    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @EE So, was told that because my 14yr old DD can't get a signal at school they won't let us cancel contract because Agreement is HOME address not AWAY from address. Can't get signal at home (separate complaint). What's the point of a MOBILE phone if CANNOT USE AWAY FROM HOME?

    @EE I got sent a temporary number whist waiting for Vodafone to release my number which should have been yesterday, my old phone stopped working so I know this happened. New phone is still not working nor with temp number.

    @EE Well not really. My husbands on the phone and is being told he has to return the new phone to cancel the new line opened to then phone him back tomorrow so he can order the exact same phone. I better get this at the same contract price. I’m not being charged more for your mistake

    Any one else have any issues with @EE ? I was told I could upgrade early which is amazing and then to be told nope not happening, been a customer for 3 years, never had so many issues, its amazing that they fix issues just to keep you as a customer and then not bother

    @EE so it appears you clearly aren’t interested in keeping a customer of 20 years... not happy with new contract I was offered so was told on Sunday I would receive a call back on Monday. Yet here we are and still nothing!
