    @EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

    @EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

    Word of warning !!!! Just had scam text message saying problem with processing bill supposedly from @EE Rang them on 150 ( not the number on text message ) Problem sorted Thank you

    @UddinM5 @EE Just because you been with them for over 20 yes doesn't mean they just give you a ps5 be quick and early if u want to buy one not just acspect the console to handed to you because you been with them for over 20 years it's stupid
