@EE I agree it shouldn’t but unfortunately is not the case as confirmed also by EE c support. The worst part is it that when I told the EE agent how serious this bug was he replied: “just add the country code man so you don’t get charged” like it wasn’t a big of a deal.

@EE Haven’t had any phone signal, 4G data or 3G data working since moving to my Zone 2 London Flat in April. Relying solely on WiFi-calling. Been in touch with #EE several times. Ridiculous that you ensure 4G on a remote mountain but not in Central London.

@cjcheesecake @EE When my dad passed away I had to send vodafone a copy of his death certificate before they'd cancel his contract, which was years passed it's expiry date anyway, w⚓s.

@EE I've had no 4G signal all day, only H+ which goes off and on. When are you going to restore 4G? I'm in SE23 London
