@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE truly shocking company, service land all round latitude. Getting nowhere after t@four weeks of trying to get operational in the UK. Suffice to say I shall be cancelling everything with them.

@sandrachataway @EE It’s all network providers not just them. At least nowadays they are provided to send you a reminder the contract is coming to an end. The 30 day notifice to terminate is always in T&C’s but course people don’t always read them. Once bitten eh.

@EE what does a customer have to do to return a device! You refuse to allow your customers the chance to talk to you and your automative service doesn’t work! Ive sent you 3 sms’s to return a device and nothing???? Is the plan to hope i miss the 14 days to return! Complaint!

Orders a new phone, was told it would be delivered today. No phone. Called and was told “oh, it’s out of stock. It’ll be at least 14 days. You should have been told that yesterday” Cracking customer service @EE 🙄
