@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE Has there been any issues with signal yesterday in any parts of the HU15 area at all? I just wondered because my mum and I had trouble contacting each other which made it very stressful. 🤔

@EE @MarcAllera Well done! You’ve lost one contract today & another in 3weeks time to Tesco (much better deal than ee) due to your Liam copping (exec office) arrogance & not doing his job! 32 years loyalty down the pan! This is not the way to run a business! Ombudsman for you!🤬🤬🤬

Just joined @O2 and already had 3 people hang up on me as I try to get my new rolling plan sorted! Not a great start! Thinking I might go back to @EE. All this for early tickets and a free coffee! Not worth it!

@EE Frankly having a recoded message tell me you would check strength of signal to me then hanging up. Then text to say it’s ok. Then for following 2 days texting to say working on signal problems in my area without apology was not impressive. So already not happy with EE service.

@Callum_Henry_ @EE Have you run the connection speed test on the x-box? Try a different Ethernet cable, and over Wi-Fi to see if there’s any difference. As far as game downloads go, you are at the mercy of the game server, I have a 72meg connection and some d/l are as slow as 6meg.

@EE according to your coverage checker, I should get 'excellent' 4g coverage at home/in my local area... I'm lucky to get 1 bar (Samsung S22). If it wasnt for wifi calling at home I'd be left unable to make/receive calls. NE34 area. Is there an issue? Been like this for months.

@EE coverage has been down in my area for 2 days now and I rely on the network for my internet. We have no broadband. My postcode is EX167LG. Can someone please tell me what’s happening. On your status checker it just says it may take 16hrs to sort but that was 2 days ago.
