    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    @EE Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant service I received over the past 24 hours. Rang up yesterday for a new handset through my insurance, so simple and quick over the phone, already have my new handset and I called yesterday. Really impressed 👏🏻

    @EE Oh, yes, its all sorted. Apparently it was an outage country wide and affected quite a lot of people, not just me. It was fixed after about 24hrs and a member of customer service was kind enough to keep me informed.

    @RichardKennedy @EE There might be a technical glitch due to ongoing issue with MY EE. Else you can initiate a chat and ask the agent to reset up the account. Believe me will fix in 5 mins only.

    @EE Hi Bob I gave up. Needed to know prior to a 500 mile drive which I've just finished. The app and web site told me I had no data text or minutes but the SMS service when you text balance to 150 had correct figures. There's a glitch somewhere

    @EE should there be a good improvement to help deaf customer to get notification of sms message sent to fixed landline number from sms message sent from iPhone & not the one ordinary mobile does receive sms text delivery report should still apply to both ordinary mobile & iPhone.

    @EE Of course it hasn’t been sorted. Everyday there’s a drop out and currently it’s not running at all leading me to use more of my data. What’s the point in having a service that I pay for that isn’t fulfilling its purpose ?!
