Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@bt_uk @EE is it acceptable for a customer to be offline from 19th Feb, to 25th Feb having to wait for an engineer visit, to then 3 days later be offline again with the promise of a second visit in 7-days? That's my grandparents

@EE Everything is reporting back as normal. Yes, some game servers can cause issues, but when it happens across every game. including Xbox and PC with Ethernet, it's not a game-related issue. locked in a 12-month contract paying £70 a month. I shouldn't be dealing with this issue!

@EE I've already given up with your company, deceiving me into taking contracts that don't deliver, deceptive marketing. Recently found out that I never had FIBRE BROADBAND! Last year when I was again assured I would receive F.B, again delays until, end of September and still NOT!

@EE I've called. Not one person knows how to fix the issues. I've already done everything that has been mentioned. Nothing has helped. ive read up online, and people have been complaining about packet loss ever since they switched. It's impossible to play competitively.

@EE when I make calls from my handset the person I am calling cannot hear me. Phone is not on mute please advise as my landline handset is without batteries and if I need to make an emergency call I have no other phone to use. Please note I am not in an emergency situation now

@EE I'm all too well aware how your reps work, having just moved from BT myself after you attempted to scam me with a new package that didn't meet our needs in any way. I'm going to move her elsewhere and put a formal complaint in to the regulator as this just isn't acceptable.
