@EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

Hi @EE I upgraded my account with the promise of 5G however I am yet to start seeing it apply to my data. There is plenty coverage in my area and my phone is compatible however that’s over 6 months without. Can you help?

@EE love seeing that my bill has gone up by £7 this month moving forward. Not like we havnt got enough price increases with petrol and gas and electricity. This is how you treat loyal customers. I’ll be going to 3 from now on.
