@EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

@EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

@EE Your app is rubbish, asked to update. It then crashes. Reinstall 3 times. It then wants you to enter your numbers. Will only take 1 number and say the others already registered...never mind my broad band, top it all off your closed now. I'll be finding a new provider soon!

@EE I was missold a sim only contract in one of your store in Woolwich London..Attendant was hasty and did not inform me about the Terms an condition..I decided to cancel less than 24hrs but the store refused to process it.

@MarcAllera @EE Your covetage didnt include me, servuce was that bad you realased me from contract admitted there was issues, offered a refund as it was not the service I was paying for, moved the goalposts and only gave me a partial refund ! So im still £300 short ! But YOU couldnt care less !

@EE any idea what's going on with your app? Each time I try to login via my android app it comes back with an error and please try later. I've reinstalled the app and checked password etc
