@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE Another problem I have is that I used my debit card to top up my wife's account successfully, but I get payment error on mine. So I am not sure how to top up without a payment error.

@EE went into your ncl store today, paid £10 for a PAYG sim and £10 top up only to find that the e-top up card doesn’t have anything on it and I can’t ring you for help because I need to top up. Oh the irony.

Anyone having issues with iOS 14.6 on @ee network ? Saying I have 4G but I clearly am not. Wife’s phone not on iOS 14.6 and on EE working fine.

@IP2guy @ThreeUK Three are ****. Take the opportunity to get away from them as quick as you can! I got a better deal with 4G/5G that actually works on @EE. I found Three internet was crap, slow and intermittent.
