@EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

@EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

Hey @EE I had a phone call from a scammer yesterday saying they were from EE. Said there was an issue with sim cards and were going to send me a new one but first needed my email address. I didn't give it them but some might. Maybe worth letting people know about it.

We've had no phone signal in Southsea for a couple weeks. The wife has been getting emails from @EE saying there is maintenance in response to her complaints. This morning's email said the maintenance had finished and to phone them if we still had problems We have no phone signal
