So @EE now decides to send an apology and a little baggy to my old address to collect the phone that was fraudulently ordered via my account and never received and that they confirmed was sitting in a DBD station.

Hey, @EE, I have one of your laptops with BT sport. All I want to do is watch some football but trying to get BT sport set up on this laptop is about the most frustrating thing I’ve ever done. No guidance, no nothing. Down horrendous I’m actually paying you for this priviledge!

@EE Customer service @Meadowhall Sheffield branch is very disappointing. 5 staff in the back - even after waiting 15 mins they’re taking their breaks when they come out .manager was very rude. At time when shops r struggling for foot fall Iam shocked that EE think this is acceptable
