Hi @EE - just wanted to let you know about their truly awful experience I have had with DPD. I will be receiving my phone a week after it was due to arrive. Their customer service team have lied to me on 3 consecutive days about its delivery.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

Since @EE put my bill up (WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!!) my internet has been VERY slow. Taken 20 minutes to get @primevideouk to load. Then nothing but buffering. @BBCiPlayer is STILL loading. Such bullshit!

@EE I’ve registered interest in adding a PS5 Console to my plan multiple times since December. EE haven’t contacted me regarding this at any time. This, plus the fact my phone signal is constantly dreadful, regardless of where I am, is forcing me to consider ending my contract.

@de_lostsoul @BAFTAGames @EE Played it recently..... while it’s a good game and has interesting mechanics there are some issues with it the clipping for one.... for a game that is so beautiful there is nothing worse than a cape clipping through a wall or NPC takes you right out of it
