    Hi @EE had issues yesterday transferring the data plan from my Apple Watch Series 5 to my new Series 6. Spoke to tech support yesterday and have an incident number and was told Level 2 support would call, but no call today? Any idea when they might call? Thanks!

    Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

    @EE Hi, any chance you can explain how I can upgrade from an IPhone xr(never a problem & great signal everywhere) to an iPhone 12, and struggle to get signal and doesn’t charge in the car..? #veryannoying

    What a joke @EE have become. Ordered & paid for new phone/contract on 17/5 and since heard nothing. Went into branch and told to call 150. Tried and NEVER get an answer. Ok,so got no choice but to leave. #shambles

    @EE your service doesn’t improve it get worse on the train service from Brighton to London. It use to be unreliable along that route. It’s now unusable. Daily. Just unusable.

    @EE I am currently in Italy and I found out that if I call a local number without country code I am charged for the call. However if I call the same number but with country code then I can use my allowance therefore no charge. Your c support response to this was shockingly poor.

    @EE I am pretty disgusted with your repair centre right now!! I have an 8 week old phone that has a screen defect and the repair centre not only refused to fix it, they downgraded the OS on my phone!! This is unnacceptable

    @EE No service since last Friday. All computers and EE mobiles down. Again unable to work so am being forced back into office. EE promised regular updates to my husband - nothing. Looking to cancel EE completely and get refund for abysmal service. Paying £200+/month for no service.
