@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

Thanks to ee I will have to put my business on hold and lose out money to pay my bills as they cancelled my pay as you go for no sim for no reason and won’t let me switch networks, cheers to the greatest network company for the last 7 years 😑 @EE

@EE No your customer service is a disgrace I've gone through multiple calls and every time rather than solving my problems keep asking me security questions. Absolutely useless. You cut me off the call because you couldn't solve any problems.
