@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Good old @EE, put the price of my broadband up by a fiver, internet now drops out at least twice a day. Would've thought for a price hike service would improve! Used the automated diagnostic tool that told me I'd here what they'd found after 10 minutes. It's now been 8 hours. 👍🏻

@EE Problem still exists, App & Web both show 0 allowances. Seen many other people reporting the same issue here, one of your colleagues has been recommending calling 150, I tried that and the text received does then show my proper allowances. So presume this is a general issue ?.

@EE morning, customer battling to upgrade a handset for nearly 2 weeks. ‘Back-office’ supposed to the sorting but no one taking responsibility or sorting! How do I reach someone who can sort my issue?

@EE well the new app is the biggest pile of trash i have ever used the old app actually worked this one just errors. I cant see my data plan or anything. Please give me the old one back

Courtesy of @VodafoneUK I now don’t have a mobile phone. I planned to move to them (huge mistake) and set up a new account along with my PAC from @EE. Received the SIM and checked coverage which was poor to none. Rang and cancelled subscription and was promised porting (1)

@EE Over priced, misleading adverts, lack of customer service, signal issues. Been with you since Orange but you can’t offer me anything better or cheaper.
