@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE I can’t be the only person in the whole of the Uk that is having this type of repair and I am sure you knew prior to sending me a quote that you knew it would be difficult to get parts as I am sure you already knew there was global issue .

@EE great service from Tom at your Truro branch yesterday, I took my elderly Mum to get her phone upgraded. Tom was patient & friendly, sorted a suitable phone & new contract for Mum and set it up for her too. 5* service.

@EE Whenever possible, leaving EE over broken word on EU roaming charges. No plans you said? Within months, U turn. Does EE / BT not have a 3 year plan & budget. Looks like EE operates month to month on the hoof! Thank goodness no longer a BT shareholder, soon an ex-customer.

@EE Thanks. I just wondered if there was any actual plans to improve the signal in the OX29 area? Wifi calling is great but not when a client calls me direct and I have no signal. I just get a missed call message an hour later ☹

@EE Morning, there has been horrendous signal in Pontardawe area in Swansea valley for weeks now. No signal what so ever and 4G is dead. Is there a timescale to this being fixed? Thanks 👍
