app on iOS, I get the message ‘this app is currently not available in your country or region’. I’m in the UK, my phone is UK registered, I’ve checked all my phone settings etc etc. Help?

    @_CharlotteLou @EE @EEHelpdesk Unfortunately similar experience including unexplained activities on my bill.Challenged and he put phone down and fobbed me of to Ombudsman.They even denied a call took place when EE sent me the recording and now I'm making some progress 10 years customer..

    Dear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!
