Martin Tull (@MartinTull1) reported from Southall, England@EE It will never be sorted. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet
-
Vìncere. (@VictorJ1987) reported from Brentford, EnglandThanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. -
Raymond Dillon (@rayd_250592) reported@EE Status Checker says estimated fix Monday at 6.27PM. Surely that it won’t take that long?
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.
-
Wendy Beech-Ward (@wendybeechward) reported@Ef4vescent @EE Exactly. Fortunately my contract ends in September so I’m off… and so will my family. sorry you’ve had some issues.
-

Turns out not on plan. Didn't pick up. Left 59 sec voicemail. I've been charged £2.57+VAT. For 59 secs. WHAT ********?
-
Jayshree Pillaye (@shessite) reported@BT @EE this morning I had a wonderful helpful service from 3 female guides. Hannah put me through to the others. I regret I did not note their names. The person who helped set up my TV package was particularly patient given I am not tech savvy. Thank you Ladies
-
