@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

@EE After 22 years of contract and 3 different lines on one bill without any issues on my part, you really have lost a loyal customer now. 3 weeks after making a Complaint I am yet to receive a single response which is truly awful customer service. #done #awfulcustomerservice

@EE I can upgrade from today, can I just go on to a SIM only plan instead of a new phone/package? Also, as an EE broadband customer would I still get my bonus data? Tried calling 150 but apparently you're not taking calls until after midday???

@racingspoon @EE Never had an issue with my credit score. Bills always paid on time. It’s bizarre EE cut me off, only in contract until November so I will buy it out and go elsewhere. x
