@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

@EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

@EE The home phone has not worked for about 3 years as no one was interested now they are more interested in the home phone than giving good Customer Service I told them I will take it further

@EE If you can fix the EE Wifi on London's Tube Network, then I'll engage in open dialogue. Otherwise I am simply wasting my time as I have complained about this on multiple occasions and nothing ever gets resolved. I am aware it piggybacks off of Virgin's Wifi, but even so....

@EE How acceptable is it for EE to leave a elderly relative with out a working phone ? The network in my area has been rubbish for the last few weeks. My mother has a basic 3G only phone. This no longer works due to network problems. Disgusting service from EE

@EE Hello. I was told by Samsung themselves that the network decided when the rollout would be, and advised to contact EE. The S20 series got Android 12 in January on most networks.. why didn't the S20 FE on EE? And yes, I've checked, no updates pending.
