Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!

Submitted complaint in May and still no reply despite confirmation via automated receipt confirmation. Two accounts coming to an end soon so will have to move if don't get any reply.

Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!
