    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant service I received over the past 24 hours. Rang up yesterday for a new handset through my insurance, so simple and quick over the phone, already have my new handset and I called yesterday. Really impressed 👏🏻

    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    Not great customer service @EE wanted a bit of help but told no one available to even talk to me for 45 minutes. I'd probably have upgraded too. First world problem though I guess!

    @btsport app as usless as #manutd Started watching, the app kept closing down. I didn't know the score then. Then after loading app for the 3rd time, it tells me Utd were humiliated. Thanks @bt_uk and @EE for ruining the match

    @EE Just ignoring my dm? absolute joke of a service. Am not surprised to be honest because the dundee shop have not been very helpful either. Is it in the ee contract that you have to be a liar to get employed?

    @EE once again ee have done over yet another customer new contract 2nd time now not even had this phone a month. £67 per month. 1st bill £155. paid the upgrade up front been charged for that again!!! oh and the free ear buds. thanks ee

    @EE December…coincidentally, a record breaking inflationary month! I heard this last year yet EE’s network and services have gotten worse 🤔hopefully with the level of this years hike, services will improve. I await with trepidation….

    So my gran died a couple of weeks ago and my dad is trying to cancel her broadband but because it’s under his name because she was bed ridden with dementia @EE are trying to charge £90+ to cancel the contract

    Good afternoon @EE ! Please help, I’m in London to run the marathon and I’m unable to connect to EE WiFi-Auto when travelling on the Tube/Lizzy Line - it’s never been a problem before on my device - rebooted phone twice - it now asks for a username & password? What should I do!
