    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    @CapelLofft @EE When we renewed our broadband with BT in 2024 they said "you will sign the contract with EE, it's the same thing." I declined and we are still with BT. It seemed odd and I've never understood it.

    @CapelLofft @EE @BTBusiness Some people have kindly tracked down the contact details of senior executives. Suggest you contact them ASAP. When I was fraudulently pursed by SIXT for damage to a hire car I didn’t cause, this was finally the action that worked.

    @CapelLofft @EE screwed me over years ago, charged me hundreds of pounds for services I never used. Never again, I now pay for 5 phone contracts, and none will ever be on EE, my advice to all is stay clear of them.
