    @EE truly shocking company, service land all round latitude. Getting nowhere after t@four weeks of trying to get operational in the UK. Suffice to say I shall be cancelling everything with them.

    Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

    So, mum gets overcharged £53 by @EE on her mobile bill. She gets a text from them saying sorry, you've been overcharged and we're cancelling it but £53 goes out of here account and she's unable to get through to customer service. #leavingEE

    @EE I can't decide whether your speed and coverage in Brighton is poor or just struggling with peak tourist season. I guess I am spoiled by being based around Marylebone/Paddington with all 5 of the G's

    @EE I can’t ever get reception on my phone for calls I’ve called and ee doesn’t want to help, I’ve been a customer for 30 yrs with the same number and I find your customer service shocking regarding this apparently you can’t help me?

    @EE Done that today - they reset the mast (even though your system said no internet issues) now it’s even worse than before!! 4 hours I’ve been logged on with minimal activity…. How do I complain so I don’t pay my next bill as am not paying for service we’re not receiving!

    @EE hi there I’ve been told I need to send back my WiFi router otherwise I’ll be charged however I’ve messaged service desk on here several times but they’re not responding!!!!! We didn’t receive any postage information or barcode to send the box back.

    @O2UK did I get a good deal because I can't get reception pretty much anywhere? Switched from @EE and frankly devistated. Had no idea EE were that far ahead of you in terms of network coverage.... (Took ages posting this because of the rubbish network ..)

    @EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldn’t happen.
