@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

@EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

@StephenEPotts @EE We have unlimited data atm. Was 500G previously but we never went over it even with lots of YouTube and Netflix streaming (we don’t have cable).

@orange @EE They have been without a phone line for 11 weeks - You have not turned up to fix it when You said you would - Poor customer service and a disgrace that you have left extremely vulnerable people without anyway if summoning help if they need it

@EE you have no problem ordering a new line/sim online in a few minutes. Why do you force me to speak to an agent when I want to cancel? Why the dark pattern? You really think users will give up because it is too complicated? All you’re achieving is pissing off your customers…
