    @EE how long have you been calling your customers liars. One of your customer advisors has been extremely rude regarding a known mast problem with signal in my area. I have been a customer for many years now. Please help.

    Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

    @EE please can someone help my get my PAK code and the code to unlock my phone. Everytime I log into my ee it comes up with an error, and I can't call ee because my service has been cut off

    @EE Morning can you take a look at BN13 area there has been consistent poor signal issues there particularly around the Tesco Extra store with Zero signal, I used to work for EE and will always advocate good coverage, however it's been too long at this p'code

    OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

    @EE I spoke to Caitlin in customer service who honestly sounded like she was lying to me. Apparently she can speak to EE Enjoy but I can't? Honestly, I'll cancel both my lines unless someone calls me to sort this ASAP.

    @EE Which took a total of 3-4 hours. When working from home I use my phone for work. Making me lose a days work. This phone is also faulty. This isn’t a good service. I’ve been told they’re a third party company so EE cannot do anything about it. I’m sick of it now. 3 month of this.

    Getting really bored of @EE broadband. They "upgraded" our broadband & sent a new router 7 weeks ago, since then its been 7 weeks of broadband dropouts multiple times a day, kicking you out of online games, cancelling downloads, stopping videos. Fix it already?!
