@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE great I agree a price to leave due to bad coverage and then you charge me double the amount, the contact details you sent me don’t work as I am no longer on your network, great service again after 18 months of bad service
