    @EE I can't get to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow just sent a DM for help and I got back our social media team is very busy, that is not helpful to me I want to add £20 only so if anymore has gone through without me knowing put that back in my account Customer Service Bad

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @EE I have just tried to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow and it says it does not recognise my card I am sick of this had a problem last month, I am sure I used the card on last bill get someone to call if you can't Thanks Keith Do not ignore like last time

    @EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up £10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

    Just joined @EE and separated from @ThreeUK after 10 years. I have to say, my initial experience with @EE is frustrating and woeful. Simply no way of getting hold of customer service. Waited for 26 minutes only for the call to drop. Absolutely appalling! 😡😠 Not a good start!

    @EE hello, I spoke to one of your team on 20 Dec to cancel PS5 bought online minutes earlier. The call handler advised he’d cancelled it and that I would be refunded £20 deposit paid on PayPal. I have received no email confirmation of cancellation nor deposit refund. Please help.

    @EE Your air traffic control advert - what's the big deal? What sort/volume of data is being transmitted over the network? The pilot has eyes on the airfield, and navigation control, so isn't it just an ATC having a chat?

    @virginmedia Are there any mobile outages in the UK right now? My phone suddenly lost Virgin's 4G signal on 05\01\22 at 2pm, mid-use. It has not been able to reconnect to Virgin's 3G or 4G networks since then. It is currently connecting to @EE's network (roaming). Help! 🤨
