Rynardt Spies (@rynardtspies) reported from Spalding, EnglandIt's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was Β£10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.
