  • ChasSutcliffe Charlie Sutcliffe (@ChasSutcliffe) reported from Tetford, England

@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

  • ChasSutcliffe Charlie Sutcliffe (@ChasSutcliffe) reported from Tetford, England

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

  • kenhercock Ken (@kenhercock) reported from Humberston, England

@EE wish you would sort out a signal for cleethorpes, the service is utterly appalling, would get better internet from rubbing two sticks together

  • kenhercock Ken (@kenhercock) reported from Humberston, England

@jwhutchinson1 @EE The service in cleethorpes is abysmal

  • Shanksagain Michael Armitage (@Shanksagain) reported from Louth, England

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

  • NqtThe Mr HistoRy (MCCT) (@NqtThe) reported

@EE Just because you can (when customers are forced to agree to it in order to continue to use your service) doesn’t mean you should. I have your contracts out of necessity, not because I want to be with you anymore. #costofgreedcrisis #grEEd

  • davidmajestic83 David M (@davidmajestic83) reported

@Jr_the_beard @EE @MartinSLewis Yeah that doesn't surprise me at all. Had nothing but errors from EE since signed up for mobile and broadband. Couple of BT engineers came out and didn't talk favourably about them either. Signal for mobile is really patchy here & when back in North Berwick is non existent.

  • Jr_the_beard JR (@Jr_the_beard) reported

@davidmajestic83 @EE @MartinSLewis BT group CEO gave himself a £3.2 million pay rise and gave the shareholders £750 million. It looks to me like they made EE their "flagship" to draw attention away from themselves. EE is awful in anything outside of a town or city.

  • JohnMya21184758 John Myatt (@JohnMya21184758) reported

@EE I'm paying £10 a month and no service in America, no way of calling as I have no service!!! Help please 😡

  • pryja jayne (@pryja) reported

@EE anyone having problems, logging into their ee account now its been updated I've tried many times but I can't log in

  • Hazzreid Haze Reid 😷☮ (@Hazzreid) reported

Do not, I repeat, do not use @EE recycling service. I sent a perfectly usable mob phone to them, no scratches on at all. They quoted £15 then said £5! I'd rather give it away!. Swizz.

  • acblossomtop violet (@acblossomtop) reported

This is a legit EE number how do they think this level of harassment is ok? I've been with EE my entire life but this **** genuinely makes me want to switch. @EE this is literal HARASSMENT.

  • DannyMcMurtry Daniel McMurtry (@DannyMcMurtry) reported

@EE Ordered upgrade for my son today. Never like paying upfront cost for an upgrade, but needs must. Was told £50. Agreed to pay £50. Got charged £56.98. Why??

  • CyberneticDave David Lumm (@CyberneticDave) reported

There's a man walking up and down my street purporting to be from @bt_uk/@EE. Apparently trying to convince people to switch. He wanted to hold my phone to do a speed test. Heck no. Is that a thing they genuinely do as a company? @MartinSLewis know anything about this?

  • A1964Mark MarkA1964 (@A1964Mark) reported

Bit insensitive of @EE and @btsport to show an advert of Kevin Bacon trapped underground considering the players are wearing black armbands to support the victims of the Turkey and Syria earthquakes 😔
