EE Issues Reports Near West Molesey, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in West Molesey and nearby locations:

  • apoltix Christian Rasmussen (@apoltix) reported from Camden Town, England

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

  • mouseldn 🍋 (@mouseldn) reported from London, England

@EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

  • MarysiaT Marysia Trembecka (@MarysiaT) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE Just cancel completely. I was on hold for ages before on the 150. Then that cut off. So then went to live chat

  • Hewete Hewete Haileselassie (@Hewete) reported from Paddington, England

@EE I've just been cut off from my second customer service call of the day (after 21 and 14 mins respectively) I'm requesting an e-sim. New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home. Thanks

  • SmudgerAndy Andy Smith (@SmudgerAndy) reported from Lambeth, England

Hi @EE please get in touch ASAP to help resolve this request 👇

  • amandab_UK Amanda (@amandab_UK) reported from London, England

@LovesTKandSP @EE They provided me with a booster as mine was terrible at home, problem solved

  • BenFisherCT Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England

We’re not being threatened by some communist tech firm. Imo you should start packaging any of that Huawei crap from China and start sending it back. @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @bt_uk

  • Hewete Hewete Haileselassie (@Hewete) reported from Paddington, England

@EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

  • garethwyn70 Gareth Wyn (@garethwyn70) reported from Lambeth, England

Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

  • dknights Richard Knights (@dknights) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE Well yes. But the EE website has said there is a problem in our area since yesterday so it's not the router

  • mass1976p paul massey (@mass1976p) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@EE really not happy with the level of service I got this evening I’ve been a long standing customer and always paid my bills on time and got treated not very well not happy at all 😞

  • _akhi_younes chamapagneakhii🇾🇪🇸🇩 (@_akhi_younes) reported from Hammersmith, England

@EE your WiFi is terrible I hate you I’ve been watching the loading screen for last half hour

  • chrisgolds Christopher Golds (@chrisgolds) reported from Lambeth, England

@tonyprod77 @jimwaterson @marcio_delgado @SkyUK @ThreeUK @EE and never looked back. @ThreeUK was so poor I could sometimes barely send a tweet due to lack of signal. 🙄

  • GodlyTheresa Theresa Godly (@GodlyTheresa) reported from West Molesey, England

Thank you to @EE for putting my account on hold for 30 days with no need to make any payments until at least then. Making my way through all my service providers which is a bore but necessary

  • johnrahers It's me, John (@johnrahers) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE Hi Mickey, I wouldn’t be able to help you as I don’t have the time to respond to your fruitless communications. :) John

  • escudeiro_ana Ana Escudeiro (@escudeiro_ana) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

  • DrKAinslie Kylie Ainslie (@DrKAinslie) reported from Islington, England

You know you've made it when your internet provider calls you a "priority customer" and sends you a SIM and a new phone as a stop gap until they can sort out your internet issues! @EE @bt_uk @Plusnet

  • anit3 Anit (@anit3) reported from Brentford, England

@EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

  • anit3 Anit (@anit3) reported from Brentford, England

Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

  • jfkent93 James (@jfkent93) reported from Wandsworth, England

Really disappointed in @EE . The same issue for two customers....two very different responses from EE and @TheO2. Regretting moving now....

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • karnauskas Marius Karnauskas 👨‍💻🤿 (@karnauskas) reported

@Dremora @EE btw EE phone will be network locked

  • RetroQueen1975 Chele (@RetroQueen1975) reported

@EE what is happening with broadband. I'm trying to get some work done and it is going down every few minutes. Ehat an absolute disgrace of a service and you have the cheek to charge me more money than my previous contract. Disgusting

  • DanielBrierton Daniel Brierton (@DanielBrierton) reported

@Dremora @EE I think the days of subsidised phones are largely gone, and such deals should be more considered like credit agreements. Every network in Ireland costs more over the course of the plan for any iPhone 13 than just buying outright with a SIM only plan.

  • StephanieCo19 Stephanie Conway (@StephanieCo19) reported

@EE The website won't load. I have been having this issue all weekend. Any ideas how I can fix it? It appears ok at first, but once I try to log in it just freezes. Thanks!

  • Ne3Steve SteveNE3 (@Ne3Steve) reported

@south_eastone @EE PAYG companies had a reputation with asbo/burner/council house lot many years ago but they now offer better deals than the pay monthly if you can afford to buy the latest iPhone or use Apple's 0% credit terms No issue with being on a small PAYG type network saving me £200/year

  • DebWalk19961736 do what you can, where you are (@DebWalk19961736) reported

@zeinanao @EE @virginmedia is O KAY, but when they stop working tell them if you expect to be compensated. They'll be there providing no service for hours/days giving no compensation unless you mention it. They are good while they are working though. Can handle HEAVY use.

  • bar_bint barbint (@bar_bint) reported

Hey @EE - I’ve endlessly told you that I DO NOT want your ****** answerphone service If my phone is off, there’s a reason No matter how many times I text ‘VM OFF’, as per your web/text instructions… …Still get answerphone notifications Please make it stop

  • Ne3Steve SteveNE3 (@Ne3Steve) reported

@melindiscott @south_eastone @EE ....it's mine from Day 1 so if someone offers cheaper calls or if I am back in hospital and need more data, I can up or down as I like, chop and change and I am on a 7 and looked after it and so this could last me 5-6 years, in which case it will be the best idea ever

  • dralisonj Alison J 💙 (@dralisonj) reported

Is there a problem with @EE app as I can't login. Been trying for ages as need to transfer data. Been locked out website too as forgot my login

  • Ne3Steve SteveNE3 (@Ne3Steve) reported

@south_eastone @EE I bought the new iPhone 13 yesterday, direct from Apple so yes. I am not paying a monthly fee to EE any more for inflated service. He got his iPhone 11 that way but he's now on Smarty by Three for £6 a month It can now just keep changing my network as deals get better
