Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE app never works. 0 data remaining all the time. Never any info on boosts. You have to question if you are getting all the data you pay for because it never matches what your phone says.

I was with Orange / @EE for nearly 30 years. Then my screen broke one day and I was told that EE could fix the screen only if they wiped my phone, I'd lose the first year of my twins baby photos/videos. I declined but the EE store person wiped the memory card anyway Hello @O2 !
