THREE YEARS after I bought it. Replacement ordered. And the DECT phones have died. Expensive morning.

Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

Guess what? Iβm still waiting and it is now 5:16 am the next day. My father is in a part of Spain where they have lost all Internet connection because of fires, I needed to amend my plan to call him (but your app wasnβt allowing me to change it) and I explained this in the βmessageβ. No sympathy, no callback from EE. And donβt get me started on why if I have already made a call to you, I have to hang up, for you to then call me back. Once Iβve made a call to you I would rather sit and wait in a queue to speak to someone π‘
