Is @EE down? Had no 4g for a good 30mins now. Text come through ask to reset phone to sort data out. Done that. But since then it's been terrible 😔

OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

@EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

@EE my upgrade was due today. I think the delivery driver was playing knock down ginger. 1 whole minute he got out the van, rang the bell and then run away. All on ring doorbell. Obviously I’m not as fast as him so I missed it. Worked from home today for that. Cancel the order.

@EE significant network problems in SA3 area, being remote with limited availability on other networks this is causing significant problems. Could you advise when this will resolve? We had problems yesterday trying to contact someone urgently yesterday with no landline.
