OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

@HendyC163 @EE @dpdireland Hi Hendy. Your contract is with EE therefore it is their responsibility to ensure your parcel arrives. If your parcel does not arrive on time, EE is liable to send you a replacement or refund. It is EE's responsibility to deal with DPD as EE has sub-contracted their service.

@EE hi I am having a hard time removing game pass from my account, it’s been removed but shows on my Xbox I still have it via you as a add on. I have spoke to Microsoft and you and I can’t seem to find any help. Funny thing is I still have access to game pass and it works.

100% will not be renewing my contract with @EE iv paid over £700 in the last 8 months and yet I still owe over £900 and i wanted to see if I could change my plan so it’s more affordable to be told by an EE employee I can’t and I was shafted😱 never happening again🤬
