@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant service I received over the past 24 hours. Rang up yesterday for a new handset through my insurance, so simple and quick over the phone, already have my new handset and I called yesterday. Really impressed 👏🏻

@DPDgroup_news @EE Can't find the live chat feature in the app, and after your phone staff slammed the phone down on me twice and accused @EE of lying in a disgraceful display of unprofessional behaviour, I don't trust them or want to speak to them. EE have my complaint and will take it up with you

@EE when will you sort the signal issue in beverley? Cannot ring any one unless they are using a WiFi signal. That data signal is awful aswell, didn't think I'd be paying over £50 for a device I can't use unless I'm hooked to WiFi and really not good in an emergency

@EE hi! I upgraded my phone last Friday with the deal of a trade in on my old device. I was told I’d receive a pack to send my old device back in but I still haven’t received it yet and I fear that it will get to the 14 day period and I won’t be able to make my claim. Please help

@EE when are you going to sort out the signal issue in beverley?? I can't contact any one unless it's via WiFi, have no call signal either, great for emergencies!! Paying £50 a month to only use a device on WiFi is not what I signed up for

@SkyHelpTeam Morning. Received an email yesterday about Sky Q hotspot feature being available to all broadband providers. Does this include mobile broadband hubs? I just bought @EE but it doesn’t work with SkyQ apparently so will need to cancel if not.
