    @EE Morning can you take a look at BN13 area there has been consistent poor signal issues there particularly around the Tesco Extra store with Zero signal, I used to work for EE and will always advocate good coverage, however it's been too long at this p'code

    @EE help needed - I was supposed to be connected to WiFi at my new house yesterday. There's nothing, and the data signal is so bad, I can barely use my phone. I'm disabled, can't go out, need connection urgently in case of emergency. Please help me!

    @BrummyBoy13 @EE To be fair, until today I’ve never had a problem with them in 6 years. I do however feel let down on this occasion and @EE hadn’t responded which I find disheartening

    So, mum gets overcharged £53 by @EE on her mobile bill. She gets a text from them saying sorry, you've been overcharged and we're cancelling it but £53 goes out of here account and she's unable to get through to customer service. #leavingEE

    @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.     @EE I have tried all that and it has worked overseas with no issues previously 🤔 Have turned it on and off and toggled between airplane and no airplane - only works on wifi 😢

    @Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM

    @EE It's impossible on the iPhone. As soon you as you swap out of the login process, it is gone. No, I was in an area without mobile signal and I was trying to reach a relative. I am replicating this again at home, this is the last page I can see, out of here it starts from scratch:

    @EE No my contract is up Dec 27. Just trying to sort the issue out without having to buy a 3rd party router. I need to be able to prioritise online gaming but that cant be done on a smart hub 2. To get a 3rd party router and set up is a challenge.

    @EE please help.. I closed an account down for my dad (who is unable to deal with as I have POA).. you sent me an email to pay the final bill but the phone number you give is not relevant (round round and round) ... Help as I cant pay what is due
