@EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

  • Shanksagain Michael Armitage (@Shanksagain) reported from Louth, England

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

  • Fayesaphene Faye Button (@Fayesaphene) reported from Horncastle, England

Super service from @EE - upping my data and removing handset cost when upgrade delivery got mixed up. Thank you!

  • ashvamp55 𝔸𝕤𝕙𝕝𝕖𝕪 (@ashvamp55) reported from Manby, England

@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

  • ChasSutcliffe Charlie Sutcliffe (@ChasSutcliffe) reported from Tetford, England

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

  • AybBell Anne Bell (@AybBell) reported from Stickney, England

Thanks @EE for being absolutely no help whatsoever in sorting out my email problem today . You are supposed to be ib partnership with @BT . #passthebuck #nosalenointerest

  • ChasSutcliffe Charlie Sutcliffe (@ChasSutcliffe) reported from Tetford, England

@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Maftowngirl Lizzi🌸🇱🇸 (@Maftowngirl) reported

@EE @WeAre8Official Really poor decision re-introducing roaming charges. Total greed.

  • BobsTweet Bob Stevenson (@BobsTweet) reported

@lewis_goodall Time to switch away from @EE. Their 4G and 5G coverage is pretty awful in any case.

  • Mackem92 Mackem9 (@Mackem92) reported

@EE @kevinbacon can you now stop adverts in UK since you have made your stance we dont want EE in UK so kindly **** off 🖕👍

  • Spg1990 🇬🇧SPG🇬🇧 (@Spg1990) reported

@EE @WeAre8Official Iv been with ee for 10 years as has my daughter but due to roaming charges I will now be changing to another network that doesn’t charge for roaming!!!

  • joemiller862 Joe Miller (@joemiller862) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

  • ScottHiThrive Scott Rowland (@ScottHiThrive) reported

@neilbourne4 @EE Yes Neil, you are correct. If you’re wondering why this is the case, @EE would have to allow customers the option to cancel their contract if they made a chance to it. But rest assured, they’ll get you when you upgrade!

  • NigelDocherty Nigel Docherty (@NigelDocherty) reported

@EE Contract with 3 is up in July and was going to move back to EE. The money grabbing reintroduction of roaming charges after stating in January this would not happen has knocked this on the head. Will not go to any network charging roaming charges. "small amount" or not.

  • Master24851524 Master (@Master24851524) reported

@EE This advertisement breaks Uk laws by saying the UK best network I will be contacting someone to complain about thus advertisement

  • AntheaLang1 Anthea Lang (@AntheaLang1) reported

Oh @ee why can’t you get the same deals in store as you can by contacting customer services? What’s the point of making an appointment? And why are prices for the same phone different between two EE stores?

  • Anth1977 Anth77 (@Anth1977) reported

@Pauldonny1983 @EE Been with @EE for the best part of 20 years, from when they were One2One and T-Mobile. Got our broadband with them as well and could never fault them. What's happened?
