@EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

@EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

@EE North East England also has issues since 8am this morning, limited wifi reach so my iPad is fine but fire stick and Amazon devices not… bad timing to have an issue! Where do we go for an estimate of when we can expect a fix please?
