OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

Nothing gets me angrier than **** customer service. It’s really not hard. @EE you should really update the dispatch times for orders on your website and train your staff to at least pretend to have empathy for your customers when you’ve misinformed them 🙄

@EE any idea what's going on with the network around Chippenham Wilts? Keep getting message its being turned off. Yet your website says nothing wrong and when I try to report it via webpage, I get an error in submission. All day it's been happening. Cant even use the phone.
