    @EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

    @EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

    Word of warning !!!! Just had scam text message saying problem with processing bill supposedly from @EE Rang them on 150 ( not the number on text message ) Problem sorted Thank you

    @EE is your mobile network having issues? Had intermittent mobile data allday in the cardiff area and now it won't connect at all! Would be great to be kept updated on the issue.

    @mouthwaite @EE Will never use them. The disgraceful service I received after my mum passed regarding her account was atrocious whilst I was grieving.

    @EE Good afternoon, if I’m showing full 4G signal but can’t get online (but can make calls) even after a phone restart, is that likely to be a me issue or a you issue? I can’t see any problems on the coverage checker. Thanks
