@EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

@EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

@EE Yeah sure. Because your service doesn’t work properly you send out an ELECTRONIC sim BY POST, 3 days later it arrives and doesn’t work. So then you say you can send out another or we can travel to a store. So left completely without service. It’s not good enough.

Wtf @EE my EE home broadband isn’t working and now my 4G is slow or nonexistent. This is getting beyond a joke!!! Think as it’s nearly time for upgrade I’ll be getting my @Apple iPhone 14 from another provider at this rate!!! 😡😡
