    No @EE phone signal at PO4 9-- for over 3 weeks. We've been emailed and told its fixed but it isn't. Can we have a proper update or estimate when the signal will be restored.

    Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

    @virginmedia Signal has dropped back down to 1 bar of 4G again, 3 days in a row now. @EE said it was fixed, mind you’ve they’ve said that twice now. #🤥

    @StuartMcGinley @EE Their poor coverage and ever increasing bills was the main reason I jumped ship from @EE a few years ago, after being one of the original #Orange customers back in 1995. Now on a stonking SIM only deal with @VOXI_UK - and a solid #4G signal everywhere

    @EE what is the issue with your service today? I'm in Canada and having to resort to wifi at restaurants just to get around the city. Additionally I missed a bus thanks to not being able to show a mobile ticket. £78 I am paying you a month!

    @carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE Fair but truthfully it's coz they simply don't know. I agree a worded response like regrettably we still have no ETA available or in the event one is, provide that. It's a data center issue but still needs engineers on the ground. It's awful but they will fix it soon I'd say.

    @carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE But what would you expect? It's clearly stated in every mobile network's terms and conditions that liability is limited to the service provided and paid for. If someone loses an appointment for 100 pounds, a network is not going to credit that back. They'd all go out of business.

    @messermitch33 @garetharmstron1 @EE It's not the point Einstein. I forgot to click a button goi g abroad a few years ago and it cost me over £150, because I'm not " fool proof" EE flagships itself as the number 1 network. And btw, I don't want any refund, but leave that to the individual if they think that way 😡
