@EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

@EE I propose when you sell package, for 14 days you freeze options as on day of sale, allowing modification of sale as customer understanding develops in 14 days. Had BT&you had compatible systems & done that, I'd have saved time&circa £10/month. No fault or lack of IT literacy.

@ItsJamesPowers @electricblueuk @EE Gift gaff Lebara are also Vodafone network but can change contracts easier I would try Vodafone first great coverage of 5 g network customer support is good and upgrades are cool

@bt_uk @EE the shop I ordered it from and 'try again'. Not great service from either company. If you're going to work together perhaps you could find a practical system between you to fix issues?
