Ben Nuttall 🏳️🌈🚗⚡️ (@ben_nuttall_) reported from Hove, EnglandWouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked
-

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Darren Matthews MBE (@DarrenMatthews) reported@StueyC1 @EE The problem is that they are doing just what is in the contract we signed. The annual increases are CPI plus around 3-4%.
-
Liz Harvey (@LizHarv26882144) reported@EE Not happy to find out that my contract is going up by £9.50 a month! I get prices increase but I have never had an increase so high.. absolutely disgusting
-
Craig Blakeley (@c9bla1975) reported@EE 27 hours after swapping my phone and using e sim transfer new phone still not working! Disgusting service!
-
Rich Smith (@Tripnotized) reported@SPotatoes8 @EE I guess price increase also necessary 2 continue provide current level of service +invest for future. Traffic increasing exponentially, that costs EE, and can't imagine how much electricity is actually used to run a national mobile network. Sadly that's just inflation for you..
-
Rockyraccoon (@r_creedbalboa76) reported@EE I took a new contract out recently and was close to leaving for sky I wish I had now after your recent price increases. Wouldn’t be so bad if you threw in @primevideouk or BRITBOX free for 12 months to soften the blow. I may have to look elsewhere when I’m close for renewal.
-
N.Cookie (@NCookie10) reported@EE As a long time customer we got used to the constant price increases. So when we was told of another price increase when renewing we just presumed it was like all the rest. 14% is crazy. Hope it's worth losing so many customers over
-
Emma Kirton (@emmakirton) reported@EE So is the answer No, there is not an issue in the area?
-
Febee 🏴 (@Febee6381) reported@EE how on earth can you justify a 14.4% rise in bills? £14.48 a month added to my already expensive bill in a cost of living crisis. Over 10 years as a loyal customer. Well, no more. I will be looking for a new provider when my contract expires. Absolutely outrageous!
-
M M (@MM32401039) reported@EE @IanBurnett1963 Somehow you can offer "social"package to those who doesn't work and live of benefits.I am working why I have no access to this package.Price increase, but where is 5G coverage?how come so poor or no network range in popular places?one or two bars elsewhere?
-
Kate Adams (@katadms_) reported@EE @jonjontaylor Ha that’s a laughable response! I contacted EE in the Autumn last year about being worried I couldn’t pay my bill and was told they couldn’t do anything to help. Now you are raising the bill further. You don’t care about loyal or vulnerable customers at all.
