When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

I’m sick of this, I’ll be pleased to go with @EE in November who I know are far more reliable than Vodafone ever could be. THREE times so far my upload has restarted using my mobile hotspot

Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

And yes I’ve rebooted my phone. I’m SICK of this. Now the upload has restarted. Can’t wait to go to @EE in November

Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so
