@EE what does a customer have to do to return a device! You refuse to allow your customers the chance to talk to you and your automative service doesn’t work! Ive sent you 3 sms’s to return a device and nothing???? Is the plan to hope i miss the 14 days to return! Complaint!

@EE how do I get out of a sim only contract? I have been with you for absolutely years, renewed last year 24mo contract, another year left to go and the signal I get with EE is utterly shambolic. It literally works nowhere. Something to do with a 'network guarantee?'...

@EE BT Sport app is working, only on day THREE of ringing up to get the issue resolved ! I am.staggered that due to ERRORS made by and acknowledged by one of your managers, I was expected to do all the running around, returning a phone because ONE ADVISOR UPGRADED the WRONG NUMBER !

Well took over a month to cancel Virgin Media but after @EE couldn't even be bothered to come connect us up, we have had to go back to Virgin @EE you failed to connect the equipment

@EE I’m in India and have been trying to access a data pass by messaging TRAVEL to 150. It’s been well over 24 hours and I have had no reply. Can you please help? I’ve paid for some 50MB data add ons but they run out very fast. I need the data pass to be set up. Thanks
