    Two tweets and one DM to @EE brought forth zilch about my No Service issue. *Forty minutes* on the phone this morning and I'm informed that my iPhone has been blacklisted. THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

    @EE can anyone help me with a query, I keep getting letters to my home address for people who don't live here. I have sent one back with return to sender. I have just got in from work to find 2 more letters. It is beginning to get annoying!

    @EE really disappointed with the service in Beverley I have struggling for months with a reception at my home - I work for a charity on an emergency support calling one day a week and I can’t ever take calls without loosing signal - can I cancel my husbands and mine contract pls?

    Fair play to @EE: had some really bad connection issues of late so called up today to see what the problem was, situation explained with a clear timescale of when things will get better and apologies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service.

    @EE @EEBroadbandUK is your WiFi down because since I’ve joined I’ve not been impressed and it always seems to not work in certain rooms even with a WiFi extender

    @crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.

    @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company. The company is you, you bunch of *****.

    @EE I was given pak code in EEstore it was awful got told they could not compete with sky so you lost me
