@EE We managed to get somewhere in the end and get a temporary setup going, but we have no ETA on when our fibre line will be fixed, and there's no way to track progress of any broadband repair or issue without phoning in - unless we've missed something?

@EE Glad you find it amusing, we don't, this is an on going issue, I can't remember how many visits we have to "fix the issue" a new router too but the drop outs still occur. It has to be your network our neighbors suffer too. Just get us FTTP!

@MarcAllera @EE Thanks. It was Marie, I went in with what I thought was a faulty iPhone (annual upgrade from EE) but Marie whittled it down to my leads. Super helpful, even apologising that the fault could not be rectified and spent a good amount of time with me.
