@EE Morning can you take a look at BN13 area there has been consistent poor signal issues there particularly around the Tesco Extra store with Zero signal, I used to work for EE and will always advocate good coverage, however it's been too long at this p'code

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

@EE my 86 Yr old mother had a home visit today to set up a new phone. Guy turned up turned it on and did nothing else she asked about transferring numbers etc, he told her to read instructions and use an app. Terrible service, now has a useless phone with no numbers can't use it

@jos3000 @EE I did ask about the streaming box, but apparently it’s not planned to come out here anytime soon sadly. Annoying, as I’m primarily an iPhone user but hey ho! I’d say it’s clear enough to read text on websites, and the ability to bring screens closer should help with smaller text
