@EE hi I spoke to customer services to arrange payment of my last bill and he said that after I paid it there would be an option for a 3 month break /reduction of my bill can you help me with this thank you

@EE is there any way we can get out of our business mobile broadband with you? Incredibly slow internet and cuts off at least 5 times a day - have 4 kids at home and no tv isn’t much fun let alone not being able to access their Zoom lesson - this needs sorting ASAP.
