    Word of warning !!!! Just had scam text message saying problem with processing bill supposedly from @EE Rang them on 150 ( not the number on text message ) Problem sorted Thank you

    @EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

    @EE yes I did after 4th long winded attempt. seems too many advisors who dont know how to fix the problem so fob you off or literally just disappear 40 mins in.

    @EE What is going on in Dudley (DY2) no phone reception for two days, only information available is “we have a fault and it will take 16 hours to fix” that was 24 hours ago, still waiting, no reception, no information

    @EE y’all really should explicitly say you don’t support eSIM on pay as you go explicitly on your packaging so as not to waste people’s time! eSIMs are not new technology. Get with the times.

    Wait I’ve apparently used 120gb this month of my data… how?! Nothing has changed and I usually barely use 20gb a month! @ee help! My online account doesn’t say anything!
