@ItsJamesPowers @EE Frustrating when things don't work properly. Told after hanging on for over 25 mins by GP receptionist that the IT service was not working. If that's the case, why can't they just put a message on the phone-answering blurb to say Primary Care IT is down so you don't waste time

@EE is there any problem with mobile data? I am experiencing huge connection failures with my mobile data. I have called the customer service and they cannot find why is this happening after we tried everything. It’s important for me as I work from phone. Any news ??

Bloody hell @virginmedia, told that my pretty basic package goes up from £60 to £75 - yet a new customer can get a better package for £29.99. Phoned to ask if I could have the same & was basically told to bugger off. Not much point sticking around then. Off to @EE we go…

@hugh_boner @EE Prices ain't an issue despite the high prices. My issue is hardware. I have unfortunately come to the conclusion that @EE Dontbwant me as a customer despite being a legacy customer, my disability seems too much of an inconvenience for them.
