@EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

@EE Hi I’ve performed a software update on my phone and toggled the flight mode off and on and restarted my phone and it still says “No Service” I’ve not had signal since Friday afternoon and my account is up to date with billing etc.
