@EE I wanted to buy on contract a watch for a Christmas present. I passed the credit check and everything but I wasn't allowed because I'm not already an EE customer. What a stupid policy to have. I'm so frustrated!

@EE @RealGenerzon Probably because your customer service is abysmal, majority of your website doesn't work and hasn't been fixed over the last six months, getting a signal is like trying to get blood from a stone, you're more expensive than directly comparable packages... need i say more?

@EE Hi EE who is running the company. I have had the most appalling experience. I have been contacted back but things seem to be going from bad to worse. @MarcAllera needs to sort it out. Especially when you claim to be the UK’s favourite network.
