Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

For the second Sunday in a row, my @EE broadband has gone down. An engineer will come on Tuesday afternoon 🤯 this is really poor service.
