    Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

    @EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

    OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

    Wow @EE customer service is the worst. Given incorrect info on the chat, call passed through to closed lines, replied to via email to tell me that they can't help despite the original email saying that they could, charged for a service I cancelled.. 280 characters isn't enough..

    @EE there seems to be NO point contacting anyone as nobody does anything, the EE signal seems to has got worse over the last 6 months, I can drive 1/2 mile away and get NO internet whatsoever! I'm thinking there's either too many phones or EE are just reducing the signal!
