  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

  @EE @edfen19 The number ends in 150. there’s the clue! it’s an endless loop and @EE know it! its embarrassing. you want to talk to some about an issue (like them not calling you back) then you can’t ask them to do that, you must raise a formal ‘complaint’ DONT WANT TO COMPLAIN JUST TALK! 🤦

  @EE I've tried this and it doesn't work. Have been into a store today, they thought it was the sim but after changing it, still no service. Tried activating an eSim and this has now failed too. Still can't get access to live chat or anything.

  @EE At no point is it mentioned that only wifi will do the speeds and anything else wont. All our stuff is ethernet. Oh and also im still being charged up till the 21st for a substandard and misleading set up.#bt #ee @BT @EE . Never again . And totally inept customer service too
