  @EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

  @EE is still stuck as an open sales order and that due to social distancing in warehouses my order is not ready yet. I have asked for a lead time as the 28 days is up and no one can give me one. Do I wait for 3 months. I have been told I can raise a complaint.

  Very poor service from @EE was told in store that my cheapest option would be to take a new phone line out rather than upgrade. However was not told I’d have a huge cancellation fee or have to continue paying for a phone I don’t use! After over 15 years custom I’m fuming!
