    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    @cedric08026845 @EE I had enough. Spoken to lots of different people at EE, some nice and some rude. My bill is generally £130 a month and I have been with EE for many years. They tried to offer £50 back from the £200 but I let them keep it if the small amount of profit is so important to them.

    @EE I've managed it now. Just took several hours of attempts. It is a terrible process on mobile as the trade in drop down menu won't work and my order timed out 3 times on my pc before finally going through

    @EE Still very angry that after many months/years still apaulling unacceptably poor service for CF3 2NA. Tired of the constant so called fixing it offputs with lack of calls In or out!... Shameful business practice.

    @EE are the most disgusting company ever !! I’ve moved to the US and they are the only company to charge me extortionate amounts !!! 30 years service and tens of thousand spent with them for personal and business mean nothing !!! Loyalty means nothing to this company

    @EE terrible and appalling behaviour to a loyal customer. Reported my phone stolen a month ago and received a bill of £750 over suspicious calls on the night of the theft and my number blocked. Customer service agreed that i didn’t make these calls but the billing team does not?!
