@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE my husband recently upgraded and got himself a new phone and treated himself to an Apple Watch, had the watch for 8 days and it’s clearly faulty he has phoned customer services at least 6 times and getting nowhere the issue still isn’t resolved! 😡

@EE Unrelated to this post, I’m in Chile, and have paid for call roaming, but my iPhone 13 won’t connect to any local service and the only way of contacting your help centre is by phone, which is pretty useless under the circumstances. Not impressed!

@EE must be spending a fortune on bus stop ads to advertise a full fibre service that didn’t exist in that area yet. Stafford isn’t due to have full fibre till at least 2023… the ads for it are everywhere though

@EE Two hours of phone support; friendly and sympathetic, but can't resolve issue. Now at EE store in London for an hour; we may be getting there. Obvious technical fault in the website, but phone/twitter/store staff struggling to work around it at weekend.

@EE soany TV adverts of such and amazing network but to me they seem like lies as the network is rubbish
