@EE 22 August I upgraded my SIM only contract to a new 24 month contract. Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

@SamsungMobile I bought a watch yesterday from an @EE store. I was told I could connect to my @O2 phone via Bluetooth. However.... its its just not recognising my device. Its a Samsung s20 ... please help 😭😭😭 I was so excited now gutted!

@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@MohamedAbdulwa @EE Same here mate I’ve been with EE for 15 years and they won’t match an offer from another network. Orange was amazing in retaining loyal customers but EE is all about profits. I have like 5 phones with them I’ll be moving them all next month
