@McRachy01 @EE Me too. Have sent 2 DM's now and still no reply. Customer service at EE in general has plummeted. Daughter (a loyal EE customer of many years) rang yesterday to upgrade and mentioned a deal she'd seen with another network and was simply told to go for that one!

@EE I am not able to view my plan on line. Of the 3 numbers on my account, 2 I can access, the 3rd cannot. I get an error saying that 'Something Went Wrong' when I select my number from the drop down. Any ideas?
