    @EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

    @EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

    @EE Why is it just for nhs staff am listed as a key worker working in a support living environment with people who have learning disabilities keeping them safe it should be offered to key workers putting there lives on the line too

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    @EE help needed - I was supposed to be connected to WiFi at my new house yesterday. There's nothing, and the data signal is so bad, I can barely use my phone. I'm disabled, can't go out, need connection urgently in case of emergency. Please help me!

    @EE I have intermittent phone signal, no mobile internet. I'm moving house tomorrow so my broadband has been disconnected. When my estate agent called, they couldn't even leave a message. When will be it be fixed? I need to be able to contact removal men and solicitor!

    @KellyAn41893919 @Mary_KateD1 @EE How about… I get my work from an office and a system that runs on EE, so I’ve not been able to earn for most of the day. Is that acceptable? I literally have to rely on EE to be able to pay my bills. And no, we can’t just magically switch to another network the same day.
