@EE what is going on with my phone delivery ? Joined EE ,placed an order for a phone & still not heard anything regarding a delivery -one email saying "order confirmed" been a week now starting to wonder if I've made the right choice joining your network!

@EE unable to download bills from MyEE app nor through the browser. Spoke to customer service, only option from them is to post the bills, which takes 5 days. Can't you provide a tentative timeline to fix the issue?? You can't expect the customer to keep checking the app..

@EE the worst service I have seen in years. In SE8 London we have almost three days without Internet nor mobile service. @Ofcom Keep an eye on them.

To speak to me as apparently the Team Leader I Ning's department is who I should be talking to! What an AMAZING customer service! After being with @EE for over 13 years this is the sort of service they provide! I'm LIVID to say the least! Hopefully the so called Team Leader

@bt_uk @EE I previously messaged the EE team and they directed me to BT. It was then BT who said it's an EE issue and I can either cancel the contract or speak to branch manager. Ideally I don't want to cancel but annoyed I have been miss-sold. It's going to cost £120 more over contract
