@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

@NatWest_Help Can someone help me gain access to my account, please. I'm not in the UK currently and good ol' @EE aren't activating international roaming services, so I am unable to access online banking with my UK #. Cheers.

@EE The pack was already set to renew the day it ended old pack expired sat 13 at 00.00 new pack should have started at sun 14 at 00.01 but the dont. Its a very broken system if i have to force a renew a day early because the packs dont kick in automatically back to back

@EE Every phone I clicked on it was saying I can’t upgrade to a plan for any phone I’ve sorted it now though eventually managed to get through the customer service number sorry about the issue

@EE Trying to order a new phone as a new customer and the website doesn’t work - keeps saying there is an issue with my details (use only letters and spaces) which I have, except my email address as that has fullstops etc in it! Please help, as chat function is shut
