    @EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

    @EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

    @EE good afternoon. I made a complaint on the 1st of June for incorrect invoice and received a call but wasn't unable to take it and have not received any feedback nor information. (ref: ID13124633) Best

    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    @EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

    Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

    @EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

    @EE hi! We had a storm last night and it now our internet is down! I’m a bit worried the WiFi box was potentially fried as there was a bit of a plastic smell however it turns on fine- just no internet . What’s the protocol here? Just need our internet back asap if possible!

    @EE I pay my bill on time EVERYTIME but I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved house in May! Now my router is stuck on red & I’ve tried EVERYTHING 😭 think it’s time I looked at changing broadband & phone once contract is up!!

    @EE I have been with you guys 12+? years.. I was talked in to your broadband in the shop in the Trafford centre, replacing my really BAD #BT broadband after being PROMISED it would be better. and now the "5G" on my new S22 £60 per month! the signal is horrendous!!!!!
