@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@Frightened_Fawn @EE Mine too and has been for over a week now. Apparently it’s a known problem with certain routers following a software update. However no one seems to be able to say when fix will be in place. V frustrating!

@EE After 22 years of contract and 3 different lines on one bill without any issues on my part, you really have lost a loyal customer now. 3 weeks after making a Complaint I am yet to receive a single response which is truly awful customer service. #done #awfulcustomerservice
