    @EE Why is it just for nhs staff am listed as a key worker working in a support living environment with people who have learning disabilities keeping them safe it should be offered to key workers putting there lives on the line too

    @EE Morning can you take a look at BN13 area there has been consistent poor signal issues there particularly around the Tesco Extra store with Zero signal, I used to work for EE and will always advocate good coverage, however it's been too long at this p'code

    @StuartMcGinley @EE Their poor coverage and ever increasing bills was the main reason I jumped ship from @EE a few years ago, after being one of the original #Orange customers back in 1995. Now on a stonking SIM only deal with @VOXI_UK - and a solid #4G signal everywhere

    @EE help needed - I was supposed to be connected to WiFi at my new house yesterday. There's nothing, and the data signal is so bad, I can barely use my phone. I'm disabled, can't go out, need connection urgently in case of emergency. Please help me!

    So, mum gets overcharged £53 by @EE on her mobile bill. She gets a text from them saying sorry, you've been overcharged and we're cancelling it but £53 goes out of here account and she's unable to get through to customer service. #leavingEE

    @EE Sorry ive done that twice. Once told how sorry they were, call back in 2 days if not resolved. Called back told unable to put me through to executive complaints. 2nd time received reply saying unable to help, store issue. Someone in the world must have a EE smart 5g hub even EE

    @EE why is it impossible to speak to a manager? Are they frightened or simply don’t care. 2 elderly people in remote position shut down phone and Bband from Plusnet which worked but hasn’t connected to EE. Nobody appears concerned.

    @EE really disappointed I tried to upgrade on the EE app, kept crashing I gave it a final go then it worked. Then an email saying ‘a problem with your order please call’ but when I called they had no record of my order and wanted to start the whole process again? 🙄

    @EE Yes same , I am unable to call 150 or to contact EE . When you message the same response comes up. I will be reviewing my options at the end of this contract as I won’t tolerate poor service. Also saying my contract ends on 8th July when I renewed in 25th June . Poor

    @EE Thank you @EE for this, ive checked my current location, which you rate via the link as Excellent inside and out. In actual fact, it is extremely poor with little to no service. You need to actually get out and about and test it yourselves not just via what it should be!
