@EE your customer service is poor. Need to register an issue with broadband dropping out why can't I just chat with someone or log the issue. It's happened 3 times in last 2 hours router just loses the connection.

I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

@Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

@EE are you aware that reception in Bromley is awful. Constant call drops and and intermittent data service. It’s normally pretty bad, but today it’s unusable.

@EE I bought the phone off @EE and pay £180approx a month to @EE so think I’m well within my right to get you to fix this and give me a loan phone! @Apple require appointments etc which is not ideal

Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

Brilliant my @EE signal keeps dropping popped in shop, she suggested a replacement sim. Gave ID and she says can’t help you as you’ve changed your name…. 14 years ago!!! I got married 14 years ago, I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve taken my certificate in. 1/2

@EE Doesn't matter what phone 1st point would be to check uour tech line...as it happens 2 iPhone users in house I'm on Samsung..and thdc2 amazon delivery guys who called in last 2 days had said problem with reception
