@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

@EE @emjofomofo Hello. Any problems with the EE network in general (not your website)? All EE sims in the household can't connect to internet while other phones are fine. I am in London. Your network status checker says no problems in my area.

@Chedderrs @EE Just been on the phone with #ee for over an hour trying to resolve "diagnostics on my device" when it is clearly a network issue? I asked how long it will take to resolve, an hour, a day or a week? and she said it shouldn't take that long but cannot confirm, so it might be a week
