    Hi @EE had issues yesterday transferring the data plan from my Apple Watch Series 5 to my new Series 6. Spoke to tech support yesterday and have an incident number and was told Level 2 support would call, but no call today? Any idea when they might call? Thanks!

    OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

    @EE Finally got through on online chat and got cut off after a minute. It said ‘unable to connect to server’ even though my 4g was full signal and every other app and website was working. You’ve just sent me my broadband bill as well. Are you having a laugh?

    @EE I can upgrade today but looking for a sim only deal. I can only upgrade to 24 or 12 month sim only deal. Why is the 1 month deal not available when upgrading, but it is if i was a new customer? i've had a rolling 1 month sim only at the end of a contract previously.
