    @EE your service doesn’t improve it get worse on the train service from Brighton to London. It use to be unreliable along that route. It’s now unusable. Daily. Just unusable.

    OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

    Hi @EE had issues yesterday transferring the data plan from my Apple Watch Series 5 to my new Series 6. Spoke to tech support yesterday and have an incident number and was told Level 2 support would call, but no call today? Any idea when they might call? Thanks!

    @EE I have been a loyal customer for 14 year…. I cannot wait to move from EE to any other service provider. Your tariffs & contracts are daylight robbery, and ever since I requested my PAC number to leave, I can’t get signal on my phone at all! How pathetic. Thanks for nothing

    @SkoobyDu @EE @rootmetrics You're right. But it's always been the same. The majority of the time you're getting less than 5G, or 4G etc. It's never delivered as advertised.

    @EE It seems as though a glitch in your system has cancelled my ps5 order made yesterday and cash already out my bank. Can this get sorted ASAP. I called multiple times and the systems were down last night to check and resolve
