6 lines with @ee and I get an email to say my phone bill is going up £41 a month. 4 of them end this year. Feel sorry for the guy/girl/them/saucepan that answers the phone that day. Cost of living crisis and EE kick you whilst you’re down. Ex employee too. Thanks for that!

@EE Bit poor 2 hours and no communications, I need my call function for work currently have text and I message thats it, EE must know what the problem is so could of uodated customers. Since BT bought them service is crap!

been with @EE for 21 yrs they have been letting me down so bad recently the only thing going up is my Bill not the costumer service they was meant to call me back after being on hold over an 1hr.2 days later still waiting for a call back and guess what today the network is down
