@EE 22 August I upgraded my SIM only contract to a new 24 month contract. Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

@SamsungMobile I bought a watch yesterday from an @EE store. I was told I could connect to my @O2 phone via Bluetooth. However.... its its just not recognising my device. Its a Samsung s20 ... please help 😭😭😭 I was so excited now gutted!

@EE it’s really frustrating that you won’t let me cancel a plan that is expiring online. Only way to cancel is via phone but 3 days in a row your lines are very busy. All the while the auto renewal deadline is coming close. How do I stop the auto renewal?

@EE But your SIM cards don’t work in the iPhone 14, if you try to use them they will damage the card and make it unusable in your old phone. Then you’ll have to wait for @EE to send you a digital QR code eSim IN THE POST. Shocking customer service too.

Anyone had success from @EE with fraud? My son’s phone was stolen 3 wks. ago. £240 worth of charges were run up. He paid £50 get a new phone/sim. I’m now on my 5th call to #EE this coming Wednesday. No dedicated phone number for fraud. Just awful ….

@EE Renewed my BB contract 2 weeks ago. You migrated me to BT BB. It's a mess. No info on up front charges and you've migrated me to the the wrong Fibre package. Should have been Fibre 2 not Fibre 1. How do I fix this?

@MarcAllera @EE Mr. Allera, the mast that provides the only signal for our 4G broadband (as there’s no fibre optic cable here) has been down since 3 September and no one will tell customers whether and when it’s going to be repaired. We run businesses and are very stressed and worried. SA19 7NW
