@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE Absolutely despicable company I added 3 sims to my ac for my elderly mum and in-laws, my Mum has passed away 🥲 it’s taken me 5 months to be able to cancel her no to be told by EE I have to give 30 days notice and pay an early termination fee of £66 she died not changed provider

@SkyHelpTeam All the time. iPhone 12 Pro spends 30% of my battery performance searching for a signal! At home on wifi the best it gets. Even in Norwich city centre I’m on 5G 3 bars & can’t load web pages or even send/receive texts or emails. I’m disappointed & considering going back to @EE

@foreverbluetoo @EE Be careful though, I was with EE for nearly 10 years then changed to 02 2 years ago and had nothing but connection problems, the phone networking is so poor and the 5G Internet is like something back in 2001, everyone at Wembley/etc can get coverage apart from me on 02👎
