Craig Williams DJ (@craigwilliamsdj) reported from Croydon, England@EE your service and worth a ****. 6 years to long that I’ve been on this ****** network. How can you possible live in London and this age of technology and you constantly struggle to get a decent reception to your phone. I pay to much for my contract so ******* sort it out 🤬
-
Matt Bond (@MattBondVocal) reported from Camberwell, EnglandIn other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.
-
PapaQ69 (@AddicksGlenn69) reported from Bromley, England@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.
-
TricolorGav (@gauravleo7) reported from Lambeth, England@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.
-
Richard Doré-Boize 🏴 💚💚 & 💙🤍💙 (@Boizey) reported from Epsom, EnglandContract with @EE expires in March, called to get contract info and no attempt at customer retention! But it’s June & you’re still holding over £300 of our charitable monies. And now the broadband is down, too. Surely someone can help us get back to what’s important here? @MarcAllera
-

Jake Murphy (@jake_murphy95) reported@shughe02 @skytv @EE They got me down to about £80 then deals expired, went to £92 and now it’s it’s £106 Before I called them a few months ago it was £112. No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just can’t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick
-
Gordon Murdie (@GordonMurdie) reported@EE Thank you. I have already had a polite conversation. I, as a customer of many decades (and a pensioner), have been advised it's just tough luck and you wish £490 to get me to stop being overcharged. Very disappointed.
-
The Laughing Gooner (@pascalgrimandi) reported@EE The app is awful. Why won't you just come out and admit you're having major issues with it? I can't even manage my home broadband through it. It worked fine a week ago.
-
HockeySemp (@HockeySemp) reported@EE Your Spend Cap tool has failed. My app shows £0 (attached), but you let a call run up £34 and only texted me after it ended. This is a clear breach of @Ofcom rules on preventing bill shock. I have a formal complaint (C10001911500) and need this credited. Please advise.
-
Anne Jirsch (@AnneJirsch) reported@SharonOReilly8 O2 have phoned me several times today trying to resolve things I might go back to @ee. I didn’t have one complaint in 16 years.

-
Maxine Sweetman-Ive (@sweetmax22) reported@EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying £48.11 per month. Not an additional £24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed
-
Mart (@MartGB_) reported@EE's auth process to login might genuinely be the most **** piece of software on the planet. Log in with email > prompts about using a passkey (don't use one) > send code instead > input code & verify > errors about the code being resent too many times. Its actually impressive they have both the worst website of any provider and they somehow made it a giant pain in the *** to even log into it. It's 2026 and the company is worth millions yet their site is like some dog **** from 2010.
