@EE Can’t beat trying to upgrade on your website when you get to the final page and it comes up with “can’t find the page”. If it wasn’t bad enough every other company undercuts you on price you make it as difficult as possible

@EE Hi EE, I’m trying to get through to you customer service with no luck. Can you please DM me ASAP to discuss?
-
Kevin (@ProEUdreamer) reported
@EE You previously vowed not to reintroduce EU-roaming charges. How can anyone feel confident using a network which lies and gets too grEEdy?. Obviously more interested in satisfying your shareholders. BT fatcats just cannot get enough cream! I hope you lose a lot of customers!
-
Mart of M (@M_of_Mystery) reported
@Tablespider @EE You’re not the only one strongly considering another provider because of this retrograde step, I hear Sky mobile (who use the O2 network) will not be doing the same & customers will still be able to use their allowances in the EU. This is your loss EE & needs to be dropped
-
Kevin (@ProEUdreamer) reported
@swfcmark1974 @EE @joetulip 4 family members (all on EE) want to go to Costa Del Cerveza for a 14 days. That's £2 x 14 days x 4 people. An extra £112, that EE promised not to charge. It's much more cost effective to use a network includes free roaming (Voxi, Three, Vodafone etc).
-
Tom Reynolds (@Nawdic1) reported
@EE Can't send you a DM, full postcode CR2 0NA. Issues have been getting progressively worse since yesterday. Please fix asap. Thanks
