@AppleSupport I’m having real problems setting up a new Apple Watch with @EE using Family Setup. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watch’s data plan, just a real mess.

@EE if I don"t get any action today I will be sending a letter to your Head Office, I praised your Customer Service with being with you a long time with portable wifi and a tablet I switched from Virgin for sending dodgy sims that don't work, at the moment yours don't work

@EE Yes I have registered. I tried ringing my housemate several times yesterday afternoon and he is on ee too and it kept going to his voicemail. Seems to be a weekend issue all the time

@EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

@EE I needed to top up for my pack to renew and I got the help I needed had to call 150 in the end but while there set up and stored my card details for any future top ups Thanks

@EE She just wanted her sim card fitted into her new phone, which is especially for elderly & those who need support like with early dementia. As we had to buy a non smart phone. So it took 5 minutes & the guy was so very good

Really unhappy with my recent experience of @EE and @LloydsBank. I will be leaving both, but not before I've taken them to the Ombudsmen. As a matter of principle now, I don't accept bad service. I do complain and ask for compensation for my lost time and hassle. Everyone should.
