@EE although I have had the Welcome texts from 150 on my iPad so I can definitely get texts from you, it’s just the MyEE registration code that’s not come through, although your colleague did help me top up by debit card over the phone which seems to have worked OK. 2/2

dazz ii am (@dazzgedd73) reported from Spelthorne District, England

  • pheauteau
Gavin Wrigley (@pheauteau) reported from Hammersmith, England

@EE 5G. Download speeds looking good. So why are upload speeds comparatively slow? I’m getting faster uploads on 4G!

  • jadesharp1992
Jade Sharp 👩🏻‍🦯 (@jadesharp1992) reported from Richmond, England

@EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?

  • robinhamilton77
I am Robin (@robinhamilton77) reported from Esher, England

@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

  • AmbroseBarnaby
🎅🏻 Barnaby & Chris 🎄 (@AmbroseBarnaby) reported from Richmond, England

@EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

  • Boizey
    Richard Doré-Boize 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 💚💚 & 💙🤍💙 (@Boizey) reported from Epsom, England

Contract with @EE expires in March, called to get contract info and no attempt at customer retention! Time to move to another provider after 10+ years paying 2 contracts. Coverage seems to have got worse over the last 18 months too.

  • 221Sociopath
Steve Fisher (@221Sociopath) reported from Brentford, England

I’ve had dial-up modem speeds faster than Three’s 4G network. Can’t wait to get back to @EE

  • jamesvertigan
James Vertigan (@jamesvertigan) reported from Ealing, England

@EE Hi just an update, I spoke with one of your Newcastle based colleagues around 11am this morning and she said she would send me a code in an email so I could access the MyEE service in order to top up data on my iPad, I’ve still not received this code either via text or email 1/2

  • TheBig_Bakes
The Big Bakes (@TheBig_Bakes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

  • tykeharvey
    T y k e (@tykeharvey) reported from Worcester Park, England

  • RojasLahoz

  • PNagle72
LL.b (hons) Lawyer (@PNagle72) reported from Southall, England

@EE It was the upload Anne-marie, no issues with the service, I'm currently volunteering so money is tight, so I'm looking for some sponsors who understand CSR.

  • CorkGourmetGuy
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England

@__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

  • CorkGourmetGuy
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England

Time on the phone to @EE today has now surpassed 2hrs and 20mins, trying to sort out their hysterically bad customer service.

  • PervezHassan10

  • CorkGourmetGuy
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England

@CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes there is a massive problem with phone signal however it didn’t start in July 2024. What were you all upto? Were you busy virtue signalling?

  • Angieeclectic
    Angelique 🎵🇬🇧🇫🇷☮️ (@Angieeclectic) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You're right. I never have trouble with reception in France. BUT Tom if you ever had to deal with French telecommunications companies you would quickly realise our own EE/BT customer services are far better.

  • SClash2019
    WorldProWrestling (@SClash2019) reported

Stay away from @EE they generally don’t care, all they care about is your money terrible service….

  • gjo2405

@EE Hi @EE , just about to start going round the never ending loop of text messages to try in vain to speak to someone about this rubbish service I am getting from you, is there any chance of someone calling me?

  • PhlipGodfrey
    Philip G (@PhlipGodfrey) reported

@SClash2019 @EE @Apple They've gone dreadful recently, everytime I ring my fiance and also one of my friends who both use EE I struggle to hold a conversation with either of them as their signal constantly break up. It's not my end as I've tried two different sims with the same result!

  • a_n_n__m
    𝒂𝒏𝒏 𝒎 (@a_n_n__m) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.

  • Gmcswineyyy
    gerardmcswiney (@Gmcswineyyy) reported

@RichardBentall @EE Always amazed that communication companies are so bad at communication with customers.

  • drhanko2
    Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
