    @EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    @EE I have sent a dm already. I am looking to upgrade to the Samsung galaxy z flip 3. However, there is only the option of damage cover insurance online. Are you not offering full cover insurance for this phone? It's a real deal breaker if you aren't.

    @EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

    @EE I have an issue put in a complaint my husband is disabled went from contact to pay as go has said several times to yourself want to keep number was staying with yourself but was going to transfer to pay as you go. You said ok twice topped up mobile £20 nothing!

    @EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

    @EE had a major issue with you recently and no matter how helpful your team were being we were getting nowhere until yesterday when someone noticed something that was inputted wrong over 2 years ago.

    @aaron_f15 @skytv I never get anything like that from my phone and broadband provider @EE. #EE never send crap like what #skytv do. I suppose letters are still better than back in the day when suddenly there was a knock on the door and it was a Joop or Kouros smelling aftershave Sky salesman.
