@EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

Hey @EE seems like the signal problem in the NR3 and NR6 area might be a bit better as of today, after nearly 2 weeks of my phone being an expensive torch in my pocket ! Is there any compensation for loss of service available to customers?

Service from @EE is appalling. Broadband installation messed up twice - internal issues apparently. Promised a call today following Friday’s debacle. Nothing. Don’t get stuck with these guys. Awful.

Been with @EE for 12 yrs. On Aug 9, my SIM sent an MMS to 18 unknown numbers—£16.74 charged. I didn’t send it. Rep said “I know for a FACT you did.” Then refused help unless I apologised. Coercive, dismissive, unacceptable. #SIMSecurity #EEComplaint #ConsumerRights

@EE can you sort your signal out? Not only am I paying for broadband that is hindering my work through dropping out of Teams calls and taking ages to download docs but my mobile signal is awful too! I’m fed up of going on chats to get told to do the same things that don’t work!
