@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Jesus wept @EE could your online customer support be any poorer? How do I contact you when abroad if you have stopped my line (despite that I have a pay monthly contract and had PAYG until two hours ago). I cannot call the number, or validate text messages I don’t receive

@EE @OnthebeatPete1 That's a lie. You do not protect vulnerable customers. Your company is refusing to help me, a customer on benefits and with learning difficulties after being pressured to upgrade by repeated email and phone calls. I did not understand that it would go up this high!

@Red_Buc69 @EE They offer the same bla bla reply with each disgusted customer at there 14% rise. Dont see them offering a solution. @EE lets see how much faith in your company now. Offer penalty free cancellations for lines not older then 6 months and 4 months from end of contract. Not no 1 now

@EE 2 different attempts to call customer service today, 40 mins wasted. Still not got through, can’t sort new contract because you seem to think I’m not the account holder on my own account. Not impressed.
