@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE The team didn't point it out but only mentioned the router will not do hair pinning, as explained in my email back(the picture) hair pinning will work but only if the other device is wifi. this was my testing I did to found this out. as to a fix to my issue nothing is happening

@EE And when I asked about this I was advised of the additional cost to be added to my contract. I know you're trying Andy, but until you reintroduce free roaming without the need to add packages I sense you're up against it. Thank you for the service EE have provided. Sad to go.

One shop visit, then customer service hanging up on me, then a second shop visit. I finally got given the grotty backstore charger for free. Cancelling my contract in 3 months @EE because that was awful service

Hi @EE I received a new PAYG sim and added it to my account and then I received a message saying I can’t add it as it belongs to someone else but I received emails saying that I added a product to my account and now I cannot login to the website it’s saying your fixing the prob
