@EE There had been zero improvement for years but still your response does not help me to understand a 14% increase time for a change thankfully I’m out of my contract so you WILL be getting a call from me this week

@bouldie @EE That’s shockingly bad!!! I’ll be leaving them@in November when my contract is up as I had a similar increase. Thankfully I’m over half way through my contract. Is there a 14 day cancellation period or anything like that in your contract?

@EE Can’t afford price hike. It is ridiculous during the current climate. Terms and conditions or not. My mobile B-road band is going up £8 and my mobile plan almost £10. £18 per month price hike. Something has to be done clearly, as I see lots of customers have same complaint

@EE still stuck in Canada with no phone connection after paying for “roaming further”. Three phones and no reception on any. Countless customer service chats and no solution offered except turn it on and off. W*****S

@MartinSLewis Hi Martin, @EE have increased the cost of contracts by ~14% for the second year, “due to inflation” which in itself is bad but half of the monthly bill is the handset - how can they justify charging inflation on this portion as well? @o2 don’t do this for example.

@Bluccii @EE You could help them to sort out their pricing policy.
