This is my last term with @EE There are always connectivity issues in Cities. Clearly don’t have the capacity for the number of connections. Imagine paying a 5G contract and not even been able to make a call/send a message in Leeds. Family split up shopping with no connectivity.

@mikercameron @virginmedia >> I told them their ethics left much to be desired and continued to cancel. Meanwhile @EE’s customer service is very good so far. They’ve been very helpful.

@ee Are there issues in the SY1 4RG area? No data and plenty of dropped calls the past few days. Using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Others have the same issue.

@EE I have to say EE became the worst network since the pandemic. Even if you try to speak with Tech or customer services between 8am-11am or 5pm-7pm is basically a NO, you wait at least 45 minutes, if no the line drops because of their poor network. Very upset.
