@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

@EE I live in Worcester. switched from vodafone to your network a week ago and i’m regretting it. Did a postcode check before swapping and it said signal is strong in my area but the reality is a different story!

@EE I've had 3 chats with your staff - 3 times a failure to understand that they've erroneously put my Apple Watch on a Family Member plan. I never asked for this, I made this explicitly clear from the start and still the same wait 24h, re-pair your Watch rubbish.

@EE it has now been weeks where the signal is so bad that there is no signal at all - what is going on please and what are you doing to compensate as I am paying the same each month for no service .

@connjam @EE @btsport There has been a recent change in BT Sport plans through EE and the £5 large screen option has been discontinued. It is now £15. Think this is due to the way smart benefits have been restructured. There has been an issue when the £5 option still shows but cannot be chosen.
