@EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE it’s very frustrating when you see your Black Friday deals which are really good but they are only available to new customers. Seems unfair as an existing customer looking to upgrade I have to pay so much more for exactly the same thing!!!
