    @MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

    In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    Yesterday I was mugged in London. Being a young woman without a phone in London is extremely unsafe. At first I didn’t have a phone because I was mugged and now I don’t because of @EE errors. You’ve made being a woman that bit harder today @EE

    @EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    @EE Ive had EE for years is it the best?? Not sure.. this 5g is it really that good?? I reckon they slow 4g down and call it 5g speed it back up on a new line!..as ive noticed no difference in speed whatsover!!! At one of the places i work its 3g/4g/and 5g in places🙄

    @EE did you have issues this morning with 4G in IV27? Phone was only picking up edge and 4G router stopped completely. Hopefully if it was an issue now fully resolved

    @EE Issues my girlfriend has experienced so far since upgrading: 1)old sim being deactivated and new sim not being activated for several hours. 2)Being told she has to pay £96 as it included a cancellation fee aswell as her phone number being divided meaning she has to pay both.
