@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE hey I’ve placed an order for additional phone for my account this morning but shortly after I spoke to a colleague to cancel this order and was reassured it’s cancelled but not got the DPD notification it’s arriving tomorrow, can you look into this please? Thanks

@EE Got offered this at a shocking bad price compared to other providers. I've been with you for 5+yr, have 4 contracts out already. Told cus rep that I was disappointed and she couldn't care less that I now want to leave and take all my contracts elsewhere.

@EE It’s just beeping a couple of times like it’s engaged or an unrecognised number or something. I tried other numbers and it still works fine so it’s not like I’m disconnected either. I tried online and it wasn’t accepting my login details; which is a whole other hassle.

@ke7zum The email I received from @EE suggests that I can refuse this: If you’re not happy with these changes you are able to cancel these number(s) without charge. Really? Terminate my contract then? I’m tempted.
