Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

@EE hello and sorry to say that since @Vodaphone have put up their new mast near Eglwyswrw North Pembrokeshire your 4G signal is being blocked. At best we are only getting your EE signal since last Thursday.

@EE Yes it was. Previous version SE to iPhone 13. Daughter had an SE and transferring to latest SE and no issues with time, WhatsApp or passwords not transferring.

@EE I was in Leeds mate. This is not something I’ve experienced before at that location but to be honest I’m far more concerned about my issue with being told I would have to pay fees to upgrade the other day despite meeting the qualifying criteria in the SMS I have from yourselves!

@EE Letting your customers make changes to their plan without telling them it’s going to result in a total service pause is incredibly negligent. It’s *crazy* that your technicians can’t undo the changes that I, a total dumbass, am making without any real context.

@EE Hello , yes I have , I'm fully aware of the annual rpi increase which normally isn't am issue , however now with inflation expected to be 11% by the end of the year that means price plans will increase by 15%
