    @CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

    Contract with @EE expires in March, called to get contract info and no attempt at customer retention! Time to move to another provider after 10+ years paying 2 contracts. Coverage seems to have got worse over the last 18 months too.

    The last time I called @EE to try and sort out being overcharged for my mobile bill, I spent 1hr and 10mins on the phone to 5 different people in 4 different teams in 2 different countries and they eventually cut me off, without sorting the problem and never called back.

    @O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

    @EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

    Are there any network issues @EE ?? In central London and have no data or voice. Only able to use phone on Wi-Fi. Have tried rebooting, airplane mode etc.

    @northolt3103 @EE Yeah the signal has progressively over the last couple of years, after over a decade with @EE I'll probably be leaving for another provider. How you cant get a signal in London is a joke

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

    @__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

    Time on the phone to @EE today has now surpassed 2hrs and 20mins, trying to sort out their hysterically bad customer service.

    Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

    @MarcAllera absolutely exhausted with trying to end my contract with @EE I pay £105 a month which increases by £12 in april! Countless drop calls! Poor coverage yet my work colleagues on Tesco mobile laugh at me! I want to reduce my monthly bill but told I cannot

    @__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

    @EE Hi No I have not, but the one thing about it was, even if I knew the Password to the Samsung Account I don't give Passwords to no one, that is how Hackers get in, you learn about these things when you have I.T. Qualifications, other problem of course is Money with Samsung

    @EE I’ve had to take a day off work today as you were meant to come and set up my broadband and still no one has shown up even tho the time slot given was 8-1 and it’s now nearly 5 o clock! I won’t be able to afford another full day off work so could please help me get this sorted

    @EE Hey Monika! Thanks for reaching out! Never got it sorted. Couldn’t connect to other providers (manual selection meant no signal) Appreciate you can’t be everywhere but if I can’t even get Edge speeds I’d love to know how you think you can charge me for a service thst doesn’t work

    @EE I've just spent 3 hours trying to upgrade my Samsung S10 to an S22 using the trade in offer, via both the "My EE" app, and my laptop. Both keep crashing and won't let me checkout. Is there an issue with your website, and will the offer still be live tomorrow? #infuriating

    @EE Hi Suzie, luckily one of your online chat colleagues sorted the upgrade for me as the website refuses to work. This definitely needs sorting as looking at your EE community page I am not the only customer with this issue. I have the EE app and get exactly the same issue there!
