    @EE Morning can you take a look at BN13 area there has been consistent poor signal issues there particularly around the Tesco Extra store with Zero signal, I used to work for EE and will always advocate good coverage, however it's been too long at this p'code

    @nicolebailey_xo @EE Do you have WiFi-assist turned on in settings under mobile data? If you do turn that off & that will help as this has happened to me before & ee have told me to do that as WiFi-assist uses your data when your WiFi signal goes a bit weak

    @EE We did and it was slow. I am getting increasingly concerned as I will be working from home and need to be able to use video calling. Also I am having to use data in the house as the WiFi is that bad.

    @EE hi we’re having internet issues and can’t connect the printer and my phone doesn’t connect in my room we’ve been having this issue regularly and you always say there’s nothing you can do but it means I run out of data help?
