@Gunnerzak @virginmedia I’ve had similar issues, dropped too many times, @EE have been excellent an engineer was dispatched the same day, but still have issues. Fibre optic cabling is being laid in my road, so three weeks In’sha’Allah will joining BT-EE unbreakable Wifi… let’s see.

@EE I’ve had genuinely no bars of signal now for over a month. I received numerous texts about ‘work in the area’ and rung to check as well, but even with the work now being finished I cannot make or receive calls, or use any 4G data anywhere in my house?

@EE I’ve tried calling multiple times since and still not had an answer, whatever time I call I’m told there are “very high call volumes”, unacceptably I’ve now been unable to cancel my mobile broadband contract and still haven’t got any access to BT Sport.

@EE why is it so difficult to top up an ee SIM card? Can’t text or call customer services as the 150 number is chargeable, customer servs from another phone will cos £6+ & a top up voucher isn’t being recognised!
