@EE went to ur Croydon shop to get an new iPhone. After 1.5 hours of going through the process (as a poor trainee was having difficulty) we were told we couldn’t get one.The manager Daniela didn’t give an apology&was extremely rude. Thanks for wasting our Sunday. Shocking service

@EE I have been through this process 15 times. It is as bright green as it ever can be. Glowing green like your logo. We have had technical support teams and change bandwidth and do all sorts of remote testing and it has never worked..

@EE I bought the phone off @EE and pay £180approx a month to @EE so think I’m well within my right to get you to fix this and give me a loan phone! @Apple require appointments etc which is not ideal

@EE I was informed I would be called at 6.30pm today by technical support today and even given a name. Call was recorded and I came home extra early from work, but yet again you have considerably failed to stick to your word and meet the needs of your customer!!!

@EE your customer service is poor. Need to register an issue with broadband dropping out why can't I just chat with someone or log the issue. It's happened 3 times in last 2 hours router just loses the connection.

Hi @EE - just wanted to let you know about their truly awful experience I have had with DPD. I will be receiving my phone a week after it was due to arrive. Their customer service team have lied to me on 3 consecutive days about its delivery.

@EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

@EE @gerardcassidy My new EE broadband is really bad. I was getting over 200mbps with bt, getting 50+ with EE. Thats manageable but it's upstairs that's rotten, even with using Ethernet through the electric sockets using plug in adapters I'm only getting like 14mbps on my PC, rubbish

@EE I am having major issues with my 4G connection. It states I have 3/4 bars but applications don't load, web pages such as Google and Ege also don't load. Has happened for the last few days. Works fine connected to WiFi!
