peter bruce🐟 (@peterbruce) reported@EE Your customer service team cannot and have not give accurate information , two different stories.
-
andrew (@adrewmg) reported@EE It’s been over 24 hours and texts are not working.
-
Dave Read (@Yamanx1) reported@EE Why is streaming cut off at 200gb on the Isle Of Man? I’m sick to death of this regressive bullshit 17 years ago it was perfect, now I pay more than ever & it’s ****! @SureIOM used to be good, now it’s worse than it ever was before we even had 3-4g Starlink next year
-
PushbackUK (@PimPGA) reportedHey @EE, this is now the 4th time in 2 weeks that my internet connection went out. I use my own router so I am assuming that you're doing something to make it fail. I pay for internet, not for your router, so stop pulling this ****.
-
Julie (@jhshepherd9) reported@EE when your told the reason your wifi isn’t working right is because it’s school holidays and the WiFi traffic is bad. Doesn’t change the fact that I PAY to use WiFi school holidays or not
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)
-
DragonsofWales (@DragonsofWales) reportedShout out to @EE for wrecking thousands of people’s WiFi routers with their latest firmware update and, in their usual style, doing nothing to fix it. Don’t bother replying to this, EE. I am done talking to you. Time for us all to vote with our wallets.
-
Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported@EE This doesn’t help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.
-
Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported@EE My previous experience is the guides can’t help. Openreach are telling me in a year EE say they can’t help. I have provided my contact details to EE and waiting to hear from you.
-
Equilan (@Equilan) reported@EE So , that's the end of the conversation @EE? Your bot ran out of things to say? I told you I have issues ringing 150 and your bot told me to get this fixed by ringing 150? I guess I just won't pay the bill then. Let's see how long it takes EE to contact me.
