    @EE Hi I was sorting a problem out on here yesterday about not being able to gift data to my phone and iPad and was having another department contact me about the issue , no one contacted me . Been without data since last Thursday !

    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    ahhh Shit internet yet again 7mb and it's dropped out right in the middle of me doing a job application. Timed out going to next page and now I've got to 're log in do the whole f*ing application again.😡 @EE my contract guarantees me a min 41mb. wtf is wrong it's every night

    @StuartMcGinley @EE Their poor coverage and ever increasing bills was the main reason I jumped ship from @EE a few years ago, after being one of the original #Orange customers back in 1995. Now on a stonking SIM only deal with @VOXI_UK - and a solid #4G signal everywhere

    @EE tried that - both on phone & online through app. Can’t make complaint as don’t seem to have an account set up for my Broadband. Been an EE customer for many years. I have full details of call on 1 July when I ordered broadband including full name of call handler but EE no help

    @EE @EE How am I meant to check local service issues if ya own website tells me it can't even get information from its own service? Kinda need the data i've paid for or should I just request a chargeback and swap providers?

    I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

    @EE Done that, been told to suck it up. That's what 37 years as a customer does. Don't worry, I wont take out new stuff with you but I'll keep my mobile with you as your charges are ok. But nothing else I'm afraid and in March 2027 I'll cancel this dumb SIM card and forget about it
