So, mum gets overcharged £53 by @EE on her mobile bill. She gets a text from them saying sorry, you've been overcharged and we're cancelling it but £53 goes out of here account and she's unable to get through to customer service. #leavingEE

@StuartMcGinley @EE Their poor coverage and ever increasing bills was the main reason I jumped ship from @EE a few years ago, after being one of the original #Orange customers back in 1995. Now on a stonking SIM only deal with @VOXI_UK - and a solid #4G signal everywhere

@EE Why is it just for nhs staff am listed as a key worker working in a support living environment with people who have learning disabilities keeping them safe it should be offered to key workers putting there lives on the line too

@EE I have been locked out of my account for two weeks,. I spoke to customer services back then and I was advised to give it a day or two. I am still locked out and customer service times are in excess of 10 minutes. My account has been hacked twice in the past year. Why noi 2FA?

@Tolkien_32Years @MarcAllera @EE I did not get a response from Mr Allera when I sent reports to him about his staff hurting disabled people. So I doubt he cares about you either. I’m going to be campaigning in 2023 to get EE to treat disabled people better. I wish all those wronged by EE a happier 2023.

@EE hi, I removed the SIM card from my phone earlier and I’ve had no service since putting it back in. I’ve tried every online guide to try and resolve with no success and I don’t have signal to call 150. Please help!
