@EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

@EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

@EE Why is it just for nhs staff am listed as a key worker working in a support living environment with people who have learning disabilities keeping them safe it should be offered to key workers putting there lives on the line too

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE just went to pay for shopping with Apple Pay on my iPhone. Has no 4G but full reception on 3G. Phone said I had no internet connection so couldn’t pay so ended up looking like a right plonker. Drove down the road. Got 4G and internet connection came back. Why doesn’t 3G work?
