    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didn’t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but I’m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. I’m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @virginmedia Signal has dropped back down to 1 bar of 4G again, 3 days in a row now. @EE said it was fixed, mind you’ve they’ve said that twice now. #🤥

    @EE your customer service needs more staff for 3 days been trying to contact you, as have returned Samsung s21 fe and samsung tablet which was an upgrade. gone back to my iphone 11, but want to upgrade to iphone 13, please call me 07789644059.

    @KartikaDeugi @EE I am too, have been with EE for so many years but their lack of communication has been shocking! I’ve spoken to other phone shops who were appalled by their service and told me to complain

    @EE I don't know what's happened to your customer service and the services you provide but it's not good. About to cancel my contract at this point as it's been 45 days without the ability to call anyone. Support has been useless to say the least.

    @EE Hi EE I bought an EE broadband SIM card for my company. I got an SMS to come and show my ID card. How do I do this when your sales places are closed? It was supposed to be a migration from another network. Is it normal for you to send me to a locked office?
