@EE Morning can you take a look at BN13 area there has been consistent poor signal issues there particularly around the Tesco Extra store with Zero signal, I used to work for EE and will always advocate good coverage, however it's been too long at this p'code

@EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

Don't ever get an iPhone 12 with @Apple I got a phone with a broken motherboard & they refused to fix it & apparently I can't cancel my contract with @EE even though the phones 3days old & got a 30 day warranty 🤔🤔 Al just block my direct debit simple!!!

@EE Yep - I wanted to see what kind of speed I'd get & how it performed compared to the previous network so set it all up and it was fine for about 5-10 minutes. After it stopped, I tried restarting everything. Data cap is 60GB per month, I'm definitely not near that.
