    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant service I received over the past 24 hours. Rang up yesterday for a new handset through my insurance, so simple and quick over the phone, already have my new handset and I called yesterday. Really impressed 👏🏻

    @EE @NickTucker221 I work up and down the country and the signal has been shocking in most places for well over a week now. Something must’ve changed as it’s never been this poor before. I am seriously considering changing network as I can’t operate like this. Data / calls constantly dropping out.

    @EE Hi David. She has moved to an area on the east coast which isn't an area you provide great speeds for - KCom seem to have a monopoly over there. Upon realising her speeds were dreadful, she contacted you and got told she had to complete her contract regardless of the poor speeds.

    @EE Thank you, yes so I bought it when I came out here but i would like it for the month of july and then cancel from august onwards.

    @EE Hello, I’m out in Portugal at the moment and have no mobile network or data which is a problem, this is for all of our phones which are with EE. Can you let me know when this issue will be sorted, as have no access to an alternative phone and have a small baby with us.

    15 years with @EE and when this contract is up im done. No help, no understanding. No apology. I wanted an answer to a simple question nothing more... then led on a song and dance only to be let down again. Been offered better and treated better elsewhere 👋
