    @EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

    Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

    Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

    @EE Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant service I received over the past 24 hours. Rang up yesterday for a new handset through my insurance, so simple and quick over the phone, already have my new handset and I called yesterday. Really impressed 👏🏻

    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    Hey @virginmedia I’ve been trying to get you to sort my broadband for a year now. You have been no help whatsoever. Your remote test of my system might tell you it’s all fine,but I can assure you it is not. Using a Hot spot from my @EE phone is faster than your broadband.

    It’s official @ee have THE worst hold music I’ve ever experienced. Adding insult to musical injury is the amount of time they keep you holding with no alternative but to listen to music so bad it should be outlawed under the Geneva Convention.

    @EE fair enough we think. It will pass. January-March. Still the same. Now there is no work going on. All other phones connect and get signal but not my wife’s. Back to store we go. On hold for hours as the store say they can’t actually do anything…..

    @EE have made it impossible to get this resolved and have gave us no alternatives. Only advice is wifi calls. How is that help? Asked to leave contract but would have to buy it out even though the phone is unusable

    @EE Hi Martin, it's not really worth a DM. The text did eventually go. The simple issue is that we don't have good enough EE reception here to be able to make calls or reliably send texts. It's always been like that (and on various phones) since I moved here in 2008 1/2
