    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)

    Why do I always have signal problems with @EE takes me ages to get on the internet and don't get me started with phone calls it's not really worth me making one.

    @drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

    @EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

    @EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

    @EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

    @EE I've been a customer since before ee even took over t-mobile, so you can imagine how many years I've been with you...not acceptable to receive the poor service, both instore and sitting on hold forever, on the phone.

    @EE hi guys, are you having issues with your webchat? I’ve been connected for 20 minutes waiting for an agent, and every few minutes I get an error at the top saying “connection unavailable”, then it goes to “connection re-established” but an agent has yet to join the chat

    @EE I’m an ex IT specialist and am constantly having issues adding data packs to my PAYG Data Sim. Your App and website are absolutely pants as I’m unable to do anything to enable a remote device thanks to your support staff not doing what they’ve been asked! What a joke you are
