@EE Day 17 offline. We were told yesterday afternoon it was definitely being fixed yesterday. Wasn’t fixed, called that night, told the handler had just lied to us and it was never going to be done yesterday. Spoke to a manager who advised they’d call us today at 10am - no call.

@EE seriously need help! My father in law tang to get a new sim- told he needed to go to a shop - we are in lockdown - due to clueing a caregiver he can’t go to the shop even when it’s not lockdown- he’s been a CM for years, I have 4 contracts and B/band with you. Not acceptable

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

@EE @Brightstar sent my phone for trade in and it was signed for over a week ago. No contact and no money. Spent over an hour on hold and sent emails. I now have no phone and no money and no confirmation whatsoever! This is ridiculous #complaint #badcustomerservice
