    @EE your service doesn’t improve it get worse on the train service from Brighton to London. It use to be unreliable along that route. It’s now unusable. Daily. Just unusable.

    Hi @EE Been trying to upgrade my phone since Thursday but keep getting a “SORRY! THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHILE TRYING TO DISPLAY THE PAGE” error when using both app and website. Anyone able to help?

    Is @EE down? Had no 4g for a good 30mins now. Text come through ask to reset phone to sort data out. Done that. But since then it's been terrible 😔

    OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

    @EE I can't decide whether your speed and coverage in Brighton is poor or just struggling with peak tourist season. I guess I am spoiled by being based around Marylebone/Paddington with all 5 of the G's

    @EE I know how to do that.. The capacity down here is shocking, any time there’s an influx of people the network stops - no excuse for it!

    @EE disappointed in the service received. upgraded my phone still not received it dpd saying they never received it from u. U saying u sent it. Customer service saying they will call me back never heard back got cut off. Very angry &thinking of cancelling my contract completely

    @EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

    @EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

    I have never experienced such poor customer service from @EE. Very clear they don't want to retain (very long standing) customers anymore when you get offered ONE upgrade price & then get asked if you want the PAC code to move 😡 @iD_Mobile_UK you will be gaining another customer

    Is @EE the hardest organization to speak to. Instead of meaningless text options why not answer a phone. And why when you open a complaint will you close it unless I contact you. Surely you should contact me to say how and when it’s been resolved. Absolutely appalling

    @EE why on earth must this signing up for a broadband service be so difficult and confusing?? My previous address is wholly irrelevant, as is my employment history! I hope you're not going to try and isntall BB at my previous address!

    @EE I did. It told me it couldn't find any issues at my home address, which is true. But there are in my local town centre. It told me to "press 1 to speak to someone" but when I did, it told me to hang up and check my texts.

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup
