Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

@EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

@EE Yes, and I also got my direct debit set up but nothing since then...but in between i got an email about something added and cancelled on my account (not by me) for a reference number that was different and i never figured out what happened .

@EE My WiFi has cut out about 5 times this evening (often coming back online after about a minute wait). It's not good enough! I just renewed my contract with you after 18 months of good service. What will you do to make sure this doesn't keep happening?

@EE Not good news, Gavin. Recently switched to BT4G home service (supplied by EE). ~4 weeks in & I’m only getting 0.5-7.0 mbps on average. W/WFH & a life connected, this is just not sustainable. Service down & no understanding of the problem or when it will be fixed is frustrating

So who knew after you pay your Apple Watch off your still paying it 2 years after for £25.00 a month and apparently I needed to tell @EE to cancel the monthly payment even though it was for 24 months - It’s okay I’ll still pay for the watch for 24 more months
