Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

@EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

@MartinSLewis I have a mobile contract with @EE, I’ve been with them since they took over orange. This year they are increasing contracts by 11.5% in line with inflation. This is so they can continue to provide service. However my contract includes a phone.

@EE I have not received any notification, by email or post, of any price rise you're imposing on my contract. Before you ask, yes, my contact details are correct. Don't regulations stipulate that you have 30 days to notify a customer on this rise? Answer the question properly @Ofcom
