Hi @EE. I've just spoken to customer services about adding the roam abroad pass from later this month for a fixed period as I don't need the full 30 days. Will this only show on the app as an active add one once the date it is due to start has arrived?

@katiehaygarth @EE I am also having problems. I work at Fairfield Hospital, Bury and my little one goes reception. My wife is at home atm and always finds the signal extra bad at home downstairs for some reason. It hardly ever picks up a signal. I hope things get better soon

@EE just been to your amersham store to discuss an upgrade and it was a terrible experience. Really poor customer service and didn’t listen to what I wanted. As a customer of many years, I will be looking to change provider.
