    @pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

    Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

    @EE Hi EE, I'm having issues with looking at prices online to upgrade but it's saying everything is out of my budget. 🙄 Spoke to an advisor on 15th August and he said that it was just a website glitch but I'm still seeing same problem. I've never missed a payment either 🙄

    @EE No options were given to her other than this additional contract which I’m sure you can agree is a waste of money - her monthly outgoing is now over £120. The decent thing would be to find a reasonable solution or to point her to Samsung directly where i see (1/2)
