Mohamed Mahdi (@Mohamed87268245) reported from Brentford, England@EE I switched from 3 to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess of the deal. -
Anit (@anit3) reported from Brentford, EnglandHighly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!
-

-
MarleneJohnson (@MGVanessaJ) reported from Southall, EnglandWhen you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.
-
Pervez Hassan (@PervezHassan10) reported from Hillingdon, England@EE my point #they will do anything to get you as a customer and then you realise that you are f—k😎

-
Matt (@AFCMattD) reported@EE hmmm my Apple Watch went wrong, no data for days. So I did the obvious and deleted the eSIM thinking I would easily readd it. Nope. Upon attempting it either doesn't do anything or error 019. Your support just tells me to redownload the QR code ... it's a watch. Help?!
-
Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reportedIf any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
-
John Thompson (@Johntommo76) reported@EE why is your customer service so bad? A customer of 20+ years through all your guises and yet treated like an idiot by your staff
-
Lace Turner (@LaceTurnerxx) reported@dave_odogwu @England @EE He’s **** & has won nothing.
-
Jessica Brown (@Jessbrown2590) reported@EE I’ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they don’t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I can’t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!
-
Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reported@EE Yes, I have just made a complaint in regards to this. You are very clearly trying to funnel any contact that may result in a loss of finance to EE, towards your call centre where people who suffer with anxiety can be bullied and pressured into products/services they don't want.
-
Chris Milbank (@ChrisMilbank) reportedLaura at @EE said she would call back at 4pm Tuesday 16th June 2026, I can't call as EE send a text with a code and the link won't open CoPilot says its BT's dreadful computer software, the issue is when BT took over.
-
Eliza Coutinho 🇵🇹 (@4thdimensionl) reportedThere’s football matches to be watched and @ee is down.
-
Dale (@gde_dale) reported@EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.
-
James G (@jgoodliffe_) reported@EE This is incredibly disappointing. I will be submitting a formal complaint.
