EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Wozza (@Wozza777) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE You use the mobile network
-
Arty Em (@a37yM) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE I've had this very argument with our providers for the last 2 years. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!
-
Theophilus βForensicβ Wildebeest π₯¦ (@PWildebest) reported@FreddieJoh96174 @LeilaniDowding @EE Nope same issue as WiFi- router needs to be plugged into electricity
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE I've already told you I don't subscribe to the EE mobile service. So could you explain to me please why you think that my phone has an EE SIM card inside it?
-
Karen Elizabeth (@virgodragon864) reported@EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection, homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either, contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.
-
Aldo (@AP196779) reported@WeAreOpenreach They have been trying to raise this issue with you for 5 weeks now. Iβm just going round in circles. @EE are saying itβs a problem at your end and youβre saying itβs something that @EE has to do
-
ByNiels (@by_niels21222) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That network will not be maintained. It is dead. Starlink may be a solution worth while looking at.
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE You sent me a text message advising me to text 150 saying CANCEL CALL BACK. But that number doesn't accept any text messages, I tried about 20 times. I don't think it can be a legitimate number.
-
S (@Sarah_FireHorse) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE So the answer seems to be an emergency generator. Or you can plug starlink into a car adapter - thatβs another emergency option, run it off your car battery.
