@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE EE pretend they are customer focused which they are not I have made 6 complaints regarding their signal issues and still nothing has been sorted £65 p/m for a samsung S21 ultra with 40G of data and unlimited mins and texts I struggle to use the data as signal is pathetic

@EE I’m hoping it’s been sorted. I’ve asked the team to attempt to cancel the wrongly made contract, is there any chance that the PAC code/number transfer has been successfully reversed + the contract cancelled with compensation for EE’s mistake

@ee I'm eligible for an upgrade. Trying to upgrade via app and the final part of the checkout process just sits loading with a spinning symbol?? When I try to fix it using the online chat they have a completely different date for my upgrade and try to charge?
