    @EE hi, I have broken my iPad- it was sat on accidentally at a funny angle. Screen is totally smashed and back is bent and has a small crack. I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

    @EE We’re a charity. A long-time customer. You made a mistake in April - it’s ok, things happen. But it’s June & you’re still holding over £300 of our charitable monies. And now the broadband is down, too. Surely someone can help us get back to what’s important here? @MarcAllera

    @MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

    @EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

    @EE 3 months down the line it can be accepted. Not 6 days after I have been a customer of One to One, T-Mobile and now EE for 18 years. Just a shame corporate companies don’t give a toss until they are on the verge of going bust then they try the customer service approach.

    @EE I appreciate you need to do work on the network but do you have to do it at the weekend and for the last 3 weekends in Aberdeen? Crap signal, poor service, no mention of a discount for reduced coverage. Very, very poor.

    @EE #EE @5G Don’t believe the hype with EE 5G it’s awful in London. Worse than 4G I previously had. Constantly drops internet and very unreliable. Sorry I change to 5G but I believed the hype EE spun me. Never again will listen to them. Once bitten twice shy! EE 5G is BAD
