    @EE Broadband the CS and product service for us has gone from 5star to zero 😐 Been with EE mobile for 4 years, recommended my Mrs and recently switched to Ee BB. What a shame. Disappointed. It’s done & dusted. Adios, EE BB. WC, @BT Broadband

    Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

    @JudyMansfield @EE No network is better than another unfortunately Judy ... I'm with EE and rarely get a good signal here in London in my own home. They also keep upping their prices, so make sure they give you a good deal.

    @ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.

    @EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

    Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

    @EE Call ended. It never rang and the calls didn't connect. It showed 4 bars on the signal strength. I had driven 25 miles and managed to get home before. I showed my husband. He then called me. My phone rang. I then called him and the call connected. So infuriating.

    It doesn’t fill me with confidence that @EE can’t even code a website to work. The upgrade button isn’t a button. The forums are loaded with people with the same issue that EE just aren’t interested in fixing. No surprise they’re consistently rated terrible at customer service

    @EE It would dial. Beeped and the call ended. Reset my phone. Reset the connection to the car. Reset the ignition. I work in a remote location so I need a reliable network. 😩

    @EE I am beyond disappointed with @EE for illegally retaining an account that was opened without my consent and against my instructions to close it down. This has caused significant damage to my credit score and despite my best efforts, I have been unable to rectify the issue.
