Word of warning !!!! Just had scam text message saying problem with processing bill supposedly from @EE Rang them on 150 ( not the number on text message ) Problem sorted Thank you

Thinking if I should ring @EE to see if they can give me a deal on a new phone. I have discount online but thinking maybe they could do even better if I ring :) 10+ year customer as well

@EE i’d sack your engineers trying to fix problem in Peacehaven out of two weeks I’ve had two days service cannot use phone unless I drive way out of Peacehaven absolutely disgusting wish I went elsewhere instead of being loyal to EE

@melindiscott @south_eastone @EE ....it's mine from Day 1 so if someone offers cheaper calls or if I am back in hospital and need more data, I can up or down as I like, chop and change and I am on a 7 and looked after it and so this could last me 5-6 years, in which case it will be the best idea ever

@bobbymoore76 @EE We are open until 20:00, if you dial 150 from your Mobile then you can go through fault automation (do test without speaking to help desk)

@Nick_Osborn_ @EE But this is what I don’t get - the only reason I’d ever buy a phone directly from the operator is because it is normally cheaper. At least it is in Latvia, I’ve never bought a phone from an operator in the UK.
