@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE I want to leave Vodafone (no service at my new address) and come to EE for 5G iPhone + Apple Watch Ultra. Can’t find a chat window on your website and don’t want to call 150 etc. - is there a way to throw money your way through a chat window?
