    @EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

    Word of warning !!!! Just had scam text message saying problem with processing bill supposedly from @EE Rang them on 150 ( not the number on text message ) Problem sorted Thank you

    @EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

    @EE after holding for 1hr 8m 44s the call has been disconnected from your end. Can I have complaints team phone number, or are their lines just as bad.

    @EE significant drop in data on mobile and 5G dongle! It’s gone incredibly slow overnight when it used to be super speedy both internet and mobile? Strange that’s it’s both it’s bad now with? Maybe a problem in the area?

    @EE Amazing how good your network is esp in the Peak District. a Week of 4G but no internet! and still today hardly any calls. I might Pay my bill the way you run the network its Crap Can't wait to leave the network!
