Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

@EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

@EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@bt_uk @EE BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not me

@EE @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp after my phone was stolen on NYE- I am still with out a replacement Sim from EE. Royal Mail doesn’t seem to be delivering to me atm (zone 2 London). I rely on my phone for work in a hospital. Have DMd you both with zero assistance given. Please help.

@i_Jess @EE If you want good customer service from a company that actually respect EU law (at the time), go with Three, O2 or Vodafone, they allow Apple to replace their devices, whereas EE don't care about your customer experience - they just want your money

@EE took out a sim only deal, waited nearly 2 weeks for the sim card but never arrived, so i decided to go with another service provider (I received their sim within 24hrs). But now @EE want to bill me, tried speaking to an agent to fix this but no help 🙄

@EE lost a good customer today. There was a Black Friday offer with a free Switch which I went for. Turns out the offer had expired and shouldn't have been on the website. Since tried to sort it, told by 4 different EE staff I should get it, then told later I couldn't.
