@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

@EE having signed up 2 days ago I’ve been trying to contact you to give you my PAC code. Your website doesn’t work and I’ve been on hold for over a hour each day! You might have the UK best network but your customer services/aftersales are one of the worst.

@EE why keep sending me rubbish about being able to order the #iphone13pro then tell me I can upgrade to be faced with a page that’s says no upgrades available is beyond me ? Again look after the #newcustomers first and let the loyal ones get what’s left …awful customer loyalty

@EE Hi, I’ve added BT on large screen to my account but when I try and login from Apple TV app says I don’t have valid subscription. Works fine on mobile app. Can’t get through on phones. Please help.

@EE your e-sim activation process is wrong. If your old SIM/E-sim is broken you can’t receive the activation code. Wasted 2h on call/chat/store, and you lost £20+ in costs. Why not have an escape process with @onfido + Login/Pass to send the PIN? Faster for me. Cheaper for you…
