@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!
-
Tim F (@TimboBagginses) reported from East Grinstead, England
@PaulaEllison @EE Feel for one of these when tired. Leads to a call from your 'bank' claiming you've had money stolen to try and phish login details.

@EE I'd just like to make it known that I don't appreciate having your door to door salesman turning up at my door after 7pm and ignoring the "No Cold Calling" sign in the process. Maybe basic courtesy and being able to read should be part of your corporate policy.
-
Jane Sinclair (@merseygirl23) reported
Well very disappointed in @EE . After spending hours on the phone sorting repeated Broadband orders as they were cancelled by them & had issues was promised a call back from a manager at 6:30 this evening for an update …. Still waiting! Very poor guys, very poor!

Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported
@andrewcoulsonn @EE EE's serving site is just other side of Broughton Village, though it does have B3 & B20 service available. I doubt a centre of that size would justify an internal system.
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported
@ESlibrarian @EE Curious, but I'm not sure what EE can do with this as a network operator. Have you identified the companies concerned? Your complaint is with them I fear.
-
WhatTheFrankStone!? (@WhatTheFStone) reported
@EE after waiting for over an hour across 4 calls I got through to someone and was cut off within 5 minutes.. I’m just trying to sort out my bill and was seconds away from doing it and now you’re about to close. Ridiculous service.
