@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE - how do I cancel my contract? When I signed up you promised not to bring in roaming charges in the EU. You lied about this and therefore your T and C’s are now unacceptable.

And @EE why are you charging customers 64p a minute to access a vital health service? 111 isn’t yet available in many parts of Wales and we have to phone an 084 number to use the NHS direct service. (1/2)

@EE A Samsung 4K TV. I was told when I called up you restock every Thursday. Then last night I was told it would be available within 7-10 working days on your webchat service to then be told this morning over the phone that you can't tell me when it will be available again if at all
