    @EE really disappointed with the service in Beverley I have struggling for months with a reception at my home - I work for a charity on an emergency support calling one day a week and I can’t ever take calls without loosing signal - can I cancel my husbands and mine contract pls?

    @EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

    @EE can anyone help me with a query, I keep getting letters to my home address for people who don't live here. I have sent one back with return to sender. I have just got in from work to find 2 more letters. It is beginning to get annoying!

    @EE Has there been any issues with signal yesterday in any parts of the HU15 area at all? I just wondered because my mum and I had trouble contacting each other which made it very stressful. 🤔

    @btsport @EE who do I talk to about getting a refund on this service for this month? Since it doesn’t actually work on the PS5, hasn’t since at least Tuesday and BT seem to have zero interest in fixing the service so it can actually be watched. This is a joke now.

    @wozHey99 @barneyrednews We were discussing this at the last match. My son & I are with @EE. We never get a signal at Old Trafford yet our friends on Vodafone do. I haven’t changed provider for decades but other customer service issues mean I probably will when my current contract runs out.

    @EE I signed up on Wednesday as a new customer and gave a PAC code at sign up to transfer my number. Was told the number would transfer within 24 hours. New SIM here and number has not transferred. Don’t want to mess up my iPhone constantly swapping SIMs with different numbers.

    @EE EE network is not the best it’s crap just like most of the other service providers. Complained to EE of the network and I was advised to used my Wifi when making called so please tell me why am I paying £35 per month? Constantly the network is dropping with a tower 100m

    @EE Hi Neil - I managed to speak to a helpful guy in your Plymouth tech team.He went through lots of diagnostics with me. It seems that my phone will not connect automatically to a network so I have to scan and select one which will allow me to use data. Strange - Samsung S10.

    @garlandsmith @EE No...never did - awful service, I stopped the direct debit last year and went with BT...they can shove their contracts etc!
