@vito_tweeto @EE Exactly the same with me, Vito. In my latest round of negotiations with EE, I ended up having to pay £6 more, per month, for an iPhone 11, only for the iPhone 12 to be released a week later. I had no idea. They could have given a loyal customer the heads up. Felt cheated.

@EE you can keep your charges for leaving early. I’ve never had a signal in my home. Always used WiFi. When I rang to complaints I was cut off as no frickin signal 🤬🤬

Does anyone know if @EE or @O2 ‘s customer service and network coverage are any good in the UK and Europe? I’m sick of @VodafoneUK customer service & I’ve been having network issues since December 2020, and the #Vodafone clowns are useless.

@EE EE I am so angry with your service we had an engineer round to sort internet out said it a fault outside the bloody thing is getting worse sort it or I will change providers

@EE The network is first class.. But unfortunately you have become very expensive. All 3 of my contracts expire next month and I will be looking at other providers. I have been a customer of Orange and EE for over 20 years and the costs have just gone up and up.
