As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?
