    @EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

    @EE I switched to EE sim only, but EE made a complete mess out of a simple transaction. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my permission, without my consent. EE causes me a lot of trouble

    @EE Hi, you just cancelled my Visual VM after new sim.I have deleted the text but I got a message to contact my voicemail at this number right afterwards 0982 652 3214.A recorded message said this will cost you £6, I hung up. can I cancel the charges? Can’t get thru on phone/chat

    So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

    Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

    @pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

    @EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?

    Hi @EE - just wondering if you can give me some general info. My 24 month iPad contract finishes on 3 March. It says will carry on on a rolling 30 day basis. What does that mean? As I’ve been paying for the device not just the data I assume so does it drop down? How do I cancel?

    @EE So if I went to Vodaphone right now and tried to open a personal account, they would have a problem because I have an EE business account. Completely two different entities, different banks etc. Why can't I open a personal account?

    @grumpcrusader I can't open a personal EE account because I have a business account. No matter I am not a business and a business is not me, both have separate accounts, addresses. So if I stopped trying to stay with @EE as a personal customer as well as a business one, it would be easier.
