@EE I accidentally deleted my eSim in EU and I can't get a new one until I'm back in the UK. That's a disgrace. Spoke to many attendants etc. Any possible way of solving this, or should I just go ahead and cancel my plan (I've been a customer since 2017)

@EE what is going on with your service this last year. 4G has been awful. Reported to you before. Internet WiFi is intermittently awful. Tonight download speed of 1.9. You used to be so good but last year has been bad!

@EE Glad you find it amusing, we don't, this is an on going issue, I can't remember how many visits we have to "fix the issue" a new router too but the drop outs still occur. It has to be your network our neighbors suffer too. Just get us FTTP!

Despite good signal, no actual data throughput on @EE 4G 🙄 Switching to the other SIM on a different provider and all ok (dual SIM, not a power off/swap/power on)
