@EE Hi, can you please help with an order? I contacted via phone not long after the order was placed and told the email I received was a scam. But now apparently DOD tried to deliver to the completely wrong address?

@EE please please please reply to me!!! Neither my wife or I can make or receive calls on our ee phones for more than 10 seconds. Tech support can’t help because of the nature of the issue, I keep getting cut off from the call. Help!!!

@EE appalling service to a long term customer. You're error delivery to non address but I am having to wait while you investigate. You admitted you were in wrong but instead of sending me a phone you continue to fob me off.#consumerrights. Lost 3 customers in my home !

@EE both my wife and my ee phones keep cutting out. The recipient can’t hear us but we can hear them. Cutes out after about 10 seconds of call. Please places please fix this. This happened a few days ago also and no one replied to my tweet!
