@EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

@__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

  • NeilHigley Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England

@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

@CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

  • CorkGourmetGuy Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England

@CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. @EE There are so many postcodes that have awful 5G, I don't have enough time to list them all. & nothing will be done about it. I will be just referred to some future plans with an ambiguous deadline date. Prices have gone up although my phone has stayed the same & service is worse.

@EE my internet been down all night and still is tried ringing up no answer since this morning as too busy, all it says is to reset the router which has been done multiple times. Help me 😢

  • APrashant20 Shaan (@APrashant20) reported

@EE after spending hours with your esteemed support staff, who, by the way, still maintain 3 separate narratives for a trivial issue, just speaks volumes of the ethics, culture, and morality currently in play at EE. Such thievery and dishonesty is astounding. Thanks so much

  • APrashant20 Shaan (@APrashant20) reported

@EE is this the best you can do? I think the agent was trying to explain that if you run out of Data. So are unable to send and receive imessages without WiFi Then the message is converted into an MMS message and sent over the network. This is where charges are added for MMS,

  • APrashant20 Shaan (@APrashant20) reported

@EE you have to see this, charging 40p for something that is free. So I guess this is how you are financing your crappy infrastructure to support 5G is it?
