@EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

@EE When are the signal issues that have made my phone unusable locally going to be fixed? It’s been well over a year now and you won’t give me a refund until it’s fixed and you close my complaint without ever contacting me?

@EE @RyanBrown83 @EE if you can do that why don't you give people OPTIONS rather than just saying the bills are going up by a ridiculous amount. This may be a terrible financial decision for the company because you are going to end up losing alot of loyal customers who have been with you years.

@EE I don't think transparency or direct contact with customers is the issue. It's the level of increase at around 15% that is appalling.

@Charl_H79 @EE @bt_uk I believe you have a short period where you can cancel and switch without penalty when they increase prices. Worth checking out. I done it last year with virgin but then they gave me a better deal to stay

@EE I’m having problems with my SIM, keep getting a notification of sim failure on my iPhone and am unable to text, call or use data as it is like my phone doesn’t have a sim in it. Issue started around 8pm yesterday

@EE what's the point in an abroad customer service number, if the problem is you can't connect to a network? Why don't you have any other chat or email assistance? In the states with no network.

@EE I’ve just received a message that my bill is going up by nearly 15 percent!!! This is totally outrageous! How on earth can you justify this? I’d like to cancel please. I’m one month into a new contract.
