@EE Hi just wanted to ask, do you need phone signal to use your 4G, I mean sometimes my phone will say I have 4G or 4G+ but online activity stops and when I look at the 'bars' they are none or 1? I just thought they might be independent of each other? Also why does fog affect it?

@EE No unfortunately it says no service. And most apps just close down. Britbix being one of them. But apparently it is the new update android sent out 🙄

@EE hi my EE Is down bad. Some apps are force closing. I can't send text or make phone calls. It won't let me on Google. Iv restated the phone a few times. I have the Samsung s20fe. New upgrade as I got it last month.

@EE I have tried and cannot be connected. The fact your sales chap ended the chat without a response is poor. As I’ve said I work in sales myself and wouldn’t treat one of my customers in this way. Why should I have to do the work in reconnecting to repeat myself
