@EE Is there a network issue? As both my personal and work phone are not working on mobile data?

  • user02323 Agent064 (@user02323) reported

@EE Hey EE, you kicked off in 2010 – that’s 15 years, longer than my patience! Why can’t I get a decent signal on the train into London? I zoom past Wembley Stadium (your sponsored spot with blazing 5G 40 ), but elsewhere it’s a ghost town. Full bars of “rubbish” 5G, yet Spotify stalls, radio cuts out, and web browsing? Forget it – slower than a snail on strike 20 . You’ve had ages to fix this train wreck of coverage 10 – is the signal hiding in a tunnel with no escape plan? Sort it out before I switch to carrier pigeons! #EERant #NoSignalStruggles

  • jamie_2127 Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported

@EE @XeridalG4 Have a chat with our technical team, who will then do absolutely nothing about the problem.

  • DanielMacfie Dan Macfie (@DanielMacfie) reported

@EE we’re still having problems with 5G in #CrystalPalace #Penge area this morning - routers and so on have been restarted - I was told by you at 9.39am this morning the problem has been fixed but it clearly hasn’t been.

@Elminster04 @EE @_AdvanceUK Yeah, a VPN does indeed resolve the issue. We need to address the underlying issue here, though. This is completely unacceptable.

  • rayesofsunny Raye (@rayesofsunny) reported

@DanielMacfie @EE Still nothing for me. Also received an email saying my complaint has been closed so I had to contact them to reopen it! Very inconvenient, especially as the so called “back up network” doesn’t work either.

  • ImmyC1992 Disney Dreaming 🧡 (@ImmyC1992) reported

@EE Thanks, checked the link and says there is no issue. If not resolved in an hour I’ll ring the 150

  • mr_marc_rogers Marc Rogers (@mr_marc_rogers) reported

@EE why is it no matter where I am in London or Herts, my signal is always around 2 bars?! How do you justify such a poor coverage with the money you charge every month. All you networks are simply a cartel who should be forced to charge based upon the service actually provided.
