@EE Thank you to your operator who called the emergency services for my Mum on Saturday. Mum had collapsed, but somehow managed to crawl to her landline phone. She didn’t have any numbers and the only number that popped in her head was 150. Amazing humanity shown by staff member

@EE Hey Jess, thanks for responding. I had fixed with EE but the ave speeds were 9mbps down and 0.5mbps up, and it was insufferable. It buffered whilst streaming. I would certainly argue that analysing the use would reveal 95% of the usage is most definitely streaming services...

@EE There's a problem in my area, so its not like they can do anything. I have already got 4 days applied to my account as a loss of service but that 4 days is already gone and still no service. I'd like more compensation than 4 days when its already another 7 days on the top of that
