    Anyone ever had an issue with their sim in their upgrade phone from @EE upgraded to an iPhone 12 from XS and they sent a new sim, nearly 24 hours later and it just won’t register at all. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. Very frustrating

    @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

    @EE We’re a charity. A long-time customer. You made a mistake in April - it’s ok, things happen. But it’s June & you’re still holding over £300 of our charitable monies. And now the broadband is down, too. Surely someone can help us get back to what’s important here? @MarcAllera

    @blatantly_sassi @EE Ofcom regulates EE, however under distance selling regulations, you don't have to see or indeed sign a contract, escalate your complaint internally, above manager level to operations level then ask to be referred to the exec office. Each complaint that reaches them costs ..

    @wazzaster @EE Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @zems_ins by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

    @EE I called technical support to help get esim on new phone. You said you would activate your end and now it has disconnected my old physical sim in my old phone and not activated in my new phone. Now I have to call 111 and have no phone.

    @EE disappointed! Firstly got insurance and you are not able to replace my phone, and it's been a week! The customer service has been shockingly poor! Also, your network coverage in parts of Southend is shocking. Literally no service in Thorpe Bay and Clifton terrace!

    @wazzaster @EE The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @zems_ins for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.

    @EE Not providing what you promise breaches your contract I'm afraid, as does false advertising. My bill to your company in court will be higher than any fee you can come up with, trust me. You've had countless opportunities to help and couldn't be arsed I'm afraid
