    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    @EE Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant service I received over the past 24 hours. Rang up yesterday for a new handset through my insurance, so simple and quick over the phone, already have my new handset and I called yesterday. Really impressed 👏🏻

    @EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

    @EE amazing service placed a order online for a iPhone 12pro max noticed they was in stock so phoned ee up and sorted me out straight away and got the phone next day supper happy

    @EE Been on hold for 1 hour, my 87 year old mom is being charged £76 a month for basic TV, internet and phone calls. Please can companies like yours stop ripping old people off, then you give poor service in return when you dont want to answer the phone, using Covid as an excuse

    .@EE What an incredible waste of time and resources. How do you justify this decision? Surely it doesn't do much good for EE's environmental record (seeing as I'd have to throw away my 2-week-old SIM and buy a brand new one). Very bad customer service.
