@EE for 5 days I've been trying to get a contract sim. Calling 150 I can never get through to a real person, so customer service is utterly useless. I could have completed this with O2 in ten minutes. We are done. Goodbye.

@MartinSLewis Hi Martin, just to try give you a heads up, we had dodgy cold callers 2day in Lancaster, claiming 2b investigating broadband issues + asking info about our supplier. They were wearing @EE and money expert uniform. Don’t want people thinking they were linked to MSE!

@EE Hi I'm just enquiring is to why my 5G and 4G is so bad you get nothing, It used to bed really good but this past 14 months it's pointless, so I'm paying for a service I dont get. Any help would be appreciated.
