  • heritage_surv heritage-house (@heritage_surv) reported

So we have total internet blackout from @EE .. They used to speak English. Now any calls are routed to an unintelligible Indian/pakistani call centre. I can’t understand a bloody word they say. Thinking of leaving EE after more than 20 years - **** service - and still no internet

  • thatgueynick Nicola (@thatgueynick) reported

I have to say. EE is the worst broadband provider I have ever come across living in England. I am beyond angry and I’m being fobbed off to every other department. @EE sort yourself out.

  • BadmusAyoola Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE However, to my shock, EE deducted £78.52 from my account instead of the agreed £12. After contacting customer service repeatedly for nearly three weeks, I was informed that this happened because EE failed to switch me over to the SIM-only contract as agreed. Despite numerous

  • daveLadlow Dave (@daveLadlow) reported

@EE My wife is abroad and not sure how to make sure her roaming isn’t costing an arm and a leg, I run her account so need to do it for her, as she’s not very tech savvy, every time I try to speak to someone I just get a self help text.

  • WillyBristol Paul Williams (@WillyBristol) reported

@EE any signal issues in Bristol area?

  • daveboneherron Langley Park Mackem (@daveboneherron) reported

@EE Not being able to access my account online so I can check my bill, your advisors promising call back and updates via email but never happening and when I email the advisor they decide not to respond. Pretty basic customer service issues

  • heritage_surv heritage-house (@heritage_surv) reported

@EE Broadband - been off since Saturday pm and now Tuesday pm - our business depends on reliable signal - no explanation or indication of what is going on. As for language - I cannot tell what any of the call centre are saying - broad, thick unintelligible Asian. Used to be geordie.

  • BadmusAyoola Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE Absolutely disappointed. Took £78.52 after I switched to a £12 SIM-only deal. They forgot to change my contract, ran 2 hard credit searches in a month, wrecked my credit score, refunded me 80p, & now charging £20/month. 3 weeks of calls—no real help. Draining. 😞

  • BadmusAyoola Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE and frankly feels like I’m being penalised for EE’s internal errors. This entire experience has been draining – having to call EE nearly every day, receiving little resolution, and now dealing with long-term credit consequences through no fault of my own.

  • daveboneherron Langley Park Mackem (@daveboneherron) reported

@EE Three times it’s been opened and closed as soon I put the phone down, no way to treat customers.
