kev beaumont (@kevbeaumont1984) reported from Richmond, England@EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻
-
Paul Hooray Forrester (@cookie_985_) reported from Richmond, EnglandAnyone else on @EE having problems with the network
-
Jade Sharp 👩🏻🦯 (@jadesharp1992) reported from Richmond, England@EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?
-
Eugenio Sánchez (@eugenio_sp) reported from Paddington, England@EE Yes. Seems like a general problem in my area. Hope it can be fixed soon. Thanks
-

shezza_bezza (@vodaka_orange) reported from Paddington, England@EE Your service is terrible tonight! @BBCiPlayer is constantly buffering!
-
Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?
-
Lucy Callis (@lcallis) reported from Wandsworth, England@EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!
-
Joe Wadsack (@vinesack) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandI have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?
-
Wes Baggaley (@wesdbag) reported from Richmond, EnglandI have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED
-
Cat (@canuckinlondon9) reported from Paddington, England@EE shocking customer service not sure why I have been a customer for 8 yrs and wasting time trying to get resolution
-
-
Vìncere. (@VictorJ1987) reported from Brentford, EnglandThanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother
-
Richard Knights (@dknights) reported from Wandsworth, England@EE Well yes. But the EE website has said there is a problem in our area since yesterday so it's not the router
-
Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Kensington, EnglandDear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!
-
Charli R (@RojasLahoz) reported from Brentford, England@EE @bt_uk Good afternoon. I’m moving abroad next month. May I cancel my contracts in your shop at Kensington High Street? Kind regards.
-
Geo (@geometric) reported from Paddington, England@ZenofyMedia @lilsusie @henry_cuddles @EE @ThreeUK Idk how many times I need to say I don’t want sim only and want to be with an actual network 😭
-
Anit (@anit3) reported from Brentford, EnglandHighly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!
-
David Cheung (@AviatorDavid) reported from Ealing, England@EE I do not appreciate that EE passing the buck to BT when it is clearly your mask at the location is malfunctioning when both EE and BT customers are facing the same issue.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Matt Bennett (@MattBennett93) reported@EE I can’t say that I’m impressed with the @orange service that I’ve been put on whilst in Barcelona! I’ve never had a problem with @movistar_es that I got up until this trip! Signal dropping out and still no connection when the signal returns! 🤷🏼
-
Chloe 🪐🫧⚡️🪩✨ (@Chloe_DEathx) reported@EE can someone message me re data roaming abroad? I’ve not had signal for 12 days I’m just WiFi hopping so I can’t ring 150 and your dm’s just go to an AI bot
-
Louise nesbitt (@LouiseShaunsmum) reported@EE broadband and tv have been down since last night. When will this be fixed?
-
Sideways Tree (@EX23LCL) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Wow it’s almost like the number of people using the network has increased dramatically but the infrastructure isn’t being built to keep up?
-
David Booth (@Boothy_4) reported@BeneyHewson @EE Same issue. Looks like a widespread issue after searching on here.
-
Photo man (@ach59) reported@EE Is there anyone there who will actually talk to me so I can explain the issue? You keep doing the same checks & telling me it’s all working - it isn’t !!
-
Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
-
Cameron (@MasterlyAmateur) reported@EE no connection in my area for several months. Problem acknowledged but my complaints keep getting closed. No sign of a refund - I am owed months of refunds. No contact from any customer care reps. Absolutely appalling behaviour.
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Dr Devra Kay (@LaBloggeuse) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I have terrible reception. I have 2shout to be heard. Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. But with people nearby we can barely hear one another
