DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. It's still crap and paying £32 a mth. Got a cheek to put on your IVR that you look after the NHS employees.

She refused as she already owned an iPad but your sales team insisted. She's now the owner of an unwanted £13 a month tablet for two years. Very unscrupulous.
