@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE Is your PAYG internet service broken (logging into account locked out for twenty minutes - for a week, add ons screen never coming up, etc) ? The actual service side of things remains fine - although my add on will soon run out and there will be nothing I can do about it.

Why has @EE stopped signal boosters in people's homes where their signal is very poor? My daughter lives on an estate on the northern edge of Dunstable, been an @EE customer for 14 years and now can't get a phone signal since the booster was disabled.

@EE phoned to cancel my fathers line after his passing to be told I have to pay a 30 day notice period as well as an early cancellation charge! Absolutely disgusting, no empathy just greed 🤬
