@EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

@EE When are the signal issues that have made my phone unusable locally going to be fixed? It’s been well over a year now and you won’t give me a refund until it’s fixed and you close my complaint without ever contacting me?

@EE You sent a relative a WiFi router. The box wasn't security sealed, (no outer bag), and it's far too big to go through a letterbox due to the poor packaging design. Royal Mail staff can also make a note of the SSID & Password by looking inside, not many people will change it.

@EE why as an existing customer of 13 years do I not get offered the deals showing online for existing customers? Online 50GB is £14 and for me it is £18. The 25GB offer online is £12 and it’s not even an option for me? Disgusting
