@virginmedia Nope, it doesn't fix my broadband either buddy, but I'm still paying full price today for no service all day. With no back up like @bt_uk who have mobile data back up with @EE . They have thought out outages whereas you guys haven't, I'm losing money buying more mobile data.

Customer service and respect seems to no longer be relevant, sad after being a customer of @EE for well over a decade that this year I have no intention of renewing/upgrading with them.

@EE Im having issues with my 4g signal for days now. Keeps changing to H+ for 5 minutes then going back to 4g and its doing my head in. Paisley central. Get this fixed.

@EE I'm in the Filey region and my connectivity is very poor. Is there anything I can do? I have found this in many parts of the UK. Including Norfolk and Shropshire.
