@EE comms are appalling. I made a complaint, text to say being investigated and now one to say its closed. No other info, was complaint rejected, upheld or rolled up and smoked. I have no idea

@EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

@EE 22 August I upgraded my SIM only contract to a new 24 month contract. Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@OpenreachHelp Yeah it has taken about 8 phonecalls for @EE to actually begin doing this. Been left without a landline for 2 weeks now due to this ongoing circus. Shouldnt need to "beg" for escalation so that service is l the level it should be as standard. Otherwise openreach jst fob them off

@EE Kellie from the customer service billing team is rude and should not be in such a role if she is unable to talk to customers and refuses to signpost them to other departments. Forcing customers to hang up and call back (knowing call wait times) to wind them up. Disgusting

@EE change from BT landline to EE biz the advisor says, no change to service, won’t even know it’s happened he says. No further comms, expect a final bill from BT and phone and broadband cut off!!! No idea who to call, no landline and no way of sorting out - thanks Ee/Bt @bt

@O2 Would it be helpful if I tweeted a list of postcodes around the northwest of England where your data network is atrocious to the point of unusable? Although I don’t think 280 characters would be sufficient. (FYI had to send this by connecting to a friend’s @EE hotspot…)
