    @EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

    @EE not even been 2 weeks and my broadband is not working again🙃

  • shaunjharley Shaun Harley (@shaunjharley) reported from Leeds, England

    Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

    @EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • jan3986 Janice Tiffany (@jan3986) reported from Castleford, England

    @Gaynz83 @EE Omg! Gaynz that’s awful. Xx

  • nathlufc23 Nath (@nathlufc23) reported from Leeds, England

    @EE why is the signal so poor in Leeds city centre recently?

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

    @tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

    @ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • jonathan_peck Jonathan Peck (@jonathan_peck) reported from Castleford, England

    @EE 22 August I upgraded my SIM only contract to a new 24 month contract. Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

  • simr1984 Richard Sim (@simr1984) reported from Hensall, England

    @EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

  • cal92scho Callum Schofield (@cal92scho) reported from Normanton, England

    @dan_rar @EE Nope. They said they wouldn’t do it, their competitors haven’t done it. And now they’ve done it. I repeat: **** @EE

  • guyrleech Guy Leech (@guyrleech) reported from Wakefield, England

    @EE Reliability? Customer support? Cost?

  • avidartmind avidartmind (@avidartmind) reported from Dewsbury, England

    @sir_winniepie @EE How can I help?

  • adamillsley Adam Illsley (@adamillsley) reported

    @O2 are literally the worst network I think I have ever experienced in 15years of travelling!!! They are utter crap! Customer service is just as bad as their coverage!!! Back to @EE I go or even over to @ThreeUK

  • PeaceKeeper_411 Derek 🌍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙 (@PeaceKeeper_411) reported

    @racingspoon @O2 @EE That’s like saying suck it up. I work in healthcare in a 60 mile radius. My parent have to leave phones in kitchen for a signal 50 miles from me. When I go on holiday it’s no signal. EE is available in all these areas. Tested. I’m a tech geek. I run android and iOS. EE and O2.

  • Miss_CM90 Claire (@Miss_CM90) reported

    @EE how can I check if there is an issue with broadband? My home Wifi has dropped twice this week randomly.

  • Junxrrcarter 𝑱𝒊𝒏 𝑲𝒂𝒛𝒂𝒎𝒂 𓃵🇯🇲 (@Junxrrcarter) reported from Nottinghamshire, England

    @ee can you fix up ? Can’t remember the last time I had full bars of signal. You are starting to slack (in Nottingham for sure anyway)

  • going59 pat Hamilton (@going59) reported

    @dandansldn @EE Go on 02 no problems with them

  • andym5588 Andrew M (@andym5588) reported

    @OpenreachHelp Yeah it has taken about 8 phonecalls for @EE to actually begin doing this. Been left without a landline for 2 weeks now due to this ongoing circus. Shouldnt need to "beg" for escalation so that service is l the level it should be as standard. Otherwise openreach jst fob them off

  • racingspoon 🥄 (@racingspoon) reported

    @PeaceKeeper_411 @O2 @EE Obvs having multi sim phones is useful especially for business contracts…always good to have connection available on more than one network to avoid a single point of failure scenario.

  • tomdotcom_uk Tom (@tomdotcom_uk) reported

    @EE Is your network b0rked in the Aldershot/Farnham area at the moment (GU9/GU12)? I’ve got no service at home or at work. I usually have 5G at @ home.

  • ChrisInSilk Chris W (@ChrisInSilk) reported

    @O2 Would it be helpful if I tweeted a list of postcodes around the northwest of England where your data network is atrocious to the point of unusable? Although I don’t think 280 characters would be sufficient. (FYI had to send this by connecting to a friend’s @EE hotspot…)

  • jccharnock Jiggly Beasts 🇬🇧🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 #FBPE 🇺🇦 (@jccharnock) reported

    @EE Hi, I'm an internet customer of yours in a tall skinny house. How can I get a member of your company to come to my house and move my router (internet box thingy your guys installed) up from the ground floor to the first floor so I don't lose connection every five minutes.
