Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

phone contract up with @EE , dead simple had @EE for 8 years top contract unlimited everything with s26 ultra, the girl I was speaking to pissed me off that much I cut the call, I've raised a complaint and asked the call be listened to, instead of new contract you got 30 days bye

@EE @AmyTeamLH EE Should have a satalite by know as not everywhere is flat. So you don't always get a good signal in the forestry or rural areas.

@achilledpinot @EE I am with YouFibre was known has BRSK, i pay £24 a month, had it 2 years and no problems at all. i have my work pc and PS5 downstairs hardwired into router, my gaming pc PS5 and sim rig upstairs running off wifi. Can have everything on at once and no drop in wifi performance.

@EE been on the phone to technical support. They do not know the difference between a Wi-Fi signal and a broadband signal. I upgraded hub 7 from BT hub,I could get Wi-Fi in the kitchen. Now I get no signal at all. He said a broadband fault effects Wi-Fi signal.
