@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE how do I actually speak to anyone every time I ring 150 im passed through some filtering system which ends in being sent a text which isn't the solution to my problem. Son is abroad having set phone up for roaming and his data isn't working and I need to speak in person. HOW?

…liar). So @EE say they will listen to the call back. Weeks have passed and still no resolve. So I withhold the iPad payment, but continue to pay for my phone. So EE cut my phone off! So they have time to cut me off but not time to listen to a phone call back… Very very poor
