Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

@EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

@EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

@EE Hi, just signed up to a PAYG plan - I’ve got the data and unlimited calls but my text messages aren’t working. I’ve been told to reset my phone after the phone call (which I’ve done multiple times) and it’s still not working.

WELL The EE/BT engineer called to fit new router for Digital phone system but Royal Mail have not delivered it! Meanwhile EE have cut off our landline. What a fiasco. Tracking for Royal Mail parcels is v poor compared to Amazon. @EE

Lovely to get a call from @EE telling me they are dropping my current mobile bills. I told the caller to tell me how they were going to do this… …as I’m not with EE. **** off with your scams and cold calling, I never gave you permission to do this. Disgraceful.

Whatever you do if you move house, be prepared for a very long wait to get your internet up and running. @EE are doing their best but seem to be let down by @WeAreOpenreach. Two months and still no progress with the fault seeming to lie with Openreach.

Dear @EE - I urgently need to speak to a human. Like many I struggle with apps and automated voice systems. Tried repeatedly and get told that a text has been sent to me that never comes through that I need to reply to achieve goal. Extremely disappointing service 😢
