WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. Wheat into the store now told could be another 28 days. No contact from EE extremely poor customer service. Just talked friends into going with 3 when they Hurd my story

They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.

Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving @EE
