@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE Still nothing. @Plusnet customer who tell me they can't do anything as it's @EE network. EE tell me they can't do anything as I'm a plusnet customer. Can't go anywhere with a baby and no ability to phone someone if needed.

@EE 4G has been down for a week in my area. Still is, though your website insists all is fine. It is clearly not. No internet at home. Hours soent on hold & you can't tell me what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Making it very difficult to not move suppliers right now...
