Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE How can I pay my bill when you have erased my account from my EE? You’ve sent me an email saying you have tried to get in touch regarding paying the settlement on my last bill. I have no record of any contact. Customer service 0/10 again.

so just got an e-mail from @EE saying that they are going to increase my phone bill by RPI + 3.9% now whilst they can do this , I can and will be moving my account elsewhere as should we all given this is a 14.4% increase and better deals are available with the same network!
