Joe Wadsack (@vinesack) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandI have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?
-
Paul Modley (@pmodley) reported from Ealing, England@JamesUpsher @VodafoneUK @EE Thanks for this, will need to switch as a result of this awful decision

-
Anit (@anit3) reported from Brentford, EnglandHighly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?
-
Connor (@connorlol) reported from Paddington, England@EE hi, are there issues around Paddington/Bayswater (W2)? I have only been getting one bar of signal over last few days. Thanks

Nick Swan (@MrNickSwan) reported from Richmond, England@EE Hi, you just cancelled my Visual VM after new sim.I have deleted the text but I got a message to contact my voicemail at this number right afterwards 0982 652 3214.A recorded message said this will cost you £6, I hung up. can I cancel the charges? Can’t get thru on phone/chat
-
Anit (@anit3) reported from Brentford, England@EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

-
Ed Peters (@mr_ed_peters) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.
-
Union Jack 🇬🇧 (@jeffmar9999) reported@CallaghanK79781 @EE It's everywhere not one specific area. It's terrible and you know it. We all pay for phone contracts that are useless as we can't get any decent signal anymore in the UK
-
Yasmin Stafford (@YasminStafford) reported@EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it
-
Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.
-
SuePen (@SuePen5) reported@Amber23485515 @LeilaniDowding @EE Hi Anna, that must have been really awful, I've not been unlucky enough to have one that long, the longest power cut we've had was 6 days
