    @EE I do not appreciate that EE passing the buck to BT when it is clearly your mask at the location is malfunctioning when both EE and BT customers are facing the same issue.

    @EE your customer service is poor. Need to register an issue with broadband dropping out why can't I just chat with someone or log the issue. It's happened 3 times in last 2 hours router just loses the connection.

    @Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

    I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    @EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

    @EE It's with Royal Mail and was meant to be delivered today so I've stayed in and nothing! I've been with you for 5 years now and you've been good up until now and when I really need my internet the service has been poor!

    @EE I am really unimpressed, I am on day 5 of no internet, day 4 of losing money due to not working and still no router although it was meant to have been delivered today between 9.16 and 11.16. I need a router ASAP!
