As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didnβt buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?
