    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

    @Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

    Hi @EE - just wanted to let you know about their truly awful experience I have had with DPD. I will be receiving my phone a week after it was due to arrive. Their customer service team have lied to me on 3 consecutive days about its delivery.

    @EE I’m still with EE - partly because no one else seems to do family data sharing. However all your benefits seem to be aimed at: 1 England 2 Football 3 Singles So all these get Apple Music free etc are of no use. Just lucky I’m more concerned about price and service than goodies!

    That's it, Shoot me now. @EE will put me in an early grave. We once again have a problem with our Samsung Galaxy A21s (it won't blood charge) and we know exactly what @SamsungUK Will say with regards to warranty, this as just been one complete nightmare after another. #NotHappy

    @EE Morning I have just got out of hospital and tried again to get through to you to cancel my insurance. And again my phone keeps going dead before I can get through to someone. As you can imagine with only having 14 days to cancel this is causing great anxiety. Please help
