    @EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??

    @England @EE We have to be the only country that can’t have a flags up supporting our team it’s like a ghost town everywhere hardly no flags because of this **** goverment @UKLabour can’t comprehend how that makes our players feel seeing all over countries with there nation flags everywhere

    Lot of stress in the village atm because the @EE mast is down - it’s probably out of diesel again because @SSE refuse to put a mains electricity supply in the Balgy gap and as usual @ofgem sitting in London has designed a ‘****-you Scotland’ system

    @EE Ordered a phone Saturday 11th, called customer service Monday 13th 60+ minutes on the phone, called to again Tuesday 14th again 60+ minutes informed to reorder the phone, called again today another 60+ to be informed you don't have the phone in stock RIDICULOUS SERVICE
