    @EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

    @virginmedia Signal has dropped back down to 1 bar of 4G again, 3 days in a row now. @EE said it was fixed, mind you’ve they’ve said that twice now. #🤥

    Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

    @BTSport @EE Well I will never move from Sky to you Allthe trouble we have tryingto obtain youis so frustrating going to cancel my EE subscription with you and might. Move to another supplier Reason to many streams well what do you expect when. It Man U Extremely disappointed

    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    @EE Additionally, Nreal claim that their contract with EE states that they are not allowed to provide after-sales support for devices sold through EE. This was at EE's request. So I respectfully recommend EE take a good close look at their contract with Nreal and, you know, UK law.

    @EE I have been having ongoing problems with my phone for weeks now. Calls dropping/weak signal/no access to internet when out. My phone is a vital lifeline as I have Young Onset Parkinson’s. Local store no help other than telling me I need to pay for potential repairs if found ?

    spent nearly an hour on the phone to @EE attempting to get a SIM activated when the old one never arrived, only to get cut off whilst on hold for the third time

    @EE This is legally not true. Regardless of the sales method (add to plan), it is a product sold by you in the UK and you are required to adhere to the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 whereby for 6 months it is your responsibility to provide support for repair or replace.
