@EE Why is it just for nhs staff am listed as a key worker working in a support living environment with people who have learning disabilities keeping them safe it should be offered to key workers putting there lives on the line too

@EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

@EE went into your bullring store asking options for upgrade etc. Basically brushed off, staff not interested in proving details & options. Was in & out of there in less than 60 secs cos they couldn’t be asked to provide a service.

I urge anyone using the cowboy outfit of @ee to reconsider suppliers at contract renewal. Currently on hold for 25 mins and counting. Yesterday 42 mins and call was dropped. Day before that 38 mins. Ongoing unreliable, terrible network coverage. Beware and be warned! #poorservice
