@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

You’ve really let me down this week @O2 My signal in Blackpool has been terrible. Completely nothing at times. And other times virtually unusable. It’s the last straw. Been with you for nearly 20 years. This will be my last contract. @ee has 5G in places here.

Hi @EE, I’ve been a customer for >10years yet when it comes to upgrades I get awful options that don’t match my data/cost needs. I can easily go to O2 or another rival and I can choose a data plan that works for a sensible price. Why don’t you respect long term customers?

@EE I hope you can help me. When I try to use mobile data nothing happens,but when I try to ring out I get,"not registered on network". I did try to block one of my numbers due to I lost the sim card,but the lady stopped the wrong number. I did get the service back tho. Pls help
