Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

@EE How do I top up someone else’s PAYG? Your website is infuriating and broken. The only link I can find is broken. This should be high up in search results but nothing

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

@equalitywarrior @EE @Apple Husband had this issue with his new Samsung, had to drop another load of cash to buy the corresponding plug. It’s so annoying how many unnecessary add-ons are sold separately, creating more obsolete phone-related items to squeeze the consumer for more 💷 #NotABusinessWoman

So @EE decide to double my price with a 'take it or leave' text message... going for the customer service and loyalty awards I think? I may have missed the point at which companies think treating customers like dirt is good practice? [rant off]

@EE Areas of Edinburgh are black spots for EE. My wife got one of your phones and 12 months later, having hated it and never having signal, went to O2. Instant signal! So you might be faster, but with no signal, your comparison ain't with squat

@EE No thanks I’d rather be with a network that doesn’t charge for roaming in the EU… also you are owned by BT so that’s an another reason I wouldn’t be with you lot.
