I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

@EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

@EE the signal is so ridiculously poor in le12 7jz that making and receiving calls is near impossible. Wi-Fi calling is just as useless and that is on a 350mb virgin media connection. I have complained several times and gotten nowhere. Can SOMEONE help please?

@EE Hi there I am back again and it's not good! I received a text today from you, saying "the engineers still can't access the site will contact you again on the 10th of February" so that's a month without phone signal?! I would like to get compensation for this shambles!
