    So, mum gets overcharged £53 by @EE on her mobile bill. She gets a text from them saying sorry, you've been overcharged and we're cancelling it but £53 goes out of here account and she's unable to get through to customer service. #leavingEE

    Is @EE down? Had no 4g for a good 30mins now. Text come through ask to reset phone to sort data out. Done that. But since then it's been terrible 😔

    @EE My broadband has gone down twice today already. I need to work. If you cannot handle me using the internet at home, you need to tell me now so I can make alternative arrangements.

    OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

    Hi @EE Been trying to upgrade my phone since Thursday but keep getting a “SORRY! THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHILE TRYING TO DISPLAY THE PAGE” error when using both app and website. Anyone able to help?

    Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

    @EE we have all our devices with you. This week we have tried to upgrade our home service and so far we have had no internet access for over 3 days. Current cost to ourselves is £3k. We have had 3 ‘engineers’ out, all of which say it is nothing to do with them.

    Hey @EE, I upgraded & your team failed to re-apply my spend cap, causing a £160 roaming bill. When I called to sort your mistake, your advisor said I had "no proof" & hung up. As someone with health conditions, this treatment is a total breach of @Ofcom care duties. Fix it.

    If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

    @StupidNeilAgain @DaniYesod @EE Saying you want to cancel gets you put through to a relatively A-list customer services ***, and they’ll be able to do more or less anything you need.

    @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

    @EE has the worst app and website to try and upgrade. Nothing works, won’t let me pick store to have it delivered to and then keeps telling me I’ve reached my limit of trying to add my bank details. **** this. I’ll go elsewhere.
