@EE @Richard_hammond What help would EE actually offer. Standard in debt advice such as ask debt charities?Cutting the customer off until they pay? How do we get this magic other help then as we’re all pretty vulnerable to cost of living crisis.

@EE Nope, no problems at all, I was playing around and made an app to show the balance in a notification every time you use any minutes, it uses the USSD codes to grab the data and show you the remaining balance but obvs doesn't work with EE. thanks anyway.

So here's 'a thing' I have a contact with @EE and I've been a customer for eons I started my last contract @ £35 month until March 22 In the last 13 months, I've had 'in contract' cost increases of 25% 😳 Fortunately, I only have 2 months left on my contract #cheerio #EE

@EE Your network coverage on the HS1 is appalling! It’s been years since you planned improvements, but it’s still impossible to load a single web page let alone videos. This is day and night compared to what other careers do on other European high speed lines. DO SOMETHING!!!😡

@EE @Richard_hammond Their using boiler templates to respond to us. I had the exact same response about digital exclusion, bla, bla, bla the other day. Must be awful if you’re an actual human having to chose which template to use if you have any decency.
