  • PNagle72 Paul Nagle LL.b (hons) Lawyer (@PNagle72) reported from Southall, England

@EE having a horrible experience this month due to your app being down and I'm being charged extra money as a result I believe.

  • MattBondVocal Matt Bond (@MattBondVocal) reported from Camberwell, England

In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

  • DianaVickers Diana Vickers (@DianaVickers) reported from Hackney, England

Yesterday I was mugged in London. Being a young woman without a phone in London is extremely unsafe. At first I didn’t have a phone because I was mugged and now I don’t because of @EE errors. You’ve made being a woman that bit harder today @EE

  • okumephuna Zarra Okumephuna, LLM. (@okumephuna) reported from Camberwell, England

@MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

  • PNagle72 LL.b (hons) Lawyer (@PNagle72) reported from Southall, England

@EE It was the upload Anne-marie, no issues with the service, I'm currently volunteering so money is tight, so I'm looking for some sponsors who understand CSR.

  • Praeceps69 Paul and Sir Fluffy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇮🇱 (@Praeceps69) reported from Hounslow, England

@EE Very disappointed with your female members of staff today Feltham store. Rude & confrontational demanding that I respect her when she wasn't listening to my issue. You need to update your website to say that store collections need valid photo ID. You're loosing 4 contracts.

  • MariamMichtawi Mariam Michtawi (@MariamMichtawi) reported from Brentford, England

@EE I did twice but still the same. It seems many are facing the same problem!

@EE You should fix your app instead because it’s literally a disgrace (it’s not like your services are free either)

  • Paula_Griffin65 Paula Griffin 🏳️‍⚧️ 💙💖🤍💖💙 (@Paula_Griffin65) reported from London, England

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

  • AndrewJLeslie 𝓐𝓷𝓭𝔂 𝓛𝓮𝓼𝓵𝓲𝓮 (@AndrewJLeslie) reported from City of London, England

@EE Hallo EE Customer Support. I'm coming up to renewal on my sim-only plan. I use phones that don't support 5G. However, all your plans quote xGB "5G Data". What does this mean for 4G customers?

  • knolanuk Kevin Nolan (@knolanuk) reported from Lambeth, England

@daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

  • teresaspost Teresa Walsh ● (@teresaspost) reported from Merton, England

@EE can you help? App is telling me I can upgrade but then saying no suitable plans? Whyyyyy???

  • r1k1n Rikin Parekh 🐯陸 (Mr Rik)🇪🇺💙 (@r1k1n) reported from Brentford, England

@EE I'm hoping you guys can help me out tomorrow when I call. My age old Samsung S7 is going all kaboohee, restarting and I think, in its way out. Years long customer here 😞 #PrayForMrRik

  • Mazipita Gov Soludo's PA (He/Him) 🇳🇬 🇬🇧 (@Mazipita) reported from Borehamwood, England

@EE kitikpa la cha unu anya. How can you owe me £50 after I returned an upgraded phone within the 14 day cooling off period only to be billed £99. The idiot I spoke to on 150 said nothing can be done cos that my bill. Imagine the audacity? Arant nonsense.. Afọ SA gbue unu dia.

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Uglyhairmonster Dan lippe (@Uglyhairmonster) reported

@EE @JoshuaTAllerton That’s what investors are for, you hit your key investors up for funds and given them a plan as to how your actions will bring more customers, not turn around to customers and say **** you, give us money. That’s how you lose customers.

  • DaveRob1112 Dave Robbo (@DaveRob1112) reported

@EE Will definitely be something I'm looking into! Especially when some of your competition are advertising no price increases during length of contract! I understand it's EE's policy to hike the prices yearly but CPI + 3.9% is poor judgement on EE's side due to current climate!

  • davecollingwood Collingwood Cymbals (@davecollingwood) reported

@EE Suddenly got little-to-no coverage in BS15, used to be excellent, messaging is unavailable through your website... Is there a known issue in the area? Thanks.

  • speechlessfm Producer Speechless (@speechlessfm) reported

@EE when is your live chat going to be available for people who as an issue with there phone but don't have a land line and only a laptop to get help? My phone is broke and I need help

  • MJH_triathlon Michael 🏊🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🏃‍♂️🇪🇺 (@MJH_triathlon) reported

@EE I hope the poor admin running this Twitter account is getting a 14% pay rise, seeing as they’re having to defend @ee’s greedy 14% price hike.

  • richardhyland Richard Hyland (@richardhyland) reported

@simonnread @EE the problem is ALL bills are going up by above official inflation, and energy and mortgage increases... all except wages. Many people are at breaking point already

  • timthehippy timthehippy (@timthehippy) reported

@EE Mobile Internet problems in Newquay TR7, over a month so far,not good.

  • thedibman Martin (@thedibman) reported

@EE Do you need to be putting my bills up by 14.4%? Customer for 14 years and using this chance to screw another £12 a month out of me. That's the last time I renew a contract with you

  • JessGoodman21 Jess Goodman (@JessGoodman21) reported

@EE so once again I missed my dads seizure alarm texts because of the problem in my area ! You are doing nothing nor any updates given. You now expect me to pay my bill for a phone I can’t use. Clearly don’t give a toss about your customers. Absolutely disgusting! Shameful !

  • spacecadet2231 spacecadet2231 (@spacecadet2231) reported

@mattyrossbreen @EE @MarcAllera I would think EE would find it extremely difficult to justify this issue. How on earth can you now charge extra for something purchased months ago? Unless Samsung et al have suddenly demanded retrospective payment on every handset sold to EE? I find that very hard to believe!!!
