Hi @EE had issues yesterday transferring the data plan from my Apple Watch Series 5 to my new Series 6. Spoke to tech support yesterday and have an incident number and was told Level 2 support would call, but no call today? Any idea when they might call? Thanks!

@mags_louise I ****** all the big companies off and went with @EE. Hardly ever get any issues and when I do, they diet them pretty quickly. Reasonably priced too, I think I've got the 2nd highest package with unlimmtted Internet and its around £26 a month

Got completely led down the garden path by @EE, to be stopped by a referral to underwriters - and they declined me for no reason?! I'm now completely screwed for internet because my current speed is non-existent. So ******* fed up with this country and ******* credit agencies!!
