@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE can I speak to someone about unlocking my phone, your guys have messed me around for 2 days now, and none of the Network unlock or defreeze codes have worked, you have really trapped me in a corner and left me with a phone I can only use at home... what the hell is going on.

Hi @EE it's impossible to find your planned outage and fault notices. My home broadband is currently down, with my TV showing cable connected, then disconnected on a loop.

@EE Since I joined 8 months ago this is the only time I’ve been unable to get a signal at all ever on EE! I also have a 3 mobile phone & Internet account which died at the same time so I already figured out it was something else other than poor reception. #ServerReset

@EE That’s nonsense - as a company of your size, it’s not acceptable to blame the pandemic for awful service. I was originally looking to renew a line, but get a device that works… but after 3 weeks of trying I give up and just want out!

Staff member which I was told would be before mid day today - still haven’t had a call back and undoubtedly will have to inconvenience myself to try and get through to someone after work. Hilariously I’d called to renew / sort my plan with them. Lovely customer loyalty @EE 👍🏻
