@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE I switched my smart benefit for my sim to work in the us and I’m getting no signal anywhere. It keeps dropping. My esim doesn’t work at all but my physical sim decided to start working again. And I can’t contact ee because I have no connection.

@EE Yeah I have done - was Assistant Manager who sold to me and I asked for him to help me yesterday too. He tried to transfer over for me, but with no luck. Ended up crying in store, he did all he could but no joy.

Hmmm so @VodafoneUK can only give me speeds of around 9Mbs on 4G and 5Mbs on 5G yet their network engineers see no faults?! @EE, just ordered a SIM to test on PAYG and I’m getting 170Mbs!! Looks like I’m moving all my numbers away from this crapy service!!
