EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. Not another one (@NicDenso) reported@MichelleBeckett I had a similar problem with @EE, they stuck to their terms and conditions like glue, I only had one request and that was they inform a senior person of the situation, I didn't even want them to concede, just be aware of the issue, they point blank refused. I've had 5 contracts with them for about 6 years now. As each one ends I'm going elsewhere on principle now.
