@EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

@EE I gave 30 days notice to cancel, was given an out date, went into hospital for 2 months and find you’ve been kept the line open and been charging me £100 approx. pcm. Disgusting!

@EE Hi Jo, Thanks for the update yesterday but signal down again today from around 8am and update is that it won't be back up till around 5:30-6pm again today. Are you able to find out how many days this work will be going on for as I cannot get voice over wi-fi on my phone
