@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@northolt3103 @EE I went from EE to Tesco mobile who use 02 and I’m so very happy with my sim only contract that I got one for my sons phone. Tesco also don’t put the prices up annually like other providers do if you’re on a clubcard deal. EE have been going bad for years, they really don’t care.

@northolt3103 @EE EE also claim that they are the only provider to offer a £300 buyout to switch to them. Which also BRSK do this. EE are terrible, Rip off to say the least.

@northolt3103 @EE The phantom 5G. I have a work phone on EE and a personal phone on O2. EE has better overall signal but a lot of the time the 5G is shocking on both. It’s 3G at best. Think they just changed the icon to make us think we’re getting the best possible signal.

@northolt3103 @EE Interesting you say this, I have been experiencing exactly the same for a few years (have to go outside for*stable* telephone calls!) and spoke to a few others. Exactly the same. Also I never get 5G in London (NW). Go to Ireland, a very small village and 5G! Moving to other half network, O2.

@EE I recently ‘upgraded’ my broadband complete with new hub, and it’s now awful!! Drops all the time, multiple time an hour I had to turn off and on again on my phone!
