So @EE - this is the second time I have found myself abroad without the roaming and call services I have paid for. I even phoned you before traveling to check my package. But once again, I’m in America and unable to make local or international calls despite paying for the service

Huge thanks to @EE for suspending the kids mobile service 2 days before Xmas to force a payment of £235 for fraudulent payments. They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations 👍🏻

@EE Nope, I was fobbed off…….. online chat was ended and no one got back to me. I’ve given up this is the 2nd problem I’ve not been able to sort out. Had excellent customer service for 10 years. January is bringing a change of contact. Enough is enough all for the sake of £75

@EE please I need some help. Bought an add-on on Wednesday that was supposed to last 7 days (it says in your text message) and it didn’t last 24 hours. I’ve been using wifi the whole time. Please how can I get my money back or the data?
