    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didn’t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but I’m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. I’m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

    @EE please help!! I need more data for my BT 4G home hub but I can’t log in myEE account as the password reset function is broken. Also no way of contacting u as the helpline asks me to enter my EE mobile number but I don’t have one.

    @EE your internet is absolutely rubbish and I am now looking at other providers. Should have had an engineer out to look at our problem with Wi-Fi coverage around the house, never turned up. Fed up with internet constantly buffering.

    Well done @EE your greedy price increase of CPI + 3.9% has lost you another customer. Been with you over 10yrs and no decent retention offers either. So goodbye, managed to get the same deal elsewhere for £10mth cheaper.
