Christian Rasmussen (@apoltix) reported from Camden Town, England@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

J₳₭Ɇ (@jakeclarke1306) reported@EE keep hammering on these ridiculous price increases “in line with inflation” which is 8.8%, which by the way, these increases are WAY higher than 8.8%, thinking we ain’t just gonna tell them to **** right off at the end of our contracts? Nah. Buh-bye 🖕
-
Rebecca (@RebeccaTweets__) reported@EE Hello, I was wondering if you could please check my account. I haven't been able to access mobile broadband when I have been travelling (both US and EU) and I have a trip coming up so I am hoping to have the issue solved before then
-
Aaron Price-Moore (@aarondaniel_9) reportedI'm sorry but @EE putting my monthly bill up by £7.20 a month in line with inflation feels criminal when you know they will never lower their prices back down again. #CostOfLiving
-
Julian Turner (@JulianCTurner1) reported@aerial99 @EE I just left Smarty as they do not support short code texts! They are cheaper but you get what you pay for...
-
Adam Roberts (@admrobrts) reportedSo I joined @EE in 1 March. A monthly contract of £101. 7 days later they email to inform me my bill will increase to £115.54 on 31 March. 14.4% increase. Nice way to welcome a new customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
-
Liam Everett (@everett_liam) reported@EE my plan has gone up £15.52 since March 2022...since then I can't get signal in my house so if my WiFi goes down I'm screwed and I can't access the my ee app from my phone. How can you justify these increases when I'm actually getting less for my money?
-
Biff🔮 SAW MAYA!!! (@FxckBethaanyy) reported@ee putting my phone bill up by £12 a month is outrageous! I already pay £89, bet as soon as prices come down you won’t be putting them back down, money robbing!! 😡😡
-
Franny (@_fran_cescca) reported@EE DONE LOST THEIR DAMN MINDS
-
James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reportedSo it's billing day again. Have @EE Sorted my issue? No chance in hell. I am now literally being billed £3 more for 15GB of data less. Due to @EE Failed attempts to correct an error on their part. It's like groundhog day.
-
